    Rafik, Terrell and Noah ! I can't describe how amazing of help they were! 10/10 SERVICES They were each willing to stay an additional hour (close to 2) after closing ! In the end! They were super helpful and friendly with services to us and others in the store. Just please be patient and I promise they will solve your problems!

    We set up an account yesterday that had many issues with transferring numbers from another carrier to this one. However, Rafik, Noah, Terrell and Lucas all helped when they were supposed to be off or even closed! They were very easy to work with. They were also very understanding of our sticky situation and everything worked out in the end without the need of brand new numbers (besides one). After everything they still had the time and patience to transfer someone from another account to the new one. Overall, great experience! Very clean too!

    I bought a new iPhone yesterday at the Apple Store and came in today to activate it. Juliana and Justin were so incredibly patient and wonderful. It took 2 hours because we had to call tech support but my new phone is now NOT activated. Between the two of them and the Verizon rep on the phone, they couldn't figure out how to activate my new phone so I'm still using my old phone until I waste more time tomorrow by going to the actual Verizon store. Don't waste your time at an "authorized dealer" They cannot solve real issues like transferring data from one phone to another. I cannot understand why I wasted over three hours here today, it perplexes me!, I'm so disappointed! As much as I like Justin and Juliana, they couldn't solve my issues today. I would still give them four stars because they were so sweet but the store itself is not someplace you should go to unless you have to pay a bill. Don't waste your time coming here for anything more complicated than that! :((

    I came in a few weeks ago because I sadly got my brand new iPhone stolen at a bar. I was so bummed and not even sure I'd be able to get a new phone right away. Justin and Ashley immediately helped me when I walked into the store. They were both so understanding, helpful, and accommodating to all of my needs. They helped me get a new phone quickly and walked me through how to get my data/stored memories back from my stolen phone. It made a crappy situation a lot better! Thanks for the excellent customer service Justin and Ashley!

    I was in need of an emergency phone as mine was failing while I was in a conference and needed it. It's a huge deal because I have 300 gigs in this phone. Ashley helped me on the phone and then in person. She's SO KNOWLEDGEABLE about this stuff. Every stumbling block for me was so easy with her help. I tell you, if you need a new phone GO SEE ASHLEY! She reduced my monthly bill and I walked out with a new phone and ipad!!!!

    it was a pleasure to be serviced by mark…read more he took care of my old iPhone (se2), prescribing a solution and disclosing a competitive price before service began. overall service took about 20 min in and out. i actually came while he was occupied with a client offsite (which is at no point a fault at all), and decided to wait until he got back, and he was professional in handling the compensation. mark is very accommodating, offering me a beverage while i waited, and giving me a ride home since i ubered to the store. we had small talk during the drop off and it is clear that he is an earnest man. i made sure to tip him for the experience, and i am completely satisfied with the experience at pcs connection.

    My iPhone stopped working after water damage while I was on vacation in Hawaii. I had purchased one…read moreof those "waterproof" phone pouches from Amazon to capture some underwater footage, but unfortunately water got inside and my phone started having issues the next day. I found Mark through Yelp and decided to give him a try based on his great reviews and the fact that he was local. He was able to diagnose the problem, replace the necessary parts and get my phone working again, saving me the expense and hassle of buying a new one. The repair was completed quickly and so far everything is working well. I'm hopeful it continues to hold up long-term. Thanks again, Mark, for helping save my phone and all the data on it!

After a week passed, I called for an update and was told my phone had been sent to a different location without anyone ever informing me beforehand. I was then told my phone would be done on Monday and that I would receive a call. No one called. When I followed up, I kept getting told it would be done "soon" even though I had already been told it would be finished. After almost 2 weeks of waiting, my phone was still not repaired. When I asked for my phone back, I was told someone had to go pick it up from the other location. I waited for hours at the shop and still did not get my phone. I stayed until closing time and was told the person with my phone was not answering. The biggest problem was the lack of communication. If the repair was beyond what they could handle, I wish they would have told me from the beginning so I could have taken it somewhere else instead of wasting weeks waiting. To make things even stranger, after I left my review, I received a message offering to pay for a new phone if I removed the review. I will be posting the screenshot so people can make their own decision. My experience was almost 2 weeks of delays, missed callbacks, changing timelines, poor communication, and a phone that was never repaired.
