If I could leave 0 for this company I would. They lied about their "sign up deals", made me promises and basically have been the worst company that I have ever dealt with. They took my phone for a trade in promising 800. Dollars towards my "new phone" however, I have yet to see any of it and despite the promise of 45 dollars per line I have yet to receive a bill for less than 230 to 300 dollars per month. They have not come through with ANY of their promises. I am a disabled senior and they have bent me over and (fill in the blank) me. This is a WARNING this is a very unscrupulous cell phone company. They have NO deals despite what they promise. Run dont walk to any other company for your phone service or you will end up spending far more than you ever thought possible fir your next phone. This is all after they take your phone and send it away so you can not get out of their "no contract" contract. I am so stuck with no money left to change companies and my cell phone is my only connection to the outside world in case of emergency. Im left with no way out and no hope for any relief. read more

I placed an online order at 12pm. I went into this store at 4pm to see why it has not been marked as ready yet. The unhelpful agent told me I need to wait for the e-mail, but that it would for sure be ready by the end of the day. I come back at 5pm because I know they close at 6pm to ask what is happening. This time the same agent tells me something different, that I need to accept the terms and conditions. I did that, but for some reason it didn't work. Then the same person tells me that I actually need to cancel everything over the phone, that the store couldn't help me because they were closing soon. NOW, I have this phone marked as picked up, but I never picked up the phone because they wouldn't let me! 2 hours later on the phone with verizon, I still do not have things resolved. They really wasted my time and put me in a bad position of having to solve the issue myself. I have never wanted to switch from verizon to another carrier until this experience. I have been with them for decades, but this has left a really bad taste in my mouth and I don't know that I want to support a company that allows such incompetent person-to-person customer service. read more

My mom had upgraded our old iPhones during a promo sale , and when the phones arrived in the mail we were instructed to return them to the store. Only instructions were the old phone must be powered on and find my iPhone turned off on the old phone which I had done. I brought my phone in 2 weeks before the one month notice that we would be charged to trade in. The sales person who helped me I explained what the instruction were and showed her the paperwork I got in the mail. Somehow she went into my old phone asking for my iCloud info as we went along, turned on find my iPhone for the old device, and went to iCloud.com which I had never heard of. She put in my info again, and removed the phone from find my on this website. Somehow there was a glitch and the phone disappeared from the list, okay then it must be removed right? No the sales woman said the phone is still showing up so there's nothing she can do. Then the phone came back in through find my as removed but said , will be removed in 30 days. Still nothing she could do and told me to contact Apple cause they couldn't accept the phone now. Wtf. I didn't do anything except follow her instructions , I called Apple and Apple said the phone should never have been removed through that site and should've been removed right from find my app. Let's be clear my mom lives in Santa Cruz and visited their location and did not have this experience and was able to return her old phone easily and easily removed her old phone from find my, my mom never went through the steps that did this sales woman took me through. But now her mistake is my fault somehow and they will not honor the promotion that my mom and I already paid for.I returned to the store and explained to the sales woman and the store manager what Apple said and if there was anything they could do to avoid me getting charged and to take the phone return, and nope they said come back in 30 days and "hopefully" they can refund me back for the promotion. Manager also offered no resolutions for the issue. Horrible customer service and just a horrible stressful experience, that doesn't feel it's my fault for her mistake. read more

I had excellent experience to upgrade phones for my wife and myself. In the afternoon there was no wait. Carlos, specialist, was very competent , patient, and helpful. He spent almost an hour and half to find the best deal. The deal he found even surprised him. Instead of $14/mth, I wound up paying less than five/mth. He had trouble closing the deal on the web; so he suggested to call an 800 # and assure us that they will be able to help and the complete the deal. He even have us his direct cell#. The issue: I would need to pay an additional $30 in tax since the item was not originally purchased in this county. I purchased an iPhone XR and the sales rep couldn't get the "e-sim" to work. Finally, I had to ask the sales rep to call technical support, which he eventually did. He still couldn't get the e-sim to work, I involved the manager who was not helpful. The manager explained that he [the manager] was busy doing paperwork in the back and the manager left. I asked for the manager and he returned. In all, I waited over 3 hours. I asked for a refund, the manager said that would be fine and the sales rep began working on it. The manager disappeared again. After the sales rep processed the refund, the sales rep let me know I would be charged a $50 restocking fee. I couldn't believe it. I asked the manager why I was being charged a restocking fee and he said it was because they "couldn't the sell the phone as new anymore" and "it was now used." I said, but the phone never worked and I never used it. The manager said there was nothing he could do about it. The sales rep said it was my fault since I asked for a refund, but I had waited over 3 hours and I didn't have anymore time to wait. Awful experience. Massive customer service training needed at this location for both the sales rep and the store manager. read more

I ordered a tablet from Verizon and they used UPS to deliver the product and, UPS failed horribly. So I went to the Verizon store on Stevens Blvd and was greeted by Sal Barron. I explained the problem and he advised me on what to do and assured me that once I got the tablet I could come back to the store he would help me set it up. Thanks to Sal I was able to pickup the tablet at the store he works in and he helped me set it up. UPS is still sticking notes on my door stating that they tried to deliver the tablet. read more
