I've been a Verizon customer for over 5 years and never have I received the amazing service that I got when I visited the store last week. I went into Verizon two weeks ago to switch my plan to the new unlimited one. A sales associate named Olivia helped me. She asked if I was considering getting a phone upgrade and I told her maybe in a few months. She gave me her business card with her personal phone number on it and told me whenever I had any questions or concerns to just call her directly. A week later I dropped my phone and the entire screen was shattered. I remembered I had received the business card from Olivia so I sent her a message. I asked her about prices for the iPhone 7 and 8 and she responded promptly with price quotes. I told her I would most likely be in later in the week to get a new phone and she said ok and to let her know what day I decided to come in. A few days later I messaged Olivia to ask if she was working and she said yes and to come on in. Not only did Olivia find a phone that was suited for my budget and needs she suggested quality add ons and accessories. The fact that she gave me her personal contact information made me feel as if I had known her and that extra above and beyond step makes me feel like I made a good choice with Verizon. Olivia is very sweet and will go that extra mile to make sure her customers are happy. For that reason, I will look for her every time I step foot in Verizon! read more

If I could give this store 0 stars I would.. Horrible store, worst customer services and even the manager is bad! I bought an IPhone off amazon couldn't remove the SIM card to switch online so my husband took it to their store. I had already called the 611 and the first thing it tells you is how much data you have left so I knew when he went there that info. It was a hour later when I called my husband to find out what was taking so long that he told me the girl used up all the data and he had to buy extra data. He finally got it done 1 1/2 hrs later. I called and asked to speak with the manager and he told me that his employee didn't used any of the data. I asked him to pull up my acct and tell me that all my data wasn't used in the past 1 1/2 hrs.. He said he couldn't do that.. I told him he was lying and I would just call the main customer service which I did.. The main customer service told me she didn't know what happened at that store but my data was entirely used during that time and she replaced all of it! So Verizon did make it right but that store is horrible and we will not be returning there. The so called manager was a total jerk on the phone and should not be a manager!! Olivia Stewart was amazing. My 86 year old father wanted an iPhone. We arrived at the store a few minutes before the store's closing time...I told her I was only checking to see if they had the phone he wanted and we would come back the next day if they did. They had the phone, she got my father's phone setup with screen saver and otter box within a half hour! The other staff were very nice and did not mind working with us even though it was past closing time. Great customer service and they knew exactly what to do! read more

Terrible customer service! The salesperson lied saying my phone replacement (for my 4 month old Samsung Galaxy S6 that stopped working) would be over-nighted, but it wasn't. I'll be waiting 6 days for delivery. The manager was very arrogant about it after I complained that I stayed home all day waiting for delivery. Go to Vacaville. They don't lie to customers & they treat you like you're bothering them. read more

Of course, I have been with Verizon 16 years, so I guess they didn't feel the needed to sale me anything. Will never step foot in this store again. RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! We walked in and IMMEDIATELY felt as if we were annoying the employees just from walking in. Went in a couple days ago lol bad idea. I'm actually very angry over how a company hires people who make you feel like a total dick just for walking in. I could have dealt with that, as maybe the company doesn't know they hired such awful, rude people with zero customer service skills. However, they were also grossly incompetent and created more problems than we walked in with and fed us misinformation and because of the gross incompetence we didn't have a phone for days. Out of desperation we tried the Vallejo store and thank God we did. The Vallejo store fixed what the rude jerks here did and we walked out with a replacement phone. If you want competent customer service and employees who won't act as if the plague just walked thru the door with you when you enter, go to Vacaville or Vallejo branches. Only come to this branch if you hate yourself and want a slew of problems added to whatever problem you walked in with. I can't even remember the last time an employee was so rude and customers should never walk in to a business and be made to feel as if you literally ruined the lives of it's employees just from entering the establishment. This experience legit made me say FUCK Verizon. However my experience in Vallejo redeemed the company. Next time I am treated this way I will take it straight to corporate. PERIOD. read more

I had a wonderful experience at the Fairfield Verizon store on Gateway, today. I had purchased a Verizon MiFi Jet Pak from a third party and was unable to get it activated . As soon as I walked through the door they were eager to help. Jamez and AJ were wonderful. Jamez got everything in working order and found the plan that worked great for me. Came into the store with no problems. However as we kept on shopping around, we discovered that the employees here don't understand the concept of customer satisfaction. I usually don't like writing bad reviews but this experience was just DREADFUL!!! They made a simple phone upgrade into this super complicated task. I have been to a lot of mobile service provider stores and I have never received this bad of service. Alvaro was the one who "helped" us. He wasn't able to explain the service that he was selling very well. During the most of the conversation, he seemed to be really pushy and so oblivious to how the we were feeling. Even when we specifically told him to stop and asked to talk to a manager, he still insisted on trying to "handle" the situation which made the situation just more stressful and confusing. After REPEATEDLY asking, the manager finally stepped in and actually had to force Alvaro out of the situation. Alvaro walked away but proceeded to talking behind our backs. The manager handled our problem calmly and was able to situate some complications. However through the whole dilemma, we walked out of the store very unhappy and without the phone we were SIMPLY trying to upgrade to. I would recommend not to visit this store. Take your business to another Verizon Wireless location and save yourself the hassle of dealing with some rude employees. read more
