This is an indirect Verizon Store. Not the Direct corporate Verizon Store. When you call customer service all representatives recommend you walk out immediately and go to Thier Direct Corporate Stores. I asked several times how purchasing my phone at this store will impact me negatively opposed to going to the direct store and the reps just shrugged and said it doesn't. And thats the case...Until you have a problem! And that's why Customer Service Highly suggests you don't purchase your phones here. I had a terrible experience the other day at this store and I'm still waiting for them to credit my credit card as promised without the penalty restocking fees and extra charges as my phone was dead on arrival. Huge disconnect where my phone received no text messages and intermitted phone calls. Which to their credit happens at times but they were out of stock of my Note 5 and would have been left stranded with no phone till they could order me one. Which as any parent knows is terrible when you can't be reached by anyone handling your children. That being said they are still trying to stick me with BS charges and not giving all my money back so i could buy my phone at the Direct Store who has one immediately for me. (Really not cool) Causing someone more Financial Hardship when it legitimately didn't work out. I highly suggest driving down the street and purchasing your phone at the Verizon Store Directly. Everyone has been soooo friendly & knowledgeable with immediate service! Especially PRISCILLA, the Assistant Manager, deserves a raise! She REALLY helped me when my senior dad got his iphone stolen! I was soooo impressed by her professionalism, fast yet precise timeliness of setting up a new iphone with the best price & package for my family account; better price than even Costco! Would've given 5 stars but manager Omar was shady, placed an order with him , never got called when it arrived, called two days in a row to ask was he there I was told he wasn't in "yet", then when I came into store he came in late , was really jittery wouldn't be surprised if he's on drugs . 4/6/19 -- Stopped by our VW store to get some accessories. Zylan helped us. A great guy--made sure we got the best deal and that we had a clear understanding of our new wireless ear buds. Came in to upgrade to an iPhone X, but changed my mind and went with the iPhone 8s after Gaby easily explained the differences between the two. I realized that I wasn't ready for the future just yet. It was about an hour before closing, and she was very helpful and friendly with me and the other customers even though she was the only representative at the store. I had probably the best experience at a "Verizon" store ever this last week. I was helped by a lovely, Knowledgeable young woman named Priscilla. I came in with so many questions and concerns as regards upgrading after 4 years! She took time to review my usage and listened to what I was trying to achieve with an upgraded iPhone. She made me feel relaxed and confident in my final decision. When returning to pick my new iPhone 8 up, she made sure everything was perfect. Her manager Cesar was so helpful as well by providing his own personal computer to help complete my purchase. I tend to be pretty tough when out shopping. So many times employees either show no interest or you can see they've never been trained properly. Customer service is the heart of any successful business. For that reason I will be happy to refer friends, family and anyone that asks to check in with Priscilla! I honestly feel that I was helped by a friend. I came into this store angry because a previous verizon store said i was not authorized to make changes to my phone. I saw this store on my to a different store and decided to take a chance. Pamela the manager greeted us right away, no wait, and started helping us right away. I got a new phone, my son got a new phone and she got us the most for the trade in, even though mine was 3 years old and wonky. She was honest about all costs and features and she never tried to upsale or give me anything I did not need. If you are a verizon user and are in the area this is the store for you and definitely will be for all my future purchases. read more

Spoke to representative there is no service charge if credit or debt card is used? I've heard of service charges on cards but cash? Don't go here!!! Go to an actual Verizon store!!! Was told that I could trade in my old phone for a discounted price on a new phone. The salesperson said that these accessories were included in the trade-in. The bill ended up being hundreds of dollars more than what was expected. Came home and reviewed to find that none of these accessories were included even though we asked more than once and were told that they were. Called the store, and they said they had no manager to report to but if we came back, they would get us our money back. Came in and spoke to the salesperson that served us and they said that they would not be able to take the accessories back unless we also returned the phones because they had been bundled. Asked the salesperson for their last name, so I could file a formal report, and they refused to provide their last name. Realized after they're not even a Verizon store! Just an authorized retailer. Bottom line: save yourself the trouble and go to an actual Verizon store. read more

Only reason for the 2 stars is that a employee just came on shift and was able to help me immediately. I walked in here because I was having a problem with my brand new note 5. I needed to know if they could help me or I had to go to corporate. I waited for about 20 minutes at which no point did she even acknowledge I was there. Luckily a gentleman just came on shift so I asked him my quick question and got outta there. He informed me I had to get my prob documented by customer service first. So basically I waited around for nothing and completely wasted my lunch break. The lady working there helping people setting up there phones could have at least asked what I was there for or say she would be right with me and I could have gotten out of there a hell of a lot sooner. read more

First trip- sign on door says we open on sundays fromm 11- 5, was there too early by 20 minutes- went to Costco got a hot dog and came back. 11:00 came and went called store phone- doesn't open till 12, went home came back at 12, spoke to the only person there about switching S9+ to Iphone with their advertised deal- ok will give you $440 credit towards the new 5G Iphone of $800, I said alright but how do I save all of my info, i.e. messages, contacts, photos and text messages? He said that I have to do it with a computer, I don't know how to do that- went home and looked it up on the website and there's this app called IOS, if you have both phones side by side, it will transfer it over. I went back and showed it to him and he says oh we don't do that here, you have to buy the phone, give us your phone and do it at home, thought that wouldn't do me any good if you take my phone. He kept saying we have to wipe your phone clean as soon as you give it to us, but I just want to make sure I will keep all of my info. He says we just transfer Iphones from the cloud, explained again that I'm trying to get the Iphone. Tells me to back up my pics with SD card, ok, looked it up and it says to purchase it at a Verizon store, ok, went back to this store at 4pm and door is locked with a handwritten sig that he will be back at 4:45, but don't they close at 5. Went to run errands came back and he was there at 4:40, asked to purchase SD card, he says oh we don't carry those anymore, go to Best Buy, ok went to Cerritos and purchased one and backed up my photos. Happy now, will go there and deal with someone else and purchase the phone, lo and behold, guess who opened store at 10, again keeps telling me Verizon cannot transfer your media to Iphone. I keep seeing it on the web that you can, is there anyone else coming in today- manager named Dustin, I believe will be here at 12. Ok went home and came back, spoke to manager for 2 minutes, of course we can transfer with IOS, I was very relieved, I said ok I would like to do this then, he says I'm too busy, guess who I went back to, OMG. ok let's do this so I can get it over with, brought out new phone, started the process. Then he says oh you guys have a family plan thats really old, you're grandfathered in but you need a new plan, WTF, well how much is this? $480 a year, F that, walked out, can't wait to get another carrier - wasted a day and a half especially with the one kid read more

Not only that the sales person was condescending and smart mouthed and actually insisted that I couldn't pay full price of $800 plus but needed to make payments...because Verizon required it. the straw was when she said "oh we only have one I7 phone I can't sell it too you" after wasting hours!!!When I asked for the address to another Verizon store because my "only" phone was broken, she said I don't know the address, There is so much more she said and did I can't even put it all here. I've been a Verizon customer before they were even Verizon - they don't need a person like this working at their stores.
