Went in one evening. They couldn't get the tablet working and asked I return another day. Returned and had one employee just sit on their phone. The other lagged so I went to another Verizon store to be told I needed to pay almost 500 dollars for something TCC did that showed I owed money. I never received anything fro tcc and would have been a new customer so I don't owe anything. Charging someone for something you don't obtain I believe is the definition of fraud. I returned to Tcc. Told them the issue. They said they fixed it yet would not provide any kind of proof or receipt. Returned to the Verizon and the issue remained. I will stay with tmobile and urge you not to use this store. read more

Went in to this store to upgrade my iPhone today and was greeted by a heavy set guy with puffy hair. told him I needed to upgrade and have been getting texts from Verizon to do so. he told me I couldn't trade in my phone and I had to add a line, pay activation fee and state tax ( understand the tax) I didn't want to keep my old phone with a line connected for three more years. my phone is paid off. He was very poor at his job and seemed like a scammer so I said forget it and we left. we went to a legit store owned by Verizon, not this third party crap and I was able to get my phone traded in. pay $2 a month th after the $1100 I got as trade for my phone and not add a line. I was out the door for just the tax and my bill went up $2 instead of the $35 and the $200 quoted before leaving. also I was told my phone would only be worth $450 from this store we recieved $650 more from the legit Verizon. do yourself a favor and stay away. these people are crooks and are shady as hell. plus just bad at their job. I do recommend this place if you want to get screwed. if you don't, go to a different store read more

Stay away from this store. They steal trade in phones and if they do give you trade in credit it's not the full credit you're supposed to get because they replace the phones with other older phones so whatever promotional value you're supposed to get is lower as they use old broken phones. They're all in on it. The sales rep who did this was Trayshawn S Sales Rep ID: ENC and the other sales rep who tried to fix my problem but didn't it Sales Rep ID: ENC. He "processed" one of the trade ins but in reality did the same thing and just put in an older phone. I saw him pull out both phones from the safe then walk to his car with them. read more

Then I decided to add a screen protector and phone case. Evan was super professional and didn't rush me. I felt bad because it was past their closing time but Evan made sure I was taken care of. Worst customer service I've ever experienced! Took back my brand new faulty Note 9 and was bullied & harrassed. Went home, called Verizon, was passed from one customer service rep to another & lodged numerous complaints. Finally had no choice but to go back to the same store to exchange my phone. Bully was still there, manager didn't seem to care at all, but I got my phone exchanged so I'm done! I'll never go back and highly recommend avoiding this location! read more

Worst customer service ever! I tried to exchange my brand new phone that was getting a weird error message but when I went to the store I was bullied by the two employees there and threatened and made to leave. When I got home I immediately called Verizon and by the next day was able to exchange my phone at this store. No one bothered to apologize or even acknowledge that anything happened. I felt uncomfortable even though I brought a friend with me this time because of the bully. My advice is to stay far away from this store! read more

They will up sale you but not stand behind the products they sale. Was gifted a $44 screen protector,haven't even had it on a month and already chipped. Was told they would replace it if anything happened to it and they wont. Save yourself the hassle and the money and go on amazon. Could have bought 4 and had change left over for what was paid for the one. Not to mention I was told I was "one of those" when I took it in to get help with it. I went to the store today to get my upgrade. I looked at my account before heading up to the store and saw I was available for their 2 year contract update. when I talked to the salesman he told me I couldn't and had to switch to a deferent plan. I told him its not right and he proceeded to tell me about other plans told him to forget it and I am happy with what I have. I decided he was wrong and went to another store and they upgraded my phone and kept the payment exactly what it was! I think these guys are all about commission and flat out lie. read more
