Everyone likes to complain about anything but I had such an amazing experience at this store. I had this man Angel and Peyton helping me out with getting a new phone as mine broke. They treated me with so much respect and walked me through my payments and where the amount was coming from. Even left with a few accessories and my new iPhone! I would absolutely give this store 5 stars. During the holidays and everyday remember to treat everyone with kindness especially employees at stores they are people too who do what they can to help. The exact thing others have posted happened to us. We swapped phones with the Verizon deal and the store charged us a set up and activation fee. I got charged by Verizon $40 fee as well. I went into the store and they said oh Verizon charged you call and complain and they will remove it. I called and was on for 30 mins to find out I shouldn't have been charged any fees in store. Awful location. Be very careful to get everything in writing and make sure it is correct! They say one thing that ends up to be something else!!! You most likely will pay more than they tell you. Worst phone buying experience of my life. Please if you want Verizon go to a corporate store or go online. After multiple return trips, trip to corporate store, and multiple hours on the phone with Verizon I may finally have the deal I signed up with at the store. Last call Verizon told me, " ya your salesman didn't know what they were doing at all. " I went there in the first place to ensure the deals were valid and to avoid complications. Keep in mind you also pay $40 per line for activation ( plus the $35 from Verizon ) that you don't pay at corporate stores, he didn't even take two phones out of the box, what am I paying for exactly and I didn't transfer any phone data. I paid $160 extra ( plus tax ) for hours and hours of frustration I went there specifically to avoid. When I went back a new salesman assured me the GM would reach out ( never did ) and guess what my issues still weren't resolved after dealing with him. These people are the most corrupt, stupid SOBs I've ever had the misfortune of doing business with. Remember the ad "trade-in your old phone and get a new iPhone 16 for free?" I fell for that, paid all the upfront cost, and I'm now being billed $160 a month because they said they lost the phone I traded in. Later, when I provided them with proof of the trade-in, they then said it wasn't eligible for the promotion? To add further insult, when I got home and took a close look at the phone they gave me, it looked like a used phone and even had a broken screen. I observed several other people in the store having similar problems. I'm ashamed that I was dumb enough to fall for their stupidity. Now they go out of their way to try to avoid addressing the situation. I've watched them lock the doors early, close the store up early, and avoid answering the phone. The service here is the worst. There's a gentleman there that's very heavy set and he is a scam artist. He asked me for my password to turn the phone on and he asked me for my access code for Verizon supposedly to program my phone. Next thing you know two days later I get notified That this guy change my plan for both my lines without my authorization. I reported him to both Verizon and when I attempted to contact their supervisor they were nowhere to be found. do not trust this shop do not go there. There's much better stores. He acts like a very nice guy while you're there in the background he figures out ways to make money on the side, even if that's expensive changing your account I had to spend two hours changing my account back to my regular plan. Dishonest practices, very unprofessional. Insist on getting your receipt before leaving and check it for unwarranted charges. Visited store and purchased S21+ Nov 30. During transaction, rep Kelsey C claimed a change of plan would save us money and reassured that my 9 lines would not be negatively affected. Would later discover we are paying MORE and had lost all our hotspots as well as being charged on a ton of extra junk. While she was gathering and applying case, screen protector, warranty, cables, chargers. I mentioned that I have so much of that stuff already and asked if it was included to which she said that it was part of their promotion. I accepted this answer but also asked for the receipt for the $300+ payment, which she said would be emailed and continued with migrating my data and applying the liquid screen protector which would prevent scratches. Rep Kelsey and Manager Justin went on to discuss the "crazy old" customer they had been helping and even complained about someone who was coming in to complain. Few days later... After 3 phone calls, was finally able to get receipt via Quentin Bias. As expected the receipt had charged me for everything except a screen cleaning kit. Unhappy, I returned to the store the next day to find Kelsey C working. There were already 2 other customers in the store so when she was free I mentioned that I had an issue with the charges I wanted to discuss when she was fee. She said when she was done with the customers she would help. Another rep entered the store, apparently called in to assist. He helped the 2nd customer out as another 2 customers entered over the next hour. After finish with the original customers, each rep chose to move onto the other customers over me by asking small questions and were about to send one customer to a different store and informing the other that they would be right with them to solve a technical issue. I waited patiently for 1.5 hours, not saying anything additional until they went back to the woman with the technical issue to now figure out the issue. Upset, I said "I think we should really solve my issue first". Kelsey agreed and led me to the front counter where I went over the details. As I explained my frustration, Kelsey said that the items I thought were included were promotional and pointed out the $30 I had saved by spending $300+. I remarked that I had told her during the transaction that I had plenty of cables and charges and no use for that specific case or liquid screen protector. She said I could return them if I had the box to which I pointed out that SHE had been the one to open and apply everything and that I had seen no reason to keep empty boxes. I mentioned the phone plan issue as well and was instructed to call in myself and try to change it but that she again had "saved" me money by getting a more expensive plan and getting a discount on it for 3 months. Keep in mind it was STILL more expensive than my previous, more comprehensive plan even with her discount. She claimed there was nothing else she could do, I mentioned that having worked retail Im positive there was always plenty that could be done to which she claimed only Justin had that ability and that I would have to come in when he was in. I left upset and frustrated to say the least. I was able to revert my plan back, but not able to meet with Justin thus far. read more

First and foremost, this is not a Verizon factory store. If you have a device that you got from Verizon and it has a warranty, do not come to this store. They make money by selling phones, so they will not tell you that you should call customer service and get your new free phone. Jaime said, we can't do anything about your broke phone. Did not advise that my wife should go through Verizon directly. Cost me about $979. The Hum product is 100% free he said. Well, the device is free, but the activation is $40 and it cost $10 per month. Two year contract. Balony. So you pay $280 for a product that you can pick up at Harbor Freight for $100. They upsell their protective glass and impact glass, then try to sell you a separate warranty. Danger danger, Will Robinson. Stay away unless you have $1200 to waste. read more

Worst. Experience. Ever. I went in to buy a new phone. They told me they didn't have it there and would have to order it. I wasn't too happy about this but they told me it would be "like 2 to 4 days." I ordered a phone on December 1st and, after tons of phone calls that *I* made (they never bothered to check in or call me), it finally came in on the 21st. While I understand this was in part due to the phones being on back order (how can you not know that if you work at a phone store??), it was still a huge hassle for me and they didn't and WOULDN'T give me anything for my ordeal. They could have thrown in some screen protectors or something and I would have been satisfied. But the girl didn't offer, and when I asked it was just "sorry." I was also told they could get me a better deal on my plan. Did they? Nope. She didn't even try. I hope to God I never have to deal with these people ever again, and I will tell anyone I meet never to go there. Ridiculous. read more

My parents live in the boonies by Amish town and still have Flip track phones waaaa. This crock of a place swindles elderly ladies out of $500 iPads by telling them they are running a $99 special. But you don't find out how much you paid until you get home and have the receipt EMAILED to you. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!! This place is a scam. Their customer service is nonexistent. I went in on 3/20 to purchase a replacement charger for my Samsung Galaxy S 9 plus. I was in a hurry and they over sold me a $50 charger. I returned today with my friend and the 2 associates, 1 of whom sold me the overpriced charger, did everything in their power to prolong the return experience. After 2 hours they were ready for my return. The woman who sold it to me was an absolute bitch. Despite the fact that she sold me the wrong charger she charged me a 25% restocking fee. I will never shop here again. Only go to a corporately owned store. This place should be shut down! read more

I ordered the phone online and came to this store to pickup. They made us wait an hour to give me the phone and not even bother to help me setting up. The store manager was terrible. He was rude and me and my husband were really hungry waiting for the process. On 11/4/16 my new iPhone was set up incorrectly and the Manager that "helped" me clearly didn't know hat she was doing because she didn't back up my new phone from my old iPhone so I lost everything including my contacts. This has been a complete inconvenience and frustration and it was something so simple that could have been avoided. EDIT: Then when they see they have an upset customer, they will PM you offering you something for the trouble and to give them a call but no one will answer and they will not return your call! Ha! No surprise there. EDIT: I've actually *lowered* the star rating based on the fact that they faked offering me something 'for the trouble' which in turn has made me more angry. I've called 3 times, left voicemails, and responded to the PM and I've gotten no response. Apparently this company fails in *every* department. Sad. It's really sad how many extra fees they will throw at you and hope you don't notice. The employees here are very nice, but it does take someone special to be able to charge all these unnecessary extra fees day in and day out. My main complaint goes out to Verizon and/or GoWireless Corporate (I learned *after* visiting here that this isn't an actual Verizon store, they are contracted with Verizon to sell their phones) since *they* are the ones forcing their employees to charge all these fees. The associate, Brian, rings me up and says "all together with the phone and the setup fee your total comes to $354" (or something close to that). I ask him "Uh, setup fee? What does that cover? What kind of setup was done? Activating it?". He explains that for most phones, the transfer of contacts needs to be done through a machine (which apparently costs $20 to use..? Seriously?) and the iPhone is the only one where it can be done through the cloud. So I ask him why I would be charged this fee since I purchased an iPhone and he did not do this "setup" since I did it through iCloud myself. He said I have to be charged the fee because he is unable to take the fee off unless you purchase accessories at the store and then you get a special rate on the accessories for paying that fee and then some coupons that don't arrive for at least a month after (this in itself makes little to no sense). So not only am I not buying accessories (already bought everything I need off Amazon for 1/3 of the price), and he didn't do any 'setting up', I STILL have to pay the fee... oh, unless his manager can give him the code to take it off. Thankfully, this is what ended up being done so I appreciate that. However, if there was no setup of a phone, there should be no setup fee, plain and simple! Verizon definitely used to offer transferring contacts for free but now that have this weird thing where they trick you into paying the fee by offering such 'great deals' on accessories but the accessories are already overpriced to begin with! My phone had come more quickly than expected and I had basically gotten over the hours and hours spent negotiating two days prior that I was really prepared to leave the store happy at the end of all of it. That last little fee (after already trying to deal with all the other extra fees two days prior) really just ruined my short-lived positive feelings for this place. To the guys that work here, you seem like nice people. I hope one day you don't have a soul-sucking job like this anymore. read more

We recently had the BEST experience at this Verizon store! My mom, who is 80 years old, finally got her first Smart Phone. Elijah and Jaime were incredibly patient, kind, and fun. They took the time to explain how the phone worked, transfer her contacts and arrange her set up to be easy for her to use. They made what could have been a very stressful experience an amazing one! If I could give a lower score, I would. Talk about an awful experience... I went in to add a line, thinking it would be no problem, but I was in for a rude surprise. The sales associate, Christine, was who I had the displeasure of working with. Initially upon walking in, I was not greeted, nor acknowledged in any way. The two associates working were Christine and Tony, I believe. Tony was working with another customer and I was, unfortunately, stuck with a preoccupied little brat who acted like I was more of a nuisance than anything. Major attitude the ENTIRE time. She was more concerned with whomever she was texting than she was with her actual job. Sorry honey, playing with cell phones may be your career, but when there is a customer standing in front of you, put down the phone and do your job. Without a bad attitude. I managed to remain graceful, despite the sighing and frequent "nonchalant" glances to her phone. I asked about opening another line and she suggested I take care of that via Verizon website. I told her I had a few questions, such as pricing, plans, phone options, etc., and she claimed to not know any of the answers to my questions. I asked if I could just wait for Tony to finish up with his customer, to which she suggested I then call the 800 number. Seriously? Are these people just completely untrained? Sternly, I replied that I was already there and wanted to take care of this now, not later; I was not wanting to wait for a phone to be shipped when I could get it there. Once again, all she could do was roll her eyes, sigh, and peck at her phone. Well, Go Wireless, if your goal was to hire rude associates, way to go! You succeeded with flying colors. Shame on you for hiring such an awful associate. And shame on Christine for have such poor customer service skills. I had a great experience at this store. First of all, it's like a secret location that you can't easily find, so it is not busy! I got an iPhone 7 a day or two after release without waiting even a minute! Desiree was knowledgeable and helpful. I will note that it is a very small store with very few employees and not a lot of merchandise. So it may be helpful if you call in advance to driving there and make sure they have what you need. I did receive my stolen merchandise back and my 20 dollar ( I paid cash and received no receipt) tech fee. Which I agree with other posters on yelp. They screwed up my brand new phone. I lost contacts and it is a mess. They told me I needed to go to the Apple Store to get that fixed. Why?
