It is been 3 months since I have been dealing with the fraud that took place at this establishment. It is unconscionable that during a pandemic when people are struggling to get by that such devious activity is occurring here. I have been told that the person who perpetrated the fraud on myself and others was terminated. Still each month my bill has not been credited. I have spent countless hours on the phone with Verizon and a 3 way call with the manager. This weekend I tried to get the manager to help me. He said he would call me back in 20 minutes. Still no call or help or solution. I am hoping that someone in upper management sees this and I can finally get the credit to my account. As of today I have been overcharged approximately $346.44. I am being charged deactivation fees, taxes and surcharges for a jetpack that was fraudulently placed on my account. I know this company is well aware of who did this. The manager spent HOURS trying backup my phone that kept bugging, trying every possible workaround and never once complained or had an attitude. He gave amazing customer service and managed to make laugh about a situation that was anything but funny. 10/10 recommend. read more

I was quite impressed, although when I arrived at the Verizon store I was furious. I spoke with Tremaine about my phone because customer care couldn't help me. Honestly I was ready to leave Verizon but Tremaine was so calm and patient with me despite how irate I was. He explained to me everything i was getting charged for and why. He made sense of why my bill was the way it was. He was able to change my plan to one that suited me even more. I didn't even know there was a deal including hulu, disney plus and apple music. He even told me I was eligible for an upgrade. I went in there ready to leave Verizon, instead I left with a new plan, an iphone 12 and a much better attitude all thanks to Tremaine.... Hands down best Verizon store I've ever visited - no waiting personalized service! Andrew was friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and efficient. Ordinarily I dread a visit to the Verizon store (& avoid going altogether); my last visit cost me over half a day and while I was trying to communicate with my claim agent over their landline a Verizon employee kept turning up the music volume - even after I turned it down myself. I have been experiencing issues with my jet pack on and off for the past 2-3 weeks, plus I needed to switch to the unlimited plan. Not only did they do this, but they made sure I was utilizing some of the Verizon features. I was able to get Apple Music for free for 6 months ($9.99 afterward) by following a few prompts. I was so happy to have found this store initially but am now super bummed out that I didn't go directly to a real Verizon store! My main objective was to just get a spare phone and number for a new business I was starting so I told them my main concern is to keep my bill under $200 a month for both phones. They said "guess what, lets bundle a tablet and we can get your bill at $160 per month and all you have to do is pay $99.00 now and its a done deal". I expressed to them that there wont be any surprises and they said this is it and not to worry. Well I got my bill today and it was $370.86, they never told me about the activation fee's associated with the real Verizon! Such poor business practice and I'm surprised Verizon allows that. When the sales person directly lies to you anything you sign means nothing(fine print says they arent responsible for activation fees). The courts open on the 15th and guess who will be taking this to small claims! read more

I could have left but ended up talking to Darryl about how I wished they still made the iphone 4 because of the size. I have small hands and don't like the bigger phones. I am giving this place five stars because of one employee I met. His name is Tyler. He was so helpful when I needed to change phones and made sure everything was backed up, downloaded and ready to go. He was extremely friendly, made sure everything was explained clearly and was candid about what my best options were. He was really great at multi tasking to make sure all the customers were served as quickly and efficiently as possible and was able to assist many people successfully simultaneously by himself. This is a long delayed review but I was in this store in the beginning of January shopping for a new phone. The wait is always long at this store which is understandable because phone situations usually take a while. After about a 20 minute wait Turquiose was such a delight to have. She seamlessly and simplistically explained the differences between all the phones. She even quickly added accessories for me and was so patient during the whole process.
