This place was probably my worst choose. Food with fancy names was totally disappointing. Service late and lazy... even for an appetizer bread and humus had to wait for over 20 minutes. The pan Salmon was deep fried and the "famous" corn cream was a scam. As a cook I can say this place is a completely catfish. Yeah, beautiful views on a the most beautiful buildings in the area are good, but please be considered and consistence with the menu you offer and with the service! Verde is a hidden treasure in downtown Miami. Located on the waterfront within the beautiful Perez Art Museum of Miami, it offers simple, local fare that matches its elegant surroundings. I'd stay away from the fish tacos - they seem to be on menus everywhere nowadays, and there are much better items to choose from, the like the 'airline chicken' with maple glaze and grilled seasonal vegetables, which was delicious. Match it with a crisp prosecco or any of the house cocktails (we had the guava margarita and the passionfruit mojito, both were excellent) and enjoy the lapping waves and interesting conversations that such a serene and peaceful environmental is sure to produce. read more

Verde is the restaurant located in the Perez Art Museum Miami. The food is good, don't get me wrong, but I would not go out of my way to come here. It is just a nice end to a day at the museum. The view is amazing!! Great ocean view of the bridge and the city of Miami. The atmosphere of the restaurant is great and it is elegant. It is a nice place to go to lunch but not somewhere I would go again, unless I am visiting the PAMM. The food is expensive!!! And small portions... The Hamachi Sashimi only brought five pieces and cost $14! The Prosciutto Pizza was also $14 and was good but nothing special. I recommend the two dishes along with the French Fries, but overall the food was very salty! Even the hamachi had too much salt. I was not entirely satisfied with my experience at Verde because it had been hyped up a lot since it is located in Miami's best new museum. Also, the service was not great... They didn't bring us more water until we asked them to and the food service was slow. Stop by if you are going to the museum but don't go out of your way to eat here. read more

I wanted to go to Verde specially for its location, not really the food. We went there on a Sunday and had to wait an hour to get a table. It wasn't really a problem as we went to visit the museum while waiting for it. We got a table inside, even if I would have preferred to be outside, but it was still good. Not too loud, no tv, music or whatever. Finally a place where you can talk! I ordered the spinach omelette, it was just ok. I think they forgot the salt and used bottled eggs. It looks very plain and uniform. The omelet itself actually didn't taste anything. With the mushroom/spinach/cheese it was fine. It came with lettuce and potatoes, which were really good. My boyfriend had the prosciutto pizza which was too dry for me. For dessert we had the chocolate pudding which was perfect, it was delicious. The service was very good as well. So, I love this place for its location but the food doesn't have anything special. It cost us $50 with tips (no drinks) read more

Went here today for the first time, had the carpaccio and the margarita pizza... Very good food, the champagne was refreshing and the view was spectacular. It's a shame how extremely disappointing this restaurant was! With all the fabulous choices in Miami I decided to eat at PAMM because of Verde being a Starr restaurant. Living in Philadelphia I know the brand and how many levels above the rest they all are. Not this one! I went to the PAMM to see some art and spend a nice Sunday afternoon out. When my girlfriend and I got hungry we decided to have lunch at Verde and we were surprised by how good everything was. The burger with Applewood bacon was awesome and the brick oven chicken dish was one of the best chicken dishes that I've had in a long time. Three of us shared the squash blossom pizza, chop salad and the chicken under a brick - suggested by our server. All was delicious. Contrary to other reviews, service was superb. The ambience and views are absolutely beautiful and worth coming here if for that alone. We came for a girl's Sunday brunch. We ordered the bread basket that came with orange blossom whipped ricotta and fig jam. I loved the guava margarita! We ordered the fluke as a starter - very tasty but very small portion. I got the eggs Benedict as my starter - very good! My mom ordered the bacon cheese burger medium but it was way overcooked. The French fries were amazing, however. My friend ordered the squash pizza which was amazing. Our server was very professional and attentive. We ordered the pancakes for dessert along with the cinnamon dusted donuts with the dipping sauces. Yum! Overall a very nice brunch experience and I will definitely be coming back. read more

Came here for Saturday brunch at 11 and it wasn't crowded at all. The restaurant has amazing view and atmosphere and the food was delicious! We got a variety of dishes and I will write them in order of my liking (starting with my fav), but they're all very good: carbonara pizza, wild mushroom pizza, shrimp and grits, tuna tartare, chicken under a brick, squash blossoms pizza, margherita pizza. Desserts are really good as well but I don't really remember what they're called, one was like bread pudding with ice cream and the other was mango panna cotta. read more

Having fed my mind with great art i set about feeding my body (and sweating) at Verde. I sat outside (hot) but u can sit inside. Tuna tartar was rather good and went well with a side of fries. We recently went to Verde to celebrate a birthday. The location is beautiful. I wish the inside of the restaurant had a water view. The outside sitting space is unfortunately not as breezy as the front of the building, the heat and lack of breeze made it unpleasant to sit outside, so we asked to be moved inside. I think this is the best restaurant in a museum I have ever been to. It is attractive. We had the chicken, which is deboned and changed the sides to the red quinoa and avocado which usually come with the fish. Both were very tasty. I found the chicken to be almost underdone, which is scary. My friend had the club sandwich and found it very good. I felt the portion sizes were small. Another thing that failed to impress me was the extremely limited dessert selection. They just had two offerings. The waiter did not mention that they would charge us extra if we chose to change the sides. I am not sure if I would go back. read more

Came for Sunday brunch with my girlfriend and were instantly amazed with the beautiful view of Biscayne Bay. The restaurant is situated behind the Perez Arturo Museum with both indoor and outdoor seating available. We got here right at 11 and didn't need a reservation. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Our server, Sienna was phenomenal! We ordered the steak and eggs and the lobster benedict. Both were about the most delicious things we've ever eaten, and we eat out a lot! The blend of spices and flavor was indescribable. One of the best spots in Miami by far! I've been here a couple of times now and I have never been disappointed. I've also brought friends from out of town and coworkers and they are impressed every single time. The squash blossom pizza is a must have (just trust me). I've also had the lobster Benedict for brunch which was amazing, and the off the menu Guava Margaritas were to die for. This is nice restaurant within the Perez Museum. It has a beautiful view of the water with palm trees and modern art behind you. We went for brunch, and had pancakes and a Lox sandwich.
