Many times this shop has been just the right help at the right price and time. During floods my friend's iPhone fell into a big mud puddle and got run over. Brought it in and they gave it a going over and determined it was a goner. Luckily, they had a used / refurbished phone available within the budget during a difficult time. Next was a MacBook Pro that needed a battery. Their testing confirmed the battery was bad and the charging adapter defective. Continued use of the defective charger would damage the new battery so it too was also replaced. The screen is damaged so they looked up the availability of a replacement and could get one though we opted not to do it at the time. Replaced an iPhone battery and got it checked thoroughly as it had some damage. They put it under the microscope to see if anything important was damaged or if it went through to the PCB board and it was ok. Big relief, just a battery swap. At a different time it acted like the charging port was dead so got it checked and hopefully fixed. He took it to the bench to inspect it. Turned out to be pocket lint / fluff blocking the contacts in the port he easily cleared and handed it back. We all laughed. A Galaxy Watch that was a gift the charging contact separated from the back. Wasn't sure it could be salvaged or repaired and brought it in. He put it under the microscope and saw a lead was nicked, but it was ok. He reattached / glued the contact back on free. Thanks for all the times they helped, advised, repaired, and came through for us and if / when needed in the future.

TEDDY ROCKS!!! I originally met Teddy at the Rohnert Park…read morestore a couple weeks ago. Turns out he is really from the Santa Rosa- Mendocino Ave store. He assisted me with switching out a couple phones & transferring a line. I usually get a mediocre 3 star visit, with a young kid that never seems into his job. Which I guess I get. I was 20 once...back in the olden days anyway. If you're looking for anything, or want to switch. Get ahold of Teddy. He is wonderful. Explains everything, answers questions, and with a killer personality. Future manager maybe? If they are smart, they would capitalize on this guy!! A personality goes a long way in customer service. As always, have a peachy day folks.

After it was sent to me I had returned my old phone in order to receive an exchange. The phone was not scanned properly into the store and had been sitting in their back counter for months. We were then charged $1,400 due to the phone not being exchanged. It is now July and the charge has still not gone away after numerous conversations with all of the workers, even after they confirmed they never scanned the phone in. The manager is never available and avoids our phone calls because of this situation. By far the most unprofessional AT&T facility I have ever been encountered. They have stolen our money and they refuse to pay us back. I would recommend visiting another location if you want better service.

I have awesome internet speed (better than I was promised) and the customer service people were non accented and very professional. I can recommend Verizon. Ps...I was dog tired of Comcast's foreign reps who barely spoke understandable English. And Comcast is too damn expensive. Dump Comcast...EVERYONE else is better. I suggest Verizon.

Walked up to the counter and saw the first person I could find - nice enough guy at first. Told him I'd like to upgrade but really didn't want my phone plan to increase too much more. Sat down for a few minutes and talked about tweaking my plan and shipping a new phone to me in the next 2-3 business days. Phone bill was only going to increase by a couple dollars, which felt like a good deal. Then he hit me with "due today is $90something, taxes and such. You can also add it to your next phone bill." Eh... suddenly feeling less appealing? I start weighing the pros and cons. My partner (a man) suggests maybe not yet - the iPhone 17's battery isn't any better than the 13 Pro Max, and an extra $100 right now isn't worth a shiny new phone, so I consider maybe just lowering my phone plan, really thinking through the juice and whether it's worth the squeeze. Before I can even make a decision, Verizon guy turns to MY PARTNER (lol, he does not pay for my phone and is nowhere on the phone plan, and I've had the same account with Verizon for almost a decade), says "well is that all I can do for you then?" And stands up and decides now that my partner has submitted a suggestion that his work as a salesman is over. His work as a salesman was over, but I - the account holder by the way - was sitting there, Verizon app open, trying to figure out how to change my phone plan to make it cheaper. But he was done and decided my partner was the person he should be talking to at that point. Pro tip brother: I was the one with the wallet. If we want sales, I strongly recommend talking to the actual person in charge of the account, regardless of the commentary from the peanut gallery. Had he respected me and treated me like the person who pays my own phone bill, we might've handled this whole situation a touch differently. Thank you, fourth street Verizon! I almost forgot we live in an actual patriarchal hellscape. Almost.

After a pretty disappointing interaction with another staff member previously, I wasn't exactly enthusiastic about going in, but I had to get a replacement phone ASAP. My experience with those ladies was so much better! They were friendly, informed, smart, funny and genuinely wanted to help me as a customer. There were so many points throughout that visit where I wondered if it'd be too creepy to ask if we could all just hang out IRL. (I decided it was and held back... But there's always next time.) T-Mobile needs more staff like Draya and Hayden, and here's why: as a customer to a cell phone carrier, there's no guarantee you'll always like the terms of your plan, the company's policies, or every customer service interaction you get. But if there are a decent amount of interactions with pleasant, helpful, courteous, kind and fabulous folks, you're more likely to be willing to sit with the challenging times. So, ladies like these make a huge difference! Thank you!
