Just called to ask about in-store offers and spoke to a young woman who initially said I'd need to tell her my plan info before she could tell me what their best offer was. As I was trying to log into my account she was trying to rush me off the phone and said I could call back. Then she answered my initial question without me giving her my account info, maybe cause she felt rushed. As I was trying to ask one final question she kept cutting me off before I could finish, thinking she already knew the answer to my question. Hopefully their in-store customer service is better. Either way I wont be finding out based on the poor over the phone customer service experience I just had. read more

ZERO STARS! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I was there for more than 4 hours! They had issues transferring my data and then syncing with my watch. They actually said something was wrong with my watch when it was working perfectly with my phone when I came in the store. There was nothing wrong with my watch. They don't know what they are doing. After spending more than 4 hours I came home and had to start the process again of erasing everything on my phone and backing up. The clerks that attended me were nice and it certainly wasn't really their fault, they just don't know what they are doing. They are very short staffed and I don't believe they are properly trained for what they are doing. I have bought numerous phones and NEVER had this much trouble. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. Do yourself a favor and go to a corporate Verizon store not one that pretends to be one. read more

I purchased an iPhone 13 Pro Max from the store. The store representative told me that he would totally prepare the phone for my use. When I got home, the phone could make outgoing calls but not incoming. I called Verizon and they said the rep failed to download software updates, causing me to lose a day of incoming calls. read more

No not go to this store, I traded in a phone in June to this store for a promotion that has yet to be applied to my account which it is now November!!!. I was not given a receipt because I was told I would not need one. I contacted Verizon customer service multiple times and even wait up two hours for a representative who was helpful but ended up lying to me when he said he would call me back in an hour and never did. Just went to the Pavilion store and was met by a mask sign. Haven't been in that position for a while and I did not have one. Ask the greeter for a mask and he told me I could go to Target next door. 1. This is a franchise, not a Verizon company store 2. Sales reps are extremely friendly 3. They verbally told us our contract and rates would remain the same. Two months later, they went from $212 a month to $280. 4. We told them we wanted insurance for our sons phone because he would likely drop it or lose it. They gave us 'extended warranty' and his broken phone is not covered. 5. The store told us they were giving us a great rebate. Actually, there price was raised higher than corporate stores. Corporate Verizon is no better....they tell you one thing, and up the contract....and change the contract. Can't get away from this company fast enough. This is a corrupt oligopoly that should be subject to federal review....rather, they are making heavy Democratic donations and allowed to acquire and charge what they want. We got wonderful service here after being totally turned down at the Verizon Company store at Tempe Market Place. Our salesman Michael was very helpfuland went out ofhis way to help us save money and work us through a complicated purchase.We have bought phones fromthis location and have always had a great, personal experience. The phones were also cheaper than the quotes we got at the company stores. Michael also was more than willing to discount tradtional high dollar add-ons. Great experience all around. read more

The day the new iphone 6 came out, I decided at the last minute I wanted one. I happened to find this store while googling Verizon stores. Lo and behold, they had some in stock at noon on that Friday. When I got there, I was initially helped by Mike. He was so helpful, I couldn't believe it. I ended up buying two of the new phones. Unfortunately, I had some issues with the phones (Apple ID problems), so I had to go back. Since Mike wasn't there, I was worried what kind of help I would get. Well, I didn't have to worry, because both of the guys I worked with, (Fabian and Lance?), were also very helpful and friendly. I suggest if you need to go to a Verizon store, check this place out. It's not even close to where I live, but I will drive there for all of my cell phone needs in the future. read more

I went to this Verizon store because my phone died. Joey helped me. I purchased a new phone and he put me on a new plan that was better for me and cheaper than my previous plan. I didn't have to wait, which is a huge plus, and everyone was very nice. I highly recommend this particular Verizon store. read more

Be very aware when buying phones here. They offered us a bogus rebate to get us to buy. Verizon denied it saying that the store knew that it didn't apply to the phone we purchased. When asked about it, the store manager offered us a "store credit". We already bought all we needed or want for this phone so would like a refund in the amount of the fraudulent rebate. I guess we'll have to turn this over to the state attorney general so they can investigate them for fraud. read more

So I stopped into this Verizon to determine when my EDGE contract was complete so I could upgrade to a new phone. Come to find out, another store mis-sold me the product, attached it to the wrong phone line, left me with NO contract on my phone, and I'm now paying nearly $600+ for a $200 phone so that someone could make a few extra bucks on a commission and meet his quota. Aaargh. I will have to tackle that beast at another time at *said other* Verizon store. Low and behold, Pat Chung came to my rescue. He not only told me exactly what had happened to my account over 15 months ago, what I was paying too much for, and how to approach the other store to recify the situation, but he tried to find a way to get me OUT of this disaster. Though no complete solution was possible He was fantastic, took his time with me and clarified my entire plan/account so I can demand back my money for being over-billed for months on end from the other store. He also remedied my 3rd line that wasn't being utilized as well! Thanks Pat, I really appreciate your efforts. read more

He was a very polite, informed, young man who patiently worked with us to choose the best phone replacement and to transfer all the date and get us on our way. Go to a REAL Verizon store! They misquoted not 1 but 2 parts to my EDGE contract causing me to pay almost $300 more than what I had anticipated. When I called Verizon they said that the information should have been known... that tells me the sales rep did not know his product well enough and wanted to make a sale.
