It reminded me of a New Orleans-style paella, loaded with perfectly seasoned dirty rice, andouille sausage, shrimp, and an incredible depth of flavor in every bite. My husband began with the French Vegetable Soup, which he described as magnificent, followed by the Short Rib Sliders, which were tender, flavorful, and expertly prepared. For dessert, we indulged in the Peach Cobbler à la Mode, topped with vanilla bean ice cream. It was decadent, comforting, and the perfect ending to the meal.
