Our enchiladas were ordered with verde sauce, came out with red sauce and the burrito we ordered and added beans to the inside did not have beans on the inside; additionally, we almost didn't get our drink until we asked for it. They definitely seem to be a work in progress still and the only restrooms are upgraded outdoor porta-potty's (but think elevated) but don't seem to be accessible as there's a step up. I can appreciate the vision and we'll definitely be back as they continue to upgrade. The only other thing I've seen complaints about is parking; there was no event that night at any of the venues, so we had ample parking, and I could see several parking options as well as lots of street parking in the surrounding areas. This must be something they've improved upon, but it had better parking than almost any other pods in Beaverton or Portland.

The beer was nice and light bodied which as I have said before at this point in time really appreciate to have more often.

Vex the vietnamese experience is an amazing dining experience they have a that always changes with the most authentic vietnamese cuisine the flavors are not like other vietnamese restaurants we have dined at. You can tell the ingredients are fresh because of the texture and flavor. The menu has gluten free options as well. They a bar menu with many vietnamese, cocktails and beer selections. It is a friendly welcoming dining experience the food and service are beyond 5 star. I highly recommend dining here. They do take reservations and I recommend making reservations. came here with my buddy Goldstar and had an amazing experience! The bo kho was rich, flavorful, and perfectly comforting with tender beef and a deep, savory broth that tasted homemade. The pho ga was just as impressive -- clean, aromatic broth with fresh herbs and perfectly cooked chicken that made every bite satisfying. What really made the visit special was the warm hospitality from Dustin and Yen. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. VEx has been so great ever since they opened. Yen and Dustin are the friendliest people ever, I love how they recognize and remember my wife and I every time we come in. This was my first time trying Cornerstone, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! I ordered the Lumberjack Burger with a side of fries, while my partner got the A-Rok Burger with a side of tater tots. The second they handed me the bag, it smelled absolutely incredible. We couldn't wait to dig in. The fries and tater tots were immaculate, perfectly crispy, well-seasoned, and full of flavor. As for the burgers... oh my goodness. They were juicy with the perfect amount of grease, had an amazing char-grilled flavor, and were topped with fresh lettuce and tomato that tied everything together perfectly. This is definitely going to be one of my go-to spots whenever I'm craving a really good burger. For around $40 for two meals, I honestly can't complain. Great service, great food, and an all-around wonderful first experience. I can't wait to come back!
