BUSINESS OWNERS AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! *I did reach out to the Victra email after they left a comment and have received no response from them. It is Just a generic bot response. ‍ First of all this is a third party Verizon store, meaning they will make every promise, credits, promotions, etc. and there is no accountability to them because they are not directly employed by Verizon so all their promises doesn't get you anywhere with Verizon. They are scam artists. My CEO went in to switch the account and as soon as she told me the store she went to I knew we were in for a lot of BS... Please go to a corporate store please do not deal with these 3rd party as someone who has previously worked in corporate third parties are our nightmares and unfortunately there is not a lot that can be done to hold these third party stores accountable for the promises they give. I encourage anyone who has had an experience like this to report them to corporate directly because employee reports essentially mean nothing. The mess I'm trying to clean up from her simply going to this store is exhausting. If it had been a corporate store it would've been resolved same day and this is now dragging out to an entire month. Business owners also feel free to reach out to me, I help with this stuff to make your lives easier but the number they did on this is so bad I felt the need to review this store. The store managers RJ & Kajal in my first interaction were rude and unprofessional. Kajal remained unprofessional but RJ perhaps remembered he was a manager and actually started speaking to me as an equal instead of someone below him. I heard him out and he told me he'd have his manager Ben email everything over that we had discussed about credits promotions etc. He gave me his phone number, I text him and asked him where the information was. Told him it was never received, he said it was sent and I again said we had received nothing. I asked him about the promised credit and he never responded to me again. I wasn't going to keep pressing they made their intentions clear, I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt hoping they'd be different than other third party stores but nope they are the same. New location for Verizon, store was busy two associates were not busy but they wanted to look occupied so I walked around the store waiting for someone to offer some assistance. When I saw two of the girls conversing, I said okay they are available to assist, I asked to see if they could help me with a trade in and both looked completely lost. I asked if they could open up my account to see what I was talking about and said it wasn't coming up... impossible when I've been with Verizon since I've had a cellphone !! New location, new staff, I can understand but Verizon is normally about solutions and this staff seemed more mad that people were actually coming to them with problems. If I could give this store less than a one star rating I would. I had a 2 PM appointment, I walked in at 1:50 PM and stood close by the 2 employees that were there and was not even acknowledged, not even to ask if I had an appointment or just to say that they would be a couple minutes before they got to me. There was another couple sitting there that had been waiting awhile for their appt too. What upset me the most was that the two employees were just chopping it up with the other customers like there wasn't anyone else in the store waiting. Horrible customer service! Yesterday afternoon (Tuesday, December 14 2021), I entered the empty store with my elderly mother and there was one girl sitting at one of the desks. Had absolutely zero sense of urgency to help us. There were no customers to be seen the entire time we were there. We sat patiently waiting for her to attend to us. We were made to feel like we were bothering her. No smile. No welcome. Zero level of hospitality. Made it clear that our business wasn't welcome. She went to the back and never came back out. After about 20 minutes, we walked out. Was thinking of switching our family business from our existing carrier but she confirmed that Verizon doesn't care about potential or existing customers. Crystal is a liar. Went in for a simple SIM card, and was offered an iPad under the pretense that the monthly fees of said iPad would be credited due to Military affiliation monthly. Wasn't the case. I checked our account when I got home and it was showing fees of $56 a month, called Verizon and Wendell the CSR took care of everything and agreed the sales tactic that Crystal used was out of line and would take care of things for us and did... and mentioned there was no Military discount for iPads or promos as such. She had the indignity to try and flip it as my fault, saying, "We can't take it back, plus I asked you a few times if you had questions" I asked Crystal specifically if we were charged anything monthly since she said it was going to be free due to Military affiliation and her answer was, "nothing, you will have a credit each month to offset it" Anyway, they took it back. Account credited I would stay far away from this store. I even listened to her lie to a lady saying that the $39 non apple charger would be the best thing for her car. This is without her knowing the details of her needs besides listening to the lady say her phone takes a long time charging. Nothing but lies. EDIT: As you can see there were others that complained of the same dishonest sales tactic... Would you trust this retailer? Trust their sales tactics? Do yourself a favor and spend the extra time driving to an actual Verizon store. First, you should know this is a franchise store and they don't care. They have no procedures in place to solve problems as they arise. I ordered two iPhone 13s on December 13 and was told they would arrive on or before January 7. I would receive a text or email to pick up the phones. I didn't receive any communication on the 7th so I drove back to the store. They only had one phone and said that there was "an invalid tracking number" on the second phone and it was never delivered. They told me I would have to reorder the phone and wait another 25 days for it to come in. No front of the line, no expedite. Pay your money and stand in line, again. I went home and called Verizon support. They told me the phone in fact had been delivered. I returned to the store today and and a sales guy told me the phone had most likely been sold to someone else. Pay your money and stand in line to get it reordered. I cancelled the order. I called Verizon sales to get the phone ordered and learned that it could be delivered to my home in a couple of business days. Not 25 days. I probably would have stuck with the store if they had said a new phone would be there in a week but I got nothing. They could have called Verizon sales and got a phone there in two days, just like I had to do. Do yourself a favor and just call Verizon. read more

I ordered an iPhone 12 Pro Max 512 gigs in December thru Verizon, Salesperson was in a rush because he had a customer already waiting. One month later I get email and a notification on my app stating that my phone was ready to be picked up. I drive out there to pick it up, and was denied. Marvin refused to give me my order, even tho I had all the proper identification. He gave a excuse of it not being ready, although I had proof on email and on my Verizon app that it was ready to be picked up. I called Verizon customer service and explained it, they gave me the rundown on how poorly the salesperson placed the order. I was livid. Left me with a real bad feeling so I just decided to cancel my order with them. Now I'm out my phone and left with terrible customer service. read more

Zero stars! RJ is a liar. Do not come here! They are not honest. RJ lies and your bill will not be what they claim. We spent hours here and transferred our lines to Verizon five of them business. The prices we were quoted are not what we are paying! We have it in writing and we are still paying more we have not gotten out credits and it has been months. RJ is no help just lies now I have to climb the corporate ladder to get my issue resolved. I am reporting them to the better business bureau. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Darius is the best worker there! Ask for him he will treat you like family! I give 10 stars to Darius and -1 stars to the check in process. The check in process is lacking much much communication. Waited over an hour to get in when they said two people where ahead of us. We saw three people leave the store after 15mins of arriving and no one going in after. I walked in to just simply ask how much longer of a wait (since had I known it would have taken over an hour I would have went to get food) but no one acknowledged I was even inside the store so I just walked out and my husband called the store on his phone to talk to someone. Once finally getting in I saw people just walking in and getting helped and not having to wait or check in. I understand covid times are tough 100 percent but at first we just had simple questions. So a better consistent check in process would be great as a customer. Also there hand sanitizer was empty the one right at the door and a different worker who checked us in made a comment like oh yeah it's been out for 2 days. But you have to touch the door to get in. Went into this store to get a new phone. While checking out we were informed that we could get a few "free" tablets due to a "military affiliation" promotion. I inquired several times asking about hidden fees and asking multiple times if the tablets are actually 100% free. The lady confirmed that they would be free due to our account getting credited monthly to offset the fee. There was no monthly credit to our account and they were not free. She lied straight to me and my wife's face several times. We ended up having to pay $200+ for each tablet. We attempted to return the tablets but by the time we saw the bill with the charges we would have had to pay a ridiculously high restocking fee for each tablet and it was going to cost an arm and a leg to cancel the data line for each tablet. The whole thing ended up being a nightmare. I can't speak for the entire team but this female employee will say what she needs to in order to rip you off. I suggest avoiding this store altogether. Walked into this Verizon location to inquire about adding a line to my plan . After the sales rep realized what I need she offered a phone I wasn't looking for and when I inquired about price matching their own VERIZON website she became defensive by saying we dont match and there's nothing I can do we don't price match but I can order the phone online (who wants to wait for a phone) . I walked over to Best Buy and they gladly added a line with the iPhone I wanted by pice matching Verizon's website . Long story short just go to the Best Buy as since they price match and save you time . Plus you don't have to order online. read more

Staff here is horrible, I was supposed to pick up an iPhone I ordered online, I call them and they say it's in store ready on Saturday morning I go in only to wait 30 minutes for them to say they can't release the phone because it's not ready online but when I called they said come in. So I go back Sunday morning and they have me there another 30 minutes waiting only to say the cancellation isn't done and they can't give me a phone. I call 611 and they say there was never a cancellation and they try to help me on a 3 way call with them and they say they can't help me because they are with customers, like if I am not a customer. I was trying to get help there for 3 days. Just because u wasn't a new line they don't even try to help me because there is no commission there! Rude, awful and horrible customer service there. So here's the thing....we just purchased 3 of the new iPhone 11 pros. Did service with De. He was great all 3 times were worked with him. My problem was the lady that works with him. I get that they're busy especially after the Eastlake location closed. But why even have us sign in if you're not going to enforce it fairly? We have to sign in from starting or stopping services all the way down go just asking a question. But the blonde type female that was working with them bypassed the list to help someone Who was TRYING to look intimidating because he KNEW he didn't sign in or have an appointment and didn't wanna be kicked back. There were 5 of Us on the list waiting as patiently as we could. And after she finished she didn't even go to the list she just went to the big sale because this couple stopped her while she was going to the list to start services. Which pissed the rest of us on the list off even more causing 2 other people to leave, 1 of whom had an appointment. She exemplifies POOR GREEDY business service whereas I feel bad for De and the other guy having to deal with the Rest of the pissed off crowd. If I didn't have a coupon I would've booked it out of there after she did that. Never again. My husband had been looking into T-Mobile or Sprint because the connection had SIGNIFICANTLY declined and this was just the icing on the cake. Not only is Verizon the most expensive plan, but it's the worst customer service with the exception of 1 or 2 people. This was BS and Verizon might be losing a big account with us. read more

INCOMPETENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered a phone in early November and was told I would receive a phone call when the phone got delivered so I can pick it up and I never received a phone call or email that my phone had been delivered on 11/16/20 signed by C. Crystal at 3:34pm. When I called on 12/3/2020 to obtain a delivery status I was told they needed to look into it and that I would receive a call back, I NEVER received a call back. I called again on 12/4/20 to obtain status and got told I would get a call back within 10 min and again never got a call back, so I had to call in again and was told to call 611 to obtain a deliver status of my phone. When I called I was given the details of when my phone was delivered and who signed for it. When I called the store for the third time on 12/4/20 I spoke to the manager who was NOT apologetic for the horrible miscommunication and she said "well you had 5 days to pick up the phone" again how was I supposed to know I had a certain amount of days to pick up my phone when I was never given that information. Moral of the story DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!!!! Go to BEST BUY you will receive way better customer service and they know what their doing. I am EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with this experience and I will never shop at this store again!! This is my go to Verizon support. I have never gone in with a problem that they didn't solve. There's a perception that cell phone companies only make deals for new customers, but pretty much every time I go in they review my plan and make adjustments that save me money. This trip I went in with my wife to get her a new phone and they set me up with a plan where we both got new phones and will pay less than if we just bought hers. Johnny was very patient and walked us through the whole process of changing over the phones, showing us features, explaining the phones and getting them dressed in their cases and screen protection. Abraham was a huge help in showing us different ways we could save money. Seriously, you should go in there. read more

Forget all the waiting and poor customer service stuff that other people have written about. Listen to this. They stole my phones and decided to rip me off. Last year around September I traded in 3 phones. They said I should get my credit for the phones in a couple of billing cycles along with a $900 credit for switching from another provider. That never happened so I went to the store in December and the manager Sergio said they had mixed up my phones and didn't know which were mine, so they found my phones and he did some processing and said my credits would show up in the next bill cycling. Needless to to say, that never happened either. After many phone calls that are always screened by their service center, I could never reach him. I called Verizon direct and said I would get a call back which never happened. After such a horrible experience I said screw it and decided to file small claims for $2,400. I have court date coming up soon so I'll keep you all posted. read more

Darius deserves an award. He is extremely patient and great at multi tasking. He was alone in the store when I visited to purchase several products and despite being alone and having lots of angry costumers he managed himself amazing. He provided great costumer service. I was just assaulted by Christi and another employee because I disputed a ridiculous charge. They kicked me out of the store when I challenged their unethical behavior. They were refusing to give me my money or my $500 device back until I threatened to call the police. When she finally refunded me, she refused to give me the receipt to prove it and stood at the door holding the receipt on the outside while the other employee pushed me out. Said she would not give it to me until I left the store. The other employee saw my foot on the door and purposely closed it and trapped my foot. They locked the door while the rest of the employees were laughing at me. Called the police and pressed charges against him for assault. Have been a Verizon customer for 22 years and have never experienced anything like this. Also didn't realize this was not an actual Verizon store until I saw the charges and until I noticed they didn't honor the plan I agreed to originally. Do not shop here! read more

Was there to get in on Verizon's new promotion and upgrade to 5G. A salesman named Gene told me flat out lies during the process. First, he told me that you cannot use previous iPhone chargers/cables with the iPhone 12. This is not true. He tried to sell me numerous charging cables but I refused them. Second, he told me that Verizon's 5G plan requires you to have insurance on all of your phones to the tune of $50 a month. Again, a flat out lie. I called Verizon customer service who verified it and cancelled the insurance he tried to sell me on. After a while my 1 year old was getting restless and a nice young man came over to talk to him and show him some kids book to keep him busy. I later found out it was the manager.
