First time at 5th ave in Naples and decided to check out Vergina . Super great vibes and live music I loved the ambiance so it did catch my attention. The service was good just didn't understand why my id has to be taken to be scanned so I can have a drink. Like scanning the id was odd .. I don't like my personal info being taken somewhere I'm not watching while the scanned or did whatever they wanted with it. So I had did have to comment about that. The food was delicious so I gave this place 4 stars.

    Caesar salad with salmon

We visited Vergina on May 30, 2026, on a rainy off-season evening. A sign outside advertised Paella Night for $26.99, which caught our attention, so we decided to give it a try. We arrived around 6:30 PM and were greeted by our waitress, Svetlana. We started with cocktails. I ordered a Tito's and ginger ale, and my boyfriend ordered a Grey Goose on the rocks. The drinks arrived quickly, likely because the restaurant was not very busy. For our appetizer, we shared the Caesar Salad with Salmon ($36.00), which was outstanding. The salmon was perfectly cooked and practically melted in my mouth. The Caesar dressing was equally delicious. We also ordered the Wagyu Meatballs ($18.00), served with creamy ricotta. Unfortunately, the meatballs arrived cold, which was disappointing. I mentioned it to our waitress, who said she would inform the chef, but nothing further was done. In my opinion, they should have either replaced the dish or removed it from the bill. For our entrees, I ordered the Paella Special ($26.99), while my boyfriend chose the Veal Milanese ($50.00). The paella was disappointing due to its small portion size. It contained only one shrimp, a few mussels, and very small clams. Considering it was advertised as a featured special, I expected a more generous serving. The Veal Milanese was a nice piece of veal, but it was heavily topped with baby arugula, marinated tomatoes, and balsamic glaze, making it difficult to even see the veal underneath. To finish the meal, my boyfriend ordered the Raspberry Sorbetto ($10.00), which he enjoyed. Our total bill came to $206.69. While there were a few highlights, particularly the salmon Caesar salad, the cold appetizer, underwhelming paella, and overall value left us disappointed. I would rate the experience a 6 out of 10 and would not return. Given that it was the off-season and the restaurant was not busy, I expected a higher level of attention to detail and food quality.

The food is good. The reason for a "4" after being seated we waited 15 minutes to be waited on, plus even though the food here is good, it doesn't hold a candle to the North End of Boston. The atmosphere was great, sitting outside watching all the tourists walk by.

It was our first time in Naples. Our plan was to go somewhere else for dinner but we stumbled upon this. The hostess told us almost everything was half off before 5:00 so we took advantage. The food was very good, and the price was unbelievable for what we ordered. Take advantage of the happy hour deal because it truly is a bargain for such a pretty setting.

We visited Vergina for drinks and had a wonderful time. They have a huge variation of cocktails, which we absolutely loved--there is something for everyone! Even on a Tuesday before Christmas, the restaurant was very busy, but it only added to the great atmosphere. It's a lively, festive spot that's perfect for a night out.

My friend and I made reservations for dinner at 6:30pm on a Saturday night. We got seated out front at a 2 person table but just a warning the tables are pretty close to other tables so def not getting much privacy lol. We felt kinda rushed in the beginning with getting our drinks and food order so we were concerned the waiter was going to rush us with the check. Thankfully that didn't happen. For drinks, I did the Barbie special drink and my friend did a cucumber mojito mocktail. They were both delicious! For entrees, I did the Nonni's spaghetti & meatballs and my friend did the chicken parmesan. Both were delicious as well, but my friend said her chicken parmesan was lukewarm like it had been sitting out maybe for a bit. My pasta was the opposite, very hot had to wait for it to cool down. The table bread and olive oil was also so good, the bread tasted fresh and was warm. It was about $40 per person with food & drinks combined. It was hot but thankfully they have fans outside to keep you cool. Apparently at night they turn into a bar/dancing club which seems cool.

Dined on the patio during happy hour, enjoying the half priced menu. I ordered the lasagna for my entree and also tried the bread and the calamari appetizer. The food tasted pretty good and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. The service was okay but a little slow.

Mid to the max. Overpriced for mid food that did not blow me out of the water. Honestly Bolognese was very overcooked and has no flavor despite its extremely detailed menu details. I liked the vibes but it was SO LOUD on a Saturday night cause they had live music which was very nice, but holy damn I could not even hear my own thoughts. Server was fine but I did feel extremely rushed and for some reason they gave someone in my party and iPad with pictures of their extravagant dishes with exposure on high. This makes me not want your tomahawk steak even more. Place was a mess aesthetic wise, and it was modern in some place (bathroom, iPad) and the regularly smegular in the decor. The most non cohesive place ever. Plates were being run around everywhere and forks were probably being thrown over my head. I wish the menu had more and less basic stuff, can a girl just get some pesto? THEY HAD GLUTEN FREE PASTA WHY NOT ON MENU?

I went here and sat at the bar which was almost full at approx 4:30. I was fortunate to get a seat, and even more so when Jessica took care of me. What a pleasant soul after a rough day! My entree was Branzino with spinach which was perfectly cooked and VERY delicious! When I was given my bill, I saw that it was priced 50% due to me ordering during Happy Hour (3:30-5:00) Ambience was nice around the bar, but I did notice the tables appeared to be substandard in relation to the rest of the restaurant's ambiance.... almost look like fold up card tables?

ZERO STARS Edit: DO NOT GO HERE. The original review was made before they screwed us. If you are not familiar with this restaurant there is a thing called happy hour. On the website the hours are 3-5. We were charged full price and when asked about it the waiter got extremely defensive. We were extremely disappointed with the reaction they made. They refused to give us half price when it says on their website the times. DO NOT go to this place. The food is overpriced and the service doesn't care about you. The food was great and if you come at the right time it is half off. Because of this the food is more than worth the price. If it would've been full price the rating would have been lower. The place has a great ambiance overall very expensive but a nice place.

Food was all very good, but nothing exceptional. Their happy hour includes the entire menu- no limitations- but designates "where" you can eat. A very good deal if you're comfortable in the bar or outside on the patio. They make no accommodations for people with disabilities, which is sad and would make me not return. The bar is quite loud and rowdy- which I know just from passing thru- and it's more like a night club with pounding music. Our server was artificially sweet, but attentive none the less. The 4 star rating is for the food- to be fair- but for the whole package of a dining experience, I would have rated it much lower. I was sadly disappointed.

In town for my birthday. Went for dinner tonight for first time. 1) My recommendation; Do NOT let them seat you with server Tasha H! She was pushing everything she could to up-charge you. Her attitude was sour when you declined. But offer you complimentary bread, she never bothered to do that! I had to ask a runner. I've never paid for bottled water in a restaurant. Yet after I ordered plain water, she brought a huge bottle of Panna! When I said I would not pay for it at $9.50 and did not drink a sip of it. She argued and argued with me. It was so unprofessional! She should not have interactions with customers. I continued to ask for a Manager over her arguing. She came back and had removed the charge. When I gave her no tip, she said how dare you treat a server that way! Clearly does not understand "tips" are earned for good service! I said I was a server, you do not treat customers the way you have! She then told me to "Leave"! Management you have a problem! 3) I ordered Radiatore Bolognese. It was delicious! I would eat it again. 4) The bread was really fresh and good. Nice crunchy crust.

This is my second time coming to Vergina in Naples. I absolutely love their food and happy hour menu is next level! We had the mussels in white wine sauce, wings, meatballs, a salad and a key lime martinis. We sat at the bar and received great service and enjoyed the music and people watching. We will be back next time we're in town!

Bread service, Salt grinder from the grocery store, no pepper on any table, you have to flag down a server and ask. No herbs. Plain

The atmosphere is cozy with warm lighting, making it a good spot to relax and enjoy a meal. There is also a bar area with TVs, which felt a little different from the typical Italian vibe, but it did not take away from the experience. Service was friendly, but it was a busy Saturday night and you could definitely feel it. Everything moved a bit slower, and we had to wait about 10 to 15 minutes for the check at the end because our server was not around. We started with the meatballs in red sauce and really enjoyed them. Simple, flavorful, and a great appetizer to share. One thing I was not expecting was being charged for the bread. It was fresh and good, but it is not something I usually associate with Italian restaurants. For the main course, we had the cacio e pepe. The flavor was there, but the sauce was a bit too liquid for my preference. It is a difficult dish to get right, and while it was good, I think it could have been a little better. The tiramisu was absolutely the highlight. The balance between the cream and the ladyfingers was spot on, and it ended up being my favorite thing we ordered. Overall, good location, nice atmosphere, and solid food. The tiramisu is the one thing I would absolutely come back for.
