They had an issue applying our trade ins onto our account for whatever reason at the time of purchase. Fast forward a month later we go into the store in November. Alejandra is our Verizon specialist and she says she will get our account straightened out. Super fast forward to now March. Which in human math is 8 months later. Happened to actually look at my phone bill and see charges for new equipment that should have never have been added to my account. I am dropping my receipts of the text conversation with Alejandra. No caption needed on that bs. After spending 45 mins on the phone with AI and finally getting a rep. They claimed they never received our phones. After stating we have text messages with the store they finally did a trace search on our imei number and found they did in fact have our old phones. Sweet baby Jesus. If I didn't have this text I was sh*t up a creek. Final thought: I will be switching to a different carrier. I don't have time to chase people down to do their jobs efficiently. Been with Verizon for over 25 years but.......its over. Bye boo!

This was a huge deal as I have never switched providers in 27 years. The service experience I had with Mike and Tyler was outstanding. Everything seemed effortless. The pricing was transparent. The deal with getting new iPhones was fantastic. Everything was thoroughly explained to me. Pricing was locked in for 3 years. I left feeling so happy and confident with my decision. Thank you to Mike and Tyler for making this such a great experience!

    I had a very disappointing experience with T-Mobile Home Internet in Las Vegas. I have been a…read morelong-time Cox customer but decided to try T-Mobile's Home Internet service because they advertised a 15-day free trial with no risk. I was explicitly informed that I would not be charged anything as long as I returned the equipment within the 15-day trial period. I ultimately decided not to proceed with T-Mobile's service and returned the equipment on Day 10, well within the trial window. However, when I reviewed my credit card statement, I discovered two charges from T-Mobile. I contacted T-Mobile customer service to have these charges removed. I was told that one charge, totaling $62.92, occurred in the middle of a billing cycle and could not be refunded while I was on the phone. I was instructed to call back after the billing cycle ended to request the refund, which is a significant inconvenience given my schedule. The second charge, for $10, was for a phone line activation. I clearly stated at the time of sign-up that I did not want a phone line, as I am a long-term Cricket customer and had no interest in switching mobile services. Despite this, T-Mobile advised that the $10 charge would not be refunded. Overall, this experience has been frustrating and time-consuming, and it does not reflect the no-risk trial that was promised.
