You all did a fabulous job from start to finish everyone was so professional and did such an amazing job at communicating. My service ended up taking less time than initially estimated which I was super pleased about. The work to my car looks far so good and the wash and vacuum you all did looks better than my monthly carwash pass. I loved how easily you worked with enterprise where I received a rental. Customer service was terrible. Did not complete all repairs saying the insurance denied part of the claims. Did not make me aware of this decision until I came to pick up the vehicle and stated it was not their responsibility to inform me of any decisions made by the insurance company. When arguing with them about this point they told me I should just leave and not bother them. read more

Avoid this shop. 6 weeks of delays and poor communication. My experience with ICC Rockville was a nightmare. They kept my truck for over a month and a half, missed multiple deadlines, and returned it with a mismatched paint job. To make matters worse, the interior was left covered in shop dust. Management : Dave Wagner and Mike Xeron were unresponsive; after one brief email, they ignored all my emails and calls. They prefer to communicate via text to avoid accountability. Total lack of respect for the customer and their property. It was a big headache!! read more

This was by far the most frustrating experience I've ever had with a auto body shop. Having my car repaired at International Collision Center in Rockville is probably one of the worst decisions I've made. My car was hit and Geico towed my car to ICC, long story short, they called me mid way through my repair to try an upsell me on new control arms to the tune of $2500 - wild. Once I got the car back I found that every single penny was stolen out of my change holder (you will see this is also something that others have mention in the lower star reviews on here and on Google). On top of that they stole a handicap placard that was in my glove box as it was a friends. When I called them and Geico about being stolen from - as you can expect, I was gaslit and eventually it fell on deaf ears. If you are going to bring your car here or have Geico tow it here, please do your research and hide anything that can be stolen. read more

They painted my hood twice and my roof once and screwed up 3x they broke 3 interior prices wen they took my headliner down. Then they painted my hood with hail dents in it. A 3rd grader knows better than that. I don't know if they just dumb or Crooked.I don't see how they stay in business. ​ read more

Highly recommend. My daughter's car had a window smashed by thieves stealing her driver's side airbag. Everyone at International Collision Center was professional and helpful. They allowed me to drop off the car before the insurance was approved; they worked with Progressive to get the claim approved; they repaired the car ahead of schedule, and the car was returned looking like it just came off the dealer's showroom floor. I don't write many reviews, but I had to write this one for International Collision Center (ICC). I was in a minor car accident which required repairs to the right rear side of my 2023 Tesla Model Y. I brought my car to ICC because it was one of the few Tesla-certified shops in the Rockville/Gaithersburg area. ICC made the whole experience very easy and low stress from start to finish. After dropping off my car they gave me regular updates on the progress of repairs. They over-delivered by finishing the work several days ahead of schedule. The quality of the work they did was superb. The paint and finish on the repaired parts matched perfectly. The fit of the new parts was perfect with no gaps. When I came to pick up the car, I saw that it had been washed and cleaned inside and out. It was probably waxed as well. It actually looked better than before the accident. A special shout out to Abdullah, who gave me regular updates, walked me through all repairs that had been done when I picked up the car, and answered any questions I had. The work is guaranteed for as long as I own the vehicle. I thought the price charged for the work performed was reasonable. read more

Horrible place, service is ass. They take forever to do things and no one wants to actually do anything. I swear quality in america has been rock bottoming. It took them 2 weeks to work on my car and they gave me a defective rear glass window, then it took them 2 more weeks to get parts and still they haven't finished anything. They didn't put tint on my car and still didn't finish sealing a major crack on my truck as well. I don't recommend this place. read more

Two insurance companies were responsible for different areas of damage: a collision claim for a broadside hit through a red light that caused moderate damage, and a comprehensive claim on my policy for damage from a tree branch that fell a couple of days later causing mild damage). The prices were decent and within the insurance companies' estimated costs), and the repairs are cosmetically great. Importantly, they handled it all at once and coordinated with the two companies. While they working on the left side of the front bumper which was damaged in the broadside hit, they did some minor repair at my request on the right side at minimal additional cost out-of-pocket (at my request). Communication was frequent and the car was done when promised. Great experience. One more point: I dropped in rather than wait for an appointment because the first place that Geico referred me couldn't schedule the work to start for six weeks. They took me in, did their own estimates, and scheduled the work to start around ten days later and was completed 9 days after that (Tesla body work takes time everywhere, but was much quicker than two other places said it would be). read more

Been here twice now and both times they have done an incredible repair job. Never had any issues with their work, they handled everything with insurance and payment. They made everything so much easier coordinating with Enterprise for a rental car as well. Staff were very nice and appreciated all their help. The lot is incredibly crowded with cars so finding a spot to drop off can be tricky but their work is top notch. read more

It was more than 2 years ago that we used this service so please note, some of my reviews are later as I forget to do them at the time! 1. We had a mini-cooper, it was damaged in an accident and we took it to the international center. 2. They matched parts and paint color perfectly. 3. The service was a little slow (more than a week) but, it could have been worse! 4. It is a little hard to get to their shop from the North. Overall it is a small shop but they do good work. I would say they are on the $$$$ higher side of cost but when you have a car like a Mini, it is all about the fit and finish! Overall they did a great job, expensive but a great job! Really disappointed with how this center handles communication and service, as they wasted my time TWICE with misinformation. Long story short, I have Geico covering my vehicle and was in constant communication with them. At first, I was texted that there is a delay on a part, so they had to push back my estimated pick up date, which is fine by me. I was told to pick it up on a Tuesday, so I showed up. However, I showed up, and at that time, my entire side attachment, as shown in my photos, was missing, along with missing my door guard. At that time, I was understanding since mistakes happen. I was told I can pick it up anytime Friday. So I come in Friday, and the service asked to have me sign that I picked up my car before I actually see my car so I told them I rather not. They bring out my car saying it's ready, and behold, my car is STILL MISSING THAT SIDE ATTACHMENT. As shown in the photos below. They did at least put on the side guard. I am shocked how they claim something is complete TWICE, and have me come in TWICE, which is a waste of my time since it was actually not complete! And how do you miss an entire side attachment like that? Please note, I completely understand that there are delays in shipment; I totally get that. But what could have been handled better is the communication. Don't tell me something is complete when it is not, twice. I honestly would have not minded if I was just texted (just like the very first time) that there will be a delay due to a shipment of parts, so I just don't have to go out of my way to show up supposedly picking up my car twice. And if I'm told my car is ready, I work my plans around that information, so honestly, just informing me if a part is delayed again ahead of time would really help me rearrange plans rather than showing up and finding out right on the spot that they missed a part, twice. Oh and lastly, right when I opened my car door and about to drive off with it, I find out there's a CRACK inside!!! I reported it and they told me they'll order a new part and fix it, and will inform me when to come in....hoping they'll follow through with that... read more

International Collision Center Review - I recently had collision service of my electric vehicle (EV) from International Collision Center (ICC) at 649 North Horners Lane in Rockville, Maryland. I could not be happier with my experience, thanks to Sam Hernandez, Sallah Abdullah, and the entire ICC Team. Throughout the entire process, the ICC Team appeared sincere, honest, and attentive; and provided the highest degree of customer relations and services. The way in which they related to me as a new customer appeared seamless, informative, and stress-free. As members of the ICC team, not only were they attentive to my needs, but they were also each extremely knowledgeable about the EV collision service process available, and each took the time to understand my needs and preferences to help me get through this inconvenience to me. They each answered all my questions about the vehicle's materials, collision services, and cost. making sure I felt confident about the experience. I literally received updates several times throughout the course of a week, and received phones calls to update me as the timeline approached the date that my EV was scheduled to be returned to me. From the initial estimation of the cost and timeline through the process, the team was exemplary. ICC worked effectively with the Insurance Company. I was advised on when the parts for my EV would arrive. The parts arrived on schedule. I was advised that the service repair would take one week, and on schedule my EV was ready for pick up by me. ICC also worked effectively with Enterprise Car Rental to ensure that my rental vehicle process was also efficient. The rental car was delivered to ICC timely for me to retrieve it and I could return it to ICC's location too. The quality of the repair work was excellent and there were no inconsistencies nor additional damage to my EV. My EV was cleaned and delivered back to me timely and in excellent condition. Sallah, the ICC representative was very attentive, and even removed my temporary new car tags and installed my license plates and frames. Throughout the process, each of them was professional, transparent, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me with the process. I never felt rushed or pressured, If you are considering Tesla EV collision services, I highly recommend ICC.. I keep a bunch of quarters in my cup-holder to be prepared for parking meters. Every single time I've gotten my car repaired here, all the coins have been stolen out of it. It is a small, petty thing, but it really sours an otherwise skillful repair job. To be clear, the repair is perfect, but the treatment of objects in your car is haphazard and somewhat invasive. Be sure you drop off an empty car for repair, or expect your small objects to at worst be stolen/damaged, and a best to all be haphazardly tossed into the trunk. Again, no complaints about the actual repair of the vehicle, but opening the trunk after a repair is like opening the worst present. read more

Geico recommended International Collison Center to me after my car was involved in an accident with one of their customers. International Collison Center picked my car up on March 8th and send me a link to an online dashboard where I could view the status of my repair, which also included an estimated pick up date and time for April 6th at 4pm. During the time in between I never received a call or email or text message updating me on my car so I assumed, on the week of April 6th, that I could just call and arrange pick up. NEGATIVE! Elizabeth told me that my car needed to be painted and it would actually be ready April 14th. HOWEVER, upon calling today I was passed through David, Jason, and whoever else they wanted to put on the phone to tell me that the parts for my car just arrived and were being put together and therefore NO ONE knew when it would be ready. It's already been well over a month and from what I can gather through the many representatives, my car is nowhere near being done! What makes all of this worse is the fact that no one will ever call you to give an update on any of this. You have to call yourself and be given vague or super technical responses about where your car is in the process. I honestly still have no idea when my car will be ready. Also, don't bother to ask to speak to the manager, Demetrius, because he's coincidentally never there when you call no matter how early or late in the time or week you call. I immediately called Geico and the adjuster to notify them of my experience, and the other experiences I've read on here. They need to be removed from the recommendation list ASAP and if you're lucky enough to read this before doing business with them, DON'T! read more

I was sent to this location by my insurance carrier. They kept sending me the same random text when my vehicle was ready. When I picked up my vehicle, they had damaged my key throb (as if they ran over my key). It was brought to their attention prior to me signing out with pics and acknowledge. I contacted my car dealer and they told me how much it was to replace it, I was informed to bring it back...for WHAT? It was broth to your attention prior to the release of the vehicle. This business is not taking care of their customers; I would think they would have been calling my car dealer asking the cost and removing it from what I owed...NOPE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICES & management...customers BEWARE!! read more

I went there to have my car repair estimated and asked to not do the repairs. the person who met me asked me to fill an electronic form. the form had an authorization to start the repair after the estimation is made. I'm completely impressed. (Note this is the shop that moved to Southlawn Drive). I got a rough estimate after several others for fixing a lovely little smashjob I did for the first time ever while parking my car (was supposed to be) *next to* a concrete post. I'd read the other recent reviews and found the common complaint to be timing. I found it funny that previous reviewers who rated the business poorly still liked the job they got, so I thought, heck I'll try it. Wow. My car doesn't look like it was fixed; it looks like they got Superman to fly around the sun to reverse time... up to and including the last time I drove past the carwash without going in. I dropped it off on Monday, got a really nice call on Tuesday telling me that they had started work, it would be ready by the end of the week, and oh yeah - looks like it's gonna be a few bucks less than the estimate you received. So yeah - they fixed it, they also washed it (inside and out), I got it back today (Friday), and it just looks freakin' spectacular. I'll come back and post pics. read more

My car was hit while parked in front of my home, and my insurance gave me a list of approved providers. This shop was the most highly rated of the options. I have to be honest, I was nervous about using this shop after seeing the 1 star reviews. BUT! I'm happy to report that they were AWESOME! I received email and text alerts about when my car would be ready and that the repairs were on track. The repair was completed on time, and done remarkably well- if you were to look at my car, you would never be able to see the damage that was done. When I received it, it looked brand new- in addition to the repairs, they'd deep cleaned it inside and out. On top of all that, they went above and beyond to accommodate me- I couldn't pick up the car due to a medical issue, and when I called them to coordinate a tow, they kindly offered to drop it off at my home, free of charge. They arrived on time, called me, and left my keys right by door. Auto repairs are always stressful, but International Collision Center made everything as easy and stress-free as possible. My car was in this shop (Rockville location) for over a month and a half, I took it here since they are on Gieco's Express list - what a joke! They do not pick up phones or return messages, despite the pleasant recording that states that they will return calls in two hours. The onus is on you to repeatedly call and get an update - which they rarely have. They claimed that parts were on a national backorder for over a month, after a month I myself called the local dealerships and the part was available at a local dealer - WHAT!!! Had they done their due diligence, weeks could have been saved. At the end of the ordeal, they owed me a refund - it took over 6 emails and phone calls before they returned my refund. ICC not only repaired my 2021 Tesla Model Y Performance, they uncovered a damaged rear suspension not part of the original accident. In fact, I ran over a log while driving on the 496 beltway which fell off a pick up full of logs, a few months. I took it to Tysons Tesla and they may have missed it! Nevertheless, I'm more than impressed and happy with their service and repair I've received. Great customer service was the topping! They would always keep me informed throughout the repair period. In fact the front hood was made perfect and much better than when I first pick my car! I must have taken it to Tesla 3x to fix the hood alignment and was told it was "within specs" and ICC fixed it! Bottomline ICC is the place to go and you won't be disappointed! I must say it appears that they're doing a better job than Tesla! Just saying! I will give ZERO star if I could. If you don't want to pick up your car within a reasonable amount of time, then you should send your car there. I understand there are delays in repairing. However, every week we called, they said "it will be done next week!" Then we made plans to do so, and call before we go. Then they will "oh, it's not done yet, but next week it will be!" 4 times... yes, 4 more weeks they told us the same thing. Last week they told us, "your car is almost ready, just need to be painted!" You can come pick it up next Thursday. So here next Thursday it is, I called, and JASON told me, "Oh, I don't think it will be ready. It still need moulding on the door..." Then I asked, why would they told us it only need to be painted last week? I need an answer, I need to talk to someone who can tell us what's going on. Then he hung on me. And I called for another 10 mins that JASON would not pick it up until I use another phone to call then he picked it right away. What a horrible customer service! Our car has been in the shop for TWO MONTHS. No sight of it being done, only saying it will be done. International Collision Center claimed to be the "trusted" name in auto body. Please be aware of this shop. Do not expect the service will be done within the estimate time, but add like 1.5 months on top of that. read more

I've used International twice in the last three years. No, I'm not a bad driver. Both claims were handled through my insurance. The first time, my car was flooded. The shop worked tirelessly locating the point of entry for the water. Turns out, it was a spot weld that Ford had not put seam sealer on. Crazy, right?! This was an oem spot weld, just something missed by Ford when the car was manufactured. Anyway, International was awesome. The repairs were pretty extensive. The entire interior had to be removed for the carpet and pads to be replaced. The repairs were great. International kept me informed every step of the way. They really cared and clearly didn't want to waste my time. Two years later, no leaks at all. I appreciate that. This week I was rear ended while on my way to work. The damages were minor. International was able to accommodate me immediately. Jeff was super helpful. He explained everything thoroughly and at no time, tried to "man-splain" things to me. It's a huge relief to be able to just let International handle everything so that I can focus on my life. read more

Took two days, they called me at every step of the way to keep me updated, and car looked brand new when they were done. Inside and out. They also went over and above and painted some other time-worn trim to match the replaced pieces. That attention to detail has made me a customer for life. It looked amazing. I could t believe it. International Collision Center - 911 Turbo - Body Shops Near Me - Rockville, Maryland

Gieco sent me here to have my older vehicle repaired someone banged into me at a stop light. There was damage to the bumper cover, a small dent on the trunk lid, a popped seam on the spare tire well and a broken flange on the exhaust pipe. I was flabbergasted when they told me the car was a total loss and their decision was final. Their estimate included a lot of work and materials I thought were not needed. For example: $1200 to replace the entire exhaust system instead of just welding the broken flange (a local muffler shop quoted me $60 for that), new the trunk lid instead of using body filler to fix a small dent, 18 hours of labor to cut and replace the entire spare tire well instead of straightening the and resealing the seam. What was more appalling is that Geico would not allow me to take the car to an independent shop for a second opinion. The decision from their ship was final and they had already reported the total loss to the MVA branding the title as "salvage". Geico did offer that I could buy the car back as salvage and repair it on my own. Unfortunately, many insurance companies will not insure a vehicle with a savage title. Those that do charge a much higher rate. The moral of this story is to never take you vehicle to a Geico partnered repair shop because you forfeit your rights to a competitive estimate. read more
