    Run! They overcharge and then you will spend hours trying to argue. Go with a different cell phone carrier.

I have AppleCare warranty, which covers the…read morereplacement of 100% of the cost to replace the battery and Apple care recommended Best Buy Brookfield and the app showed that there would be zero cost to me! I set up the appointment at Best Buy and they told me there would be no cost for me for replacing the battery under my warranty. I get there in naturally their geek squad has a bunch of people that just sit down with you and try to upsell you services and what not. I didn't agree to anything and told her I just wanted the battery replaced under warranty. The geek representative told me it would be $29. I calmly told her that Apple told me there'd be no charge and when I set up the appointment, you guys told me there'd be no cost for battery replacement. She said that's how they get paid which I know it is a lie. I proceeded to tell her that I would no longer do business with Best Buy ever and took my phone and walk out of the store and called AppleCare. AppleCare was all apologetic and told me that they would send me a box to ship my phone into them however take at least a week before I get it back with a new battery in it at NO cost to me! Moral of the story he is, don't do business with Best Buy as they are nothing but dishonest and crooked. Waiting for Best buy to respond to their shady practices!

It wasn't too busy when I arrived on a Thursday afternoon. There were a few associates available around the store, but I didn't need any help. I found a small selection of 50 inch TVs that met my requirements. The checkout process was straightforward, and I was able to split the purchase between a prepaid debit card with a small remaining balance and my regular credit card. A pretty uneventful, but successful visit.

    I don't like to give bad reviews, but i feel like this could have been made right and no one is…read morehelping. Sorry to put this on the store site. But this goes to rate the company overall. I signed up for att service through Target. I was told I would get statement credits for paying the activation fees up front, discounted lines and reimbursement for the payoff of my devices (turns out it was only for my phone not my tablet). In the form of a visa gift card. Went online and submitted the information for the reward in the form of a screen shot because I didn't get paper statements. They declined to reimburse because they didn't like the submission format. So I had to call my old provider and sit on the line for an hour and request a paper statement by mail. Once I received it, I went back to their submission site and it kept telling me I could not submit because I had already submitted. I replied to their email, there was no response. So I called. Turned out I needed to go to an alternative website to submit. The person on the phone was really nice and walked me through the resubmission process where I uploaded all 5 pages of my bill. This was all still within their 60 day required time frame. After I submitted the page said to wait 6-8 weeks to get my card. The other day I realized I had not gotten my visa gift card. So I went into my email to search for information and there was no record of anything. I call in and ask what's up and after 2 phones calls, 4 employees, 1 manager and a hour and 15 minutes of my time they tell me I'm SOL because their system failed. That there is NO ONE, that can make this right. Even if there was no record, how would I know i had to go to a special website for resubmission of my firms unless I had actually done it? Furthermore, the reimbursement of the activation fees only came after I called them back and reminded them. If I wasn't paying attention they would I shorted me that. So I was supposed to get $150 back for paying off my phone and they now refused. This stinks like a scam to me. I do not recommend switching. Oh yes, when I asked to talk to someone higher up I was told there was no one else higher up to talk to me. What a shame.
