Still have it maybe 7 years later and still love it !! So much room and so comfortable.. and the time it sets up is amazing!! Awesome buying experience. Griffin was really helpful, when I called he had the ruggedized Kukenam…read morein stock, and it arrived in Kansas City in 3 days. First, the tent is awesome. I was so tired of ground tents and staking them down. I mounted my Tepui a little differently than most and don't use the ladder, so I can't comment on the ladder. However I can comment on the strength and watertight abilities because we had a huge storm in the Black Hills our first trip out. No leaks, the awnings over the windows held up perfectly. My wife added lots of blankets and pillows and we call it our cocoon because it's really comfy once we crawl in there. In 30 degree weather there's no need for a heater- The cover is the hardest part about dealing with this tent and it's not that big of a deal at all; but it's worth mentioning. It's goes on just fine it just takes a little bit to zip it all up, and is more durable and thicker than I expected. Overall totally happy after many days in the tent and nothing is broken or problematic. It travels great and we look forward to many years of use.

I've been here twice now over the past few months, and have had similar experiences both times…read more I haven't fished in years and my fiancé wanted to get into the sport with me. I went in by myself with just a couple questions on how best to get her started. The gentleman behind the counter immediately seemed defensive and automatically assumed I wanted to sign up for lessons, and said,"This is a pro shop, we don't do anything like lessons here". I explained to him that I was not after lessons, just some tips for a beginner to the sport. The entire time I was in the shop, I had to probe extremely hard to get any kind of answers out of him, who was very short and crass with me the entire time. Apparently, this pro shop is not the place for people with questions even regarding the sport. Just go in, buy your gear and leave is what they want. 1star for good selection, but I would give zero to how rude he was, even to a local.

A great, well stocked tackle shop the obviously caters more to ocean fishing, but with plenty of…read moregear for any fishing adventure. I needed some gear for an upcoming catfish trip. Solid selection of everything from jigs to poles, the one issue was the prices were a bit high, by about 50 cents per bag of hooks and sinks. Doesn't sound like much unless you're buying 5 bags of 4 different sizes after a big trip of losing gear to the trees at Lake Del Valle. Still, a great local shop with some great advice from the salesmen.

I texted him I needed a repair, sent photos, and we worked through the next steps. He provided a quote on costs. I could only drop it off on Saturday that week, so he had me take it to Ripcurl on 41st. Drop off was easy, the guys at Ripcurl will give you a repair slip to fill out. After the repair was done Brian texted me and I went back to Ripcurl to pick up the board. The repair looked great and professional. I'd definitely come back for future repairs. 5/5 I'd recommend Brian for ding repairs. Easy drop off/pick up and reasonable prices.

Sent the board in for ripped out fcs pin plug, opted to upgrade to fcs fusion... anyway not too impressed with the result... ugh how annoying, I you want some one to learn using your board go for it otherwise take it to a professional. I will definitely not use for any surf related repairs again. Went a bid wide with the router (WTF) and the fin box was not even glassed properly aligned...WTF. On the positive great communication, owned up to it and brian agreed to refund $100 of the $220 I was charged for this lesson... Alas one and done for me... as I personally will never use them again.
