My grandmother is 88 and lives alone. She needed a basic flip phone for my family to communicate with her and in case of emergencies. She's had so many issues with the phone where she cannot make calls because of software updates or no service when the bill was paid. We went into the store , several reps were lounging around and didn't seem like they wanted to assist us. The guy that did help us was really condescending he updated the phone and got it working again. But, the next day we started having the same issue. We were ready to go back to her old AT&T service. We went to the store one more time to explain the situation. By this time I was heated bc anything could've happened and my grandmother wouldn't have been able to call anyone. Fortunately, we had the pleasure of working with Andrea. She greeted us as soon as we walked in, listened to our concerns, explained that she understood the situation and that she needed to get grandma's phone working again, she diagnosed the situation and resolved it. She definitely put me at ease and is the only reason we didn't leave Verizon for good. The 5 stars are for her excellent service. Thank you, Andrea! read more

I went to this Verizon store to add an iPhone to our account. I was already upset that we could not grandfather this phone into our existing plan of unlimited data, so I was very clear and meticulous in asking questions about what we would be getting on the new plan and exactly how much it would be after taxes. Well, I was surprised when my next bill came in $60 higher than what we went over in the store. Of course, when I returned to the store to explain what I was told, the store manage politely told me that there was no way the associate would have told me the lower number. So, now me and my family are stuck paying the additional $40-60 per month, or removing services, or canceling our plan and pay $600+ in early cancellation fees. read more

I had been a 12 year client of Verizon wireless. THREE TIMES I called to see what my early termination cost would be, and THREE times they told me a dollar amount. 3 months later, I receive a bill after changing to a different carrier, for a new amount. When I called to inquire, 1:45 min later, a supervisor tells me to pound sand when I already paid $1246 TWO MONTHS prior for what I was told was my payoff amount. I know math, and this company acts like every client is an idiot. If I owed the money, I would have paid it, not sure why the same inquiry would have a different amount of what was quoted THREE TIMES by a Verizon rep. totally frustrating. I as a result CANCELED my businesses' contract with them, paying $10k+ in fees just to be rid of their incompetence...... read more

This store has really bad customer service. The advisor they gave me was name "Kurtis Royer" and he was totally unprofessional. First off I walk in and an associate puts me in the system for an advisor. After about 15 minutes I get Kurtis. His first step before even telling me his name is he looks me up and down I guess trying to see if I could afforded a phone. The first place he takes me to is a galaxy S5 and tells me all these generic specs that I could have read online. It first question to him was to specify for me what makes his phone better then the current iPhone 5 I was carrying in my pocket. His only response was water proof and a heart rate monitor. I just was like really... That's all for a 2 year contract and $150 out of my pocket?? So I just told him I would research it myself and think it over. After researching the variances of both the iPhone 5 and galaxy 5s I feel I could have been a better sales man then him. What I did find out was more in line of "real specs" like processor, camera specs, etc. all the stuff he never said. All I can say is after my research I went to "Best Buy" where the sales techs no their products. read more

I just left the store, had a discussion/argument with the sales guy I was trying to buy two brand new thousand dollar iPhones from. It was very obvious right away that he was more interested in winning an argument then selling me 2 new iPhones and new service from Verizon. Needless to say I will not be buying from the store and may not even be buying from Verizon at all. Terrible experience, The guy was waaaaaay to programs with what his Verizon sales manager told him to even listen to my questions and answer them with any kind of original thought. Don't go there unless you like a lot of bs, save yourself the headache. read more

The staff at this location is friendly and professional. Sometimes there is a little wait as it is a very busy store, but if you plan ahead you will have a great experience. Avoid this store at all costs!! Been trying to get an iphone 6 for 2 months now. I've waited in their always long queue at this store for a total of 4 hours (3 visits). Initial visit - they put me on the list to get the phone 4 weeks after I purchased. Then a couple days before I was to finally get it - somehow it was cancelled in their system. No ownerships of their error - I had to start the order process all over again. Then the 2nd order (after waiting), I was finally sent a phone!!! But alas, it was the wrong model phone (the big one). So I had to bring it back in (wait in line again ... 90 minutes) and now have one on order for the 3rd time. None of these times were they the least bit apologetic for the horrible experience and bad service. Once I get this phone, I will never go to this store again. read more
