I went to this store because it was highly rated for their customer service but there is a point when this becomes too much and you're not actually helping me with my needs anymore. I came in to look for a specific iPhone case. The representative approached me in a friendly way and tried his best to help me and showed their selections of cases but what threw me off is that he kept saying that they don't carry the case that I'm looking for but he never asked me what kind of case or brand I was looking for. I asked him, "do you even know what case I'm looking for?" He says "no but we don't have that in stock" (smh). Then he just kept up selling me and became too aggressive and pushy. read more

Absolutely terrible! The last time I came here he said my phone isn't paid off and I owe money. I pay off the phone and he refused me service of some kind. I can't remember it was a while back. He's an asian man with a ponytail who works at the front desk. Today I wanted to give them another chance. I wanted to purchase an iPhone 11 to replace my current phone due to water damage. He was giving me a problem saying I can't do it unless I have a pin and am an authorized user. I call my cousin and she provides the pin. I'm covering my face with my shirt because I can't afford a mask, and he tells me to go across a street and purchase a mask, and proceeds to call the police on me, and tell them I'm fleeing the scene. I will take my business elsewhere. It should've been a quick exchange of money and phone, but he doesn't know how to do business. I coughed and he told the police I coughed. I'm fine keeping my $1,000 and giving the business to a company who's more professional in their dealings with the public. Two times dealing with the same Asian man and I'm done. This Verizon store is hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced. Today, Jason helped me with upgrading my phone. I had several questions, which he patiently answered and customized my plan to meet my needs based on usage. I would definitely come back in the future. They welcomed any future questions or concerns. I have gone to the bay terrace Verizon in the past, and I have to say it was the worst experience. I could have set it all up on my own but wasted my time there and they really do not care about how your plan meets your needs. You will definitely feel taken care of here at this location on northern blvd and they will do their best to make it a seamless process. As another user mentioned, they do offer parking with the entrance on Springfield blvd. You will not be disappointed!! read more

Great staff, so helpful and patient while I made a decision to upgrade and purchase a new phone over the summer. It was one of the best encounters I had at any phone retailer/sales so I've been recommending this store to others since. I forgot to get their names, but a male and a female staff helped me during my visit and gave me additional discounts on accessories. I came here last week and got an iPhone X for my daughter when no one else had one in stock. They were so nice, they actually held the phone for me for a day before I picked it up. Andy was nice enough to throw in a glass protector as well so I came back and got myself a Note 8 Samsung. Andy was very patient and explained everything to me and actually put me on autopay saving me $20 per month. What a great experience! Fast service; staff could not be friendlier; honest in assessing the plan I already had and telling me it's to my benefit to stay with it; they handled some issues that they could have charged for but didn't; great pricing on accessories; so very helpful without being pushy. This store is easy to miss if you are not looking for it. And don't make the mistake of parking in the Dunkin donuts parking lot because you can get towed. They have their own parking lot behind their building. The entrance is on Springfield Blvd. I'm recommending this to everyone I know! Made my day! read more
