My wife wanted me to give them 2* because her fillet was over cooked I can't do that. The service was amazing 5*. The mashed potatoes came out a little cold but were good. My steak was cooked perfect and was pretty dang good 4*. Love the atmosphere ,very well done. Again can't say enough about the service! It's not a cheap evening out if you are a drinker but that because of the ridiculous taxes on wine and liquor. I would go back but my wife would be out.

Amazing atmosphere. When you go inside you forget the world outside. Great food, and great service. Perfect for any formal dining.

Ignite Steakhouse - Southland Casino Hotel Ignite delivered…read morea strong dining experience overall, with just a few details holding it back from perfection. The pistachio-crusted lamb chops were the standout--perfectly cooked with a rich, nutty crust that added both texture and flavor without overpowering the meat. Execution was on point. The ribeye? Cooked exactly as ordered--great sear, proper temperature, and finished with a buttery richness that speaks to a well-managed grill station. The wedge salad was solid--fresh, crisp, and balanced with the right amount of dressing and toppings. Now... let's talk about those carrots. Flavor was there, but the portion was diabolical--two small pieces on a plate at this price point just doesn't align with the rest of the experience. At least four would make it feel intentional rather than an afterthought. Service deserves recognition. Amy, our server, was clearly handling a busy section, but never let it show. She remained polite, professional, attentive, and still managed to exceed expectations--exactly what you want in a high-volume steakhouse environment. Final take: Great execution on proteins, solid service, but portion balance on sides needs attention. Still a place worth returning to.

The service was great and the drinks were even better. We tried the Mai Tai, porn star martini , frosted Jake to name a few. The star of the show for me was the Frosted Jake. It was very refreshing surprisedly. And a huge shoutout to our bartender - I believe her name was Max!!!! Keep her on board. She is everything and so nice. Don't miss this spot at all.

The place is small but inviting. The music playing through the speakers was like they had my spotify synced. All of my favs were playing. (Shoutout to whoever was respnaible for Melanie Fiona album The Bridge being in rotation. That's one of my favs). We were all pretty hungry so we ordered The Cameo Cheesburger and fries. It's a really nice sized burger and definitely will help soak up the "liquor" lol. From 4-7pm you get half off selected classic cocktails. I started with a French 75 and it definitely did its job. There is a cocktail on the menu called Rage Quit ($10) which simply states secret and danger. Well we decided to all try that and let's just say the danger snuck up on us lol I also had a Cosmo which was delicious as well. By this time we are felling really good but need to use the bathroom. We then discover there is a photobooth in the back area. It was pretty comical trying to get all 3 of us in the frame. We chatted with the staff afterwards to let them know that the we had a great experience. If you're looking for a nice happy hour spot, I highly suggest Cameo.

Chef's Kitchen seating also appeared to be available. Melissa D was our knowledgable, highly competent server. She graciously accommodated our seating change when the young hostess placed a party member in direct afternoon sunlight. Wines were by the bottle or the glass. The mocktail "Jetset Radio Future" was excellent! I ordered the Fish entree: a redfish with crunchy chickpeas, lentils and a tomato chermoula. It was so very flavorful and satisfying. Highly recommended. Finished with a French Press of coffee and house made lemon ice cream. Price point was imo, entirely reasonable, considering the quality. Do note: a surcharge is added for credit card use; as well as an 18% tip.

The food was good but not the "Michelin hype" we were told to expect. The most interesting thing was the Bucatini - it was supposed to be a miso fennel verde and really tasted nothing of miso and mostly like a tomatillo salsa. It was still delicious but not what we'd expected. The corn mash was good - the bacon jus starts to solidify quickly so you can't be afraid you're eating a fatty, heavy dish. It needed a little acid or brightness to balance out IMO. There were micro greens but I would have liked more of them. The broccolini is exactly what you'd expect, also too al dente (even for me! I love a firm veg!!) and the Brussels sprouts were SO SALTY the dish was nearly inedible, which was too bad because the sauce / dressing was really good and adding little ruffle like potato sticks to it added nice texture but I could only have two bites. I will say the Foccaia bread service looked incredible (we did not order it). It seemed like a great group HH shareable. The focaccia looked fresh with crispy edges and fluffy; it was a big round boule about the size of a salad plate. I would go back to try that! I believe the menu changes frequently so that's a reason to return. We were just passing through though so would probably try somewhere else if we were to come back to Memphis. The worst part about it was actually probably the pacing of the meal. Dishes came out essentially all at once and given everything leaned kind of heavy and salty there was no reprieve or way to cleanse the palate between items. Granted, this is family style so ordering 4 dishes for 2 people is maybe not ideal, it still just felt rushed and overwhelming.

The bar itself is intimate with about 8 seats, so get there early if you want one. From the outside, the place looks like a literal house, but once you step inside it's a whole vibe: low lighting, great music, and nonstop food and drinks flowing. The bartenders were amazing--friendly, attentive, and clearly know what they're doing. We ordered wings, fries, Brussels sprouts, and spring rolls, plus a spicy margarita and French 75s. Every single thing hit. The food came out quick, fresh, and piping hot, and the drinks were perfectly balanced. By the time we left around 7 PM, the place was completely packed. They have a beautiful restaurant side as well as a bar side which often has great DJs and a happy hour. The happy hour menu had some great options and I thought the prices were more than reasonable. I tried their wings, which, if you like buffalo wings, you will love. They also have great fries if you like to get a little something to share. Their spicy margarita is actually spicy AND strong, so that's my drink recommendation! As well as trying the outdoor bar, I also went into the restaurant side to sit and try more food. I do think the prices for food are a little high, but you can tell that the dishes are fresh and high-quality (I believe they get their noodles from Good Fortune downtown). For example, this noodle dish was $18 and it was just filling enough. I will go back to try more things because the food and drinks were great quality, and the ambiance exudes a funky New Orleans bar. Just be ready to drop some $!
