    I have been going to this location for years and have always had a good experience. Most recently, Samuel helped me switch my account from a lost smart phone to an older smart phone that I had. It was a temporary switch until Insurion delivered a replacement. It took some doing because of a bad sim card and going back from 5G to 4G, but he got it done. These folks have always taken care of me and I appreciate the efficient, professional, and courteous help.

    These are the shadiest salesmen around. They look after their own interests and will flat out lie…read moreto customers to make a sale. We went in on a Sunday evening, there were 3 customers in the store, 2 sales people and us. Both sales people were waiting on customers and totally ignored everybody else. Not even a glance up or any type of acknowledgement whatsoever. The customer before only wanted to make one purchase of a phone cover but left because they were taking so long. They didn't ask him or us what we were coming in for if they had they could've told us they couldn't help us and sent us on our way. It would've taken 2 seconds but instead we wait 40 minutes to get helped. Both sales guys were douche bags, they talked about how "retards" would call up and ask dumb questions and one guy was talking about how one customer's kids were having a meltdown. For real? Guess what you flipping jerk...if you lames knew how to take care of business and do your job in an efficient manner her kids wouldn't have had meltdowns. FYI loser, I was having my own internal meltdown...hence this yelp review. I love AT&T but they need to do a better job at selecting their "authorized retailers" because these jackholes are giving them a bad name. Go anywhere but here. ; (

This time I moved from an iPhone 14 Pro to the iPhone 17 Pro. I was amazed that all my apps appeared just as before--I only needed to sign back in. Even with nearly 100,000 photos and videos, the transfer finished in about an hour. Incredible! I've interacted with several staff members at this location recently, and they've all been knowledgeable about iPhones, accessories, and the customer's point of view during transitions. Each one has been professional, respectful, patient, and personable. In particular, Aiden anticipated my needs and guided me through the transaction with clear, straightforward instructions while handling the purchase itself with great efficiency. On another visit, Darius and Sonny were also very helpful. Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed with both the process and the team.

(because I was not the main acct holder, certain info was withheld; when info was finally in my name, there is a WAIT PERIOD, before we can set the phone straight - MEANWHILE THE PHONE IS STIL STOLEN, ON SUSPENSION BUT FULLY L I V E. I am told I am responsible for the line yet it is ATT who is taking 72 hour wait time, now another 48 hour wait time. I think you ATT should have responsibility for payment on this line. It is your system which has us at a stand still for now....... Meanwhile let me offer a note of thanks to the employees I encountered on Thurs Sept 12th at the Novato store. They were eager to roll the ball and get solutions versus quick to say " ma'am I can't help you" Their efforts yielded results - we now have a 48 hour watch til the problem is resolved.     I went in to get my phone fixed and overall it still turned out good. At first, we had a bit of a…read moredisagreement and things got a little tense, so it wasn't the most professional moment. But we were able to talk it out and come to an understanding. In the end, he fixed my phone and got it looking good again, which I really appreciated. Even though there was a small argument, the final result was solid.

    Overall, I had a fantastic experience. I brought in my Asus Zenbook because a few of the keys were…read morenonfunctional. I was quoted $150 (plus tax and merchant fees) to diagnose the issue. That price felt reasonable, so I asked what exactly it included. The policy was explained to me along the lines of: "We can usually cover the cost of parts within this price, but occasionally there are outliers where additional costs may be necessary depending on the repair." Honestly, I found that even more reasonable. We live in a world where tech manufacturers care less and less about repairability and seem to believe you're better off just buying a new device instead of fixing the one you have. Asus itself charges a minimum diagnostic fee of $99, and that doesn't even include shipping. At that point, I can only imagine what the communication and turnaround time would look like. After a few days of diagnostics, it was explained to me that I would need a new keyboard. Most of the keys simply needed a little work to get functioning again, but unfortunately my "C" key was completely done for, which was obviously out of their control. A replacement keyboard was ordered from a relatively local supplier, but it arrived defective, so we had to pivot to another option from China. What really impressed me was that they returned my laptop to me while we waited for the new keyboard to arrive. That wasn't even something I had considered as a possibility. Even though the repair wasn't complete yet, I greatly appreciated being able to use my laptop in the meantime. That is absolutely not something you'd get from the manufacturer. The estimated arrival time for the replacement keyboard was about a month, but it actually showed up in only about two and a half weeks. I was psyched. I dropped my laptop off in the morning right when they opened, and it was ready for pickup by the end of the same day. Best of all, I was told there would be no additional charges beyond the original quote. Both of the gentlemen behind the counter were thoughtful, considerate, and professional throughout the entire process. The pricing was highly reasonable, the communication was excellent, and I got my laptop back in perfect shape in a timely manner. Highly, highly recommend.
