This little store is ideal for getting all of my phone needs taken care of quickly and efficiently. I have NEVER had to wait to be assisted at this location (as compared with the Verizon store up the street near Knott and Katella where there are so many people I've waited over 10 minutes to be greeted) as the foot traffic here is light and I believe the staff works quickly to get everyone what they need without wasting time. The décor is clean, crisp and inviting; all white is very striking. They have a wide variety of devices to pick from. They have some seating for family/friends that are waiting with customers. One staff member who really provided service above and beyond what I expected was Steve F. He was very knowledgeable and friendly all while providing a very professional service. He offered several options always giving a clear explanation and was patient with the tons of questions I asked of him. He was able to suggest a better pricing plan for my particular need which helped me to save money. After changing my mind as to which phone I wanted, he helped me to make a return with no questions asked! I have and will continue to use this location for my wireless needs. read more

Tried to return a Bluetooth that I bought yesterday. The clerk said he could not accept any returns on Bluetooth products because I had it in my ear. I told him when I opened the package I tried to remove the ear hook that goes around my ear. When I could not do so I did not try it on by placing it in my ear. He said how do I know that very smartly as if I had Leprosy. I was considering switching from ATT to Verizon but not now, not ever,\. Verizon company store or franchise I will take a pass. read more

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DECEIVED!!! This is a difficult review to write because I hate giving places bad reviews even if they deserve it. Please be warned, make sure you ask specifically what they are charging you for because they misrepresent and deceptively charge you things you don't need, hoping you don't notice or unwilling to take the trouble to dispute later. Either go to the Apple store (for iPhone) or just order on-line through your carrier unless you want to pay for unnecessary things you don't need or want. They will charge you for one of their "Go Advantage Program" without telling you or charge you $20 to set up your phone. The iPhone 7+ was also $10 more than what they were selling for at Apple?? Bottom line, I was lied to. Since I had a bad experience with a Verizon store near my home, I was willing to travel further to this Go Wireless store in Cypress since it looked like the reviews were pretty good. My first visit was pleasant. They seemed friendly and attentive and in my case I just wanted to upgrade my phone to an iPhone 7 plus. Art G/sales rep & manager went over the cost of the phone, upgrade, etc. Since it was on back order, they told me they'll contact me when the phone comes in. That's when the problems began! First the store never contacted me to let me know that my phone came in earlier than projected. I only knew because Verizon sent me a Fed-ex tracking email that phone was delivered. When I came in to pick up my phone is when all deception began. First I was told that due to an Apple promotion, I would receive a complimentary glass protector. I was surprised at this and questioned this, but again AG assured me that it was something new that Apple was doing with its iPhone 7s. So he puts the glass protector on and sets up the phone and rings me up for the tax of the phone, which came out to a little more than I thought it should be. As I was ready to leave, I had to ask for a copy of the sales receipt. When I got home and had the chance to look at the receipt more carefully, I notice a $79.99 charge for a Go Advantage Program. When I called the store and asked about this, I was told that this was a mandatory charge to participate in the Verizon Edge program. Well I find out directly from Verizon that this is NOT a mandatory Verizon program and just a Go Wireless program. So I called the store wanting a refund. The salesperson who answered said that since Art left he would call him to see if he can get a refund code. He relayed that Art asked me to come in tomorrow since he will be in. I came in the next day and then Art tells me that he would need the district manager's approval for a refund (which they say they never/rarely give) but he's off for the next two days!? And ask me to come back a 3rd time?!! I wanted a refund for a program I didn't ask for, wasn't told about and didn't need. They kept trying to sell the benefits of the program...(glass screen protector, accessory discounts...etc) I already have a screen protector that I ordered and have discount through my work. Bottom line, I thought I had finally found an authorized Verizon dealer that I could recommend to all my friends, but only if I don't want them to be my friends anymore. So disappointed. read more

I brought my phone in here because the screen was broken and I wanted to know my options. I was told that I was eligible for a new phone with my current plan and given a price. I was duped into buying a brand new phone on a payment plan. They told me my monthly payments would go up slightly but said nothing about paying off a full $700 phone. I found out later that my current plan was not eligible for an upgrade but would be in one month- information they had available on their screen and chose to ignore. Whether I was confused or not about the contract I signed is of no consequence, the way the whole exchange went down was completely shady and unclear. The guy threw in my bag screen protectors, a car adapter and a new cord, without asking if I wanted one- AND CHARGED ME FOR THEM! I brought this up to him later on and he gave me a refund but was super snarky about it. Totally unapologetic. These people are the worst, I will never go back and would highly recommend to anyone in need, go somewhere else. read more

Went to a different Verizon store in Cypress where I got no service and attitude was lousy. Saw this store on my way home, took a chance. Wow! Priscilla asked what she could do, explained my phone issue. She understood and immediately worked on the phone and got me up and running in no time - with a smile on her face. Have the absolute best experience at this Verizon store. The sales manager (Steven Fraser) helped me and couldn't have asked for a nicer, well informed, courteous person. He bent over backwards to assist me and answer my questions. I live in South Orange County and would drive the 30 miles to interact with this fine gentleman. He's one in a million! read more

I lost WiFi on my old iPhone 4S, and needed a replacement. I was due for an upgrade, and called around to different Verizon stores looking for the iPhone 5C. I called to GoWireless and Mike was extremely helpful, but we noticed that the 32gb 5C was not part of the upgrade offer. I came back to the store the next day, and chose an iPhone 5S. Again working with Mike, he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and had me upgraded and using my new phone in less than 30 minutes. This might be a smaller Verizon store, but they really know what they are doing! I will be sure to go back for any other phone needs! read more

Steven Fraser the store manager was awesome. He was extremely helpful as I asked him to reprogram my 5C iphone which he did very efficiently. The store is so calm and not so frantic and competitive as a previous verizon I visited. He even checked my verizon bill to see if he could save me any money without me asking. I am planning on returning to add another line so I would highly recommend visiting Steve for all your phone questions. read more

Jonathan and Albert are literally the best. So helpful and will go out of their way to make you happy. Jonathan went out of his way to order our phones in different colors because we changed our minds and kept me updated about when they came in and got us the best data plan. He also took the time to set up my mom's phone and make sure everything was perfect. In addition, him and Albert spent at least 30 minutes trying to fix a problem with my sister's voicemail. The sale person Jessie is a LIAR AND CON ARTIST. It has been 3 months since I the salesperson, Jessie, misrepresented an offer to me, and no one has gotten back to me regarding how they can reimburse me or change the plan that they swindled me in taking. Jessie was sneaky, he said I would be getting a free phone, he rang up my phone and then removed it, indicating that it was free. Then he rang up another contract without letting me know that I would actually be paying over $30 a month for 2 years for this old Samsung model. When I called Verizon, they said they could do nothing to help me out because the deal was brokered at a GoWireless Verizon store and not a "regular" Verizon store. My only option is to return to that store to negotiate something with them, which is not possible since I live in a different state. I am extremely disappointed and feel violated. read more

I had a great experience at this store! I first went in on a Saturday. Of course they were busy so I had to wait a bit. I worked with Ian who was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had stopped in on a whim so I had time constraints since I was meeting some friends for dinner. Once I finally decided on the phone I wanted (iPhone SE) I didn't have time to transfer my data so I made arrangements to come in the following Monday. Once again I had time constraints so I called and let Ian know I was on my way. When I got there he had my new phone ready and all he had to do was transfer my data and contacts. i would never go there to get service. they are rude and a rip off. they don't represent verizon the right way. we went there to get our contacts transfer on our new phone and they wanted to charge us $20 each or we could buy something and get that free. i went to the corporate verizon store and they said they would have done it for free. i understand they are there to make money, but its not the right way to treat customers.
