I came in today because of an issue with my iPhone 8, and Jeff and Abel ended up getting me an amazing trade-in deal for an iPhone 12 pro. They walked me through all the steps to set up my new phone and made the whole process really easy. I finally was able to upgrade to a new iPhone this week. Went to this location and was greeted with a friendly Verizon associate. The associate who helped me was Clark. He shared with me all the new features my iPhone had, he took the time to explain everything very clearly. He got me set up to transfer all my data from my old phone to my new one. On 09/20/2021, a store associate (MO) at the 503 N. State College Blvd., Ste. C, Fullerton, CA store attempted to help me set up a new line on the phone. He told me at the END of the transaction that the phone I wanted actually wasn't in store and would only be available after 10/1/21. I reiterated that the entire point of the order was for a special birthday gift needed for the following day. So I kindly informed him we could not move forward and the call was over. Well, come to find out today, that a line WAS added to my account and so was a phone. All without my authorization and consent, so illegally. Customer service states I need to speak with the employee, but I cannot get through the phone number provided on the website for that location. I need this remedied IMMEDIATELY, without further inconvenience and frustration from me or I will need to seek legal action promptly. Remove the line, the device and any subscriptions Mo sneakily added associated with device phone number, NOW. Do not trust Victra authorized retail locations, they are not true Verizon stores, and my experiences with them always end up costing me more in time and frustration attempting to fix their incompetences than anything else. read more

Usually it can be a tad bit dragging to go through the process of switching over to another carrier. I had questions as to why my bill was so high this month and they walked me through every charge on my account and explained the extra charges that month. They assured me it would be lower the next month and if I had more questions to return. Don't believe anything the sales people tell you regarding your cellphone. I went in to use my insurance to get another phone after the one I had got wet. I was told that it would be cheaper to upgrade my account and get another type of phone. They put me on a family plan which was more expensive. I was told it would lower my bill but all it did was jack it up even more. The phone itself sucks, the touch screen stoped working after one month...I was promised to get $125 in gift cards to reimburse me for the cost of the phone and ringtones I purchased and would lose when getting a new plan. I have yet to see those and it has been over a year. Do yourself a favor and go to a Corporate Verizon store. Do not waste your time dealing with these monkeys!!! read more

I told him the Corporate tech support number didn't say anything that it would be $25. I walk into store. Store manager proceeded to try and sell me on different plans. After 60 minutes, say they will be charging me $25 for the SIM card. I call *611, they say it should be free at the Corporate store. Look up and see this is a "Retailer." I get mad, because they should've told me I could just go to a corporate store, get it for free, and not waste my time. Gave the card back and walked out. SMH. read more

Wow. Just wow. I recently upgraded my phone and when I got home and checked the Verizon website, it said that when buying a new smartphone, there would be $100 off. The sales rep didn't tell me about this, so I called the store and asked about it. At first he told me to come back and he will change it, but then he told me he had to get approval from his manager and told me he would call me later. Two days have passed and I still didn't get a call from him so I went back to the store. The manager told me the $100 off is only for android phones (when the other rep said I qualify for it). No one apologized for the confusion but whatever. I went back home and decided to chat with the online Verizon rep and she told me iPhones are part of the promotion and I should have gotten $100 off when I upgraded my phone. I told the online rep what happened in the store, and she assured me that the $100 credit would be given to me. Don't go to this store unless you want confusion. Hearing two different things is not pleasing especially with $100 on the line. read more

My husband and I have been to many Verizon stores all over Orange County, due to moving a few times in the last couple years. We've had the best experience by far at this location. We went in to see if we were eligible yet for new phones, and also to see if we could make any adjustments to our plan to save us a little money. We just had a baby, so every penny counts! Krystle, the Store Manager, helped us out and was very friendly. She advised us that our devices were not yet eligible to be upgraded (without a buyout) and let us know the exact date we could come back and be eligible. It's only a month away, so we will be happy to wait. Also, she helped us change our data plan to better accommodate our needs and save us a little bit on our bill. Overall, we had a great experience here. The customer service is top notch. On an unrelated note, another employee there (did not catch his name) noticed we had a new baby and through some conversation about difficulty nursing, offered his aunt (who is a lactation consultant) up an an expert to help us with our dilemma. He provided her information and we are thankful for his recommendation. Just another example of above-and-beyond customer service at this store. I was six months from the end of my 2 year contract and my iphone 5 decided that it didnt wnat to work anymore. I had no protection plan and no apple care... pretty much screwed. Shout out to Mr. Ryan Santos! He helped me saved money off my current plan and got me a new iphone 5s for a dope price. He definitely put in the effort to help me out. Thanks again!! Cant beat that kind of customer service. Overall, lessons learned is to buy the protection plan they offer its 11 bucks a month and it covers accidental damages. read more

Place is average. Nothing fancy. Staff workers are nice. They do have the iPhone 6 in stock and have a deal for iPads. The area is in a plaza so there are places to eat nearby. The interior is clean. It's nice and quiet. Christmas music playing. The best thing about this Verizon store is that it's next to yogurtland, so while they pull up your records for 30 minutes, you can have some delicious yogurt. I somehow disabled my phone, and came in hoping for a miracle. Abel explained that my phone needed to be reset, but a laptop wasn't available at the time to do it. As I needed my phone immediately for work, he referred me to the Genius Bar at the Apple store, and provided me with the information on my recently purchased phone in case I needed to prove to Apple that the phone belonged to me. Although Abel wasn't able to physically reset my phone himself, he provided me with the tools to ultimately get my phone back up and running. No wait! I come to the store at those "golden hours" when the store first opens, is 20 minutes to closing, and/or when normal people are working. Therefore, I got all the help i needed as soon as i walked in. I really cant stand it when people complain about the wait...come back at a better time guys, its not like the techs are screwing around. About the employees... I've been helped by Kalena, Uriah, and Scott ever since i started coming to this store. Kalena was SUPER patient with me in my phone-buying decisions and worked with me whenever I had a freak-out about my plan and whatnot. Uriah and Scott helped me another time when I needed to start using another phone and they were also very patient about the situation. **Disclaimer: sorry for the novel** This was definitely the most memorable couple of visits to a wireless phone provider I've had. In the past, I got whatever service with a long wait. This time, I came in looking to upgrade, as I've been due for an upgrade for over a year. They were busy with other customers when I walked in, but were quick to let me know that I'd be helped soon. As I waited at the counter, I saw friendly interactions between the staff and the customers. Krystle, the store manager ended up helping me. I explained to her that I wanted to upgrade and she was nice enough to tell me exactly how much it would cost with all of the associated fees. She saw that I was not happy with how much my monthly payment would increase, so she told me how it would be a lot more cost effective to buy the phone and pay the same monthly, which also meant that I could keep or sell the phone I had. I was much happier with this option. The phone I chose was unfortunately on backorder, so she wasn't able to send me home with a phone that day, but she ordered it for me and let me know when it was expected to arrive. Sooner than expected, I received a call from the store saying that I could pick up my phone. When I got there, it was busy and again, they were polite and quick to help me. I was pleasantly surprised that weeks later, Krystle remembered my name, which is something that always makes me feel special . Unfortunately, there were multiple people who I overheard in the store giving the staff problems. They were just people that were upset about things that were completely out of Verizons hands, such as taxes (which are state and federally imposed, therefore, impossible to waive). I wanted to go over and say something because of how unreasonable these patrons were. Krystle and the staff were all accommodating and sweet as pie and I just couldn't believe the kind of mean spirited people that would give the staff such a hard time. The only downside of my trip was that I didn't entirely understand what I was paying for until later, but I'm happy with the overall experience and I recommend this store! read more

Let me just start off by saying what an amazing team they have here at this location!! I was kindly greeted upon entering and the customer service I received between Jay & Erick was truly top notch! I came in to see if I was eligible for an upgrade bc my X started to be finicky. After giving my info, they quickly pulled up my account and presented me with my options. They were so knowledgeable with all the different plan options and even helped me save $ by letting me know of discounts--like setting up auto-pay to get $5 off every bill! Jay even went as far as breaking it down into an itemized receipt so I could see all the fees--not just one lump sum and no details like other locations have given me in the past. By going the extra mile and also making me feel at home, I felt so much more at ease & comfortable with the whole process, knowing they weren't scamming me into paying more than I needed to. To sum it up, this store is top notch and you will not be disappointed! It's super clean, the staff are genuinely helpful (no Joanne the scammers here!!) and they have desirable accessories to help protect your newly purchased phone. Bravo!!! read more
