    10/12/2018: I bought an iPhone 7 Plus waterproof, black/clear cellphone case due to the previous Otterbox case developed a hole via the "Home" button; I'm satisfied with the product but, I'm absolutely dissatisfied, no~mortified with the Verizon Placerville Employees poking fun at Nathan, a fellow Verizon Employee who works across the street from the Folsom CA's Palladio. Never have I heard such egregious, derogatory quips regarding a fellow employee expectorating from a few, uncouth employees who are employed by the same corporation, i.e., diarrhea from their tonsils! I realize I bought two cellphones from Nathan while the Placerville employees didn't receive their "commissions" from my cellphone purchases; however, it's too bad for the Placerville Verizon location: My reasons are clear-should mechanical issues arise with my cellphones, I'm more than happy driving to Folsom having Nathan competently address and succinctly rectify in an awesome, timely manner my cellphone issues. Trust is faith and vice versa: Any employee making insulting remarks towards another employee merely demonstrates their sullen inferiority. Step up your customer service 1000%; otherwise, your "Peter Principle" will lead you receiving your pink slip. Advice and grade given from thirty-five years management experience: Microphone **dropped.**

Between the 2 items, I had to drive there 5 different times from Plymouth with my 3 toddlers in tow. My phone is worse than it was when I turned it in. It had a problem with the charger port, but now multiple speakers aren't working right. My phone is useless for talking on and now for watching any videos (think because they opened it multiple times and things got messed up inside). They replaced the charger port and then people couldn't hear me. The guy originally got defensive and claimed it must be the other peoples phones that are an issue, not mine. They replaced it again saying the speaker on the new charger port unit could be bad (it was) and they've had issue with that particular brand before. The next one worked at first, but then it messed up as well. I had to miss a medical appointment, have missed calls with loved ones and lots of inconveniences because of it (not to mention all the gas money and time I spent on my days off trying be done with it all). I can't afford a new phone. My iPad had a shattered spot off to the side of the screen. It still worked just fine. If I would've known there was a chance they could break the motherboard, I would've never risked it. They broke the motherboard and now my iPad doesn't work at all and the screen is destroyed. I don't have money for an iPad either. Multiple times they tried to sell me a used one they had. They don't seem like they've been doing this all that long. The vibe was shady from the start. Zero integrity and I don't believe they're honest. Wish I went with my gut and walked out. Oh and no refunds. Once you pay, it's theirs.

    I have been with ATT since 2000 and this store is going to send me to Verizon. They have the worst…read morecustomer service I have seen. The staff is either not trained or are told to just lie to people about return periods. I have now bought two products there and never received a paper receipt because they were "bought though my account" then when trying to return the products I am told I was checked out as a guest and they have no record of my purchase and since I don't have a receipt ( because one was never offered to me since it was going to be emailed ) I can not return the item. One was the worst phone I have ever own that was defective out of the box but they would not cover any warranty or return since I had no receipt. This last time I specifically told the staff member what happened the time before and they said they would make sure I was logged in so I would get the email receipt. When I came back 8 days later to return one of the items I discovered he logged me in for 1/2 of my purchases but not the second 1/2. He remembered me and said this is my fault we will 100% honor your return but can you just double check your email before you do it might have gone to spam. I told him I live 30-40 away and could not come back the next day he said no problem you have 30 days to come back. I asked for the whole order up front and nothing was added on after the fact. There is no reason it should not all be on my account. We I came back to confirm that I had no email receipt for any of the purchase from that day I was then told the return period was 14 days ( I called my husband and he confirmed we were told 30 days not 14 ) and that it did not matter if staff remembered me and admitted to not giving me a recipot or keeping me logged in. They won't do a return without a receipt. In the time I sat there waiting for a manager to call them back - who never did and who still days later has not called me back like she was supposed to 3 other people came with with returns and were denied for the same reason. They were not logged in or given a paper receipt. A couple were told the printers were down when they did their purchase. They are selling defective phone, cables that last less than a week before they stop working, and cases you might not like but you won't be able to return any of it because they make sure you don't get a receipt. This is illegal in California but they really don't care. Everyone need to report this store to the BBB.

He was most helpful, kind, and patient with my mom, answering all her questions and giving clear explanations. This store is very lucky to have him!

    Came in to this store to preorder a new iPhone. The guy in the store had no idea what he was doing…read more Thankfully his coworker was there and she was on top of it. It took 30min for me to preorder the phone. A few weeks later the phone comes in. I go to pick it up. The same incompetent guy was there. He was assisting two other customers that needed a lot of help. I get that they were there before me. I waited patiently and then he got around to help me. He proceeded to think I wanted to pay my bill when I told him I preordered multiple times. I told him twice it will be payed with autopay tomorrow. Then he goes in the back room cussing. Comes out and walks right past me and continues to help the other customers. 15 min later he comes to me again. I explained that I got a text and a phone call that the phone came in. He says it never came in. I told him it could be under dads name. Sure enough, it magically appears. So i got to the store at 6:30 and they close at 7. So now it's 7:20 and he says it will take 3 hours to activate it because the main center closed at 7 and I can come back tomorrow. All he had to do was listen and find the phone, activate it, and let me pay for it. Should take like 15 min tops. I am about to go say to return it because if this guy gets commission it rather throw my money away. Terrible experience and wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Customer service is f#*#%#* horrendous
