    Cinnamon sticks dessert

Delicious pizza, Brussels sprouts, salad and cinnamon sticks. Friendly prompt service. Good wine and beer selection. First time here so they gave us complimentary cinnamon sticks which we had to take home as everything else we ordered was filling. Will definitely return.

Came in on a weekend for a late lunch and had a nice experience. The waitress was very friendly though seemed quite busy as the only food server. We got the seasonal special, pickle pizza, and an Ambassador pizza and both were great! The crust is perfectly crispy with melty toppings that contrast nicely. The AC was cool and space was bright and open. On top of that, they have a $10 off offer for signing up for rewards app which was sweet.

Via 313 will always have a spot in my heart, and this location reaffirms my loyalty. Like every other outpost, they have solid vegan cheese options and are incredibly accommodating when you want to build your own creation. I've been told that every crust is plant based, including the gluten free one, which is surprisingly great even though I do adore my gluten. Staff are all so sweet, absolute gems. Easy to talk with, always welcoming; they're what make the experience so great. Big bonus in this part of town is the fact that they have a small parking lot, not to mention plenty of street parking all around. If you're on the east side with a pizza craving, they've got you covered.

My friends and I stopped by Via 313 to get some food in our system before getting drinks on 6th street! Coming from out of town, I had no idea what to expect. We did not do any prior research and this place turned out so much better than we expected! Our uber dropped us off on 6th street and went to the first place that we could find for a quick bite :) We tried their detroit style pizza. The fig and prosciutto option was AMAZING! We added arugula for some freshness. This pizza did not disappoint. Everything balanced together so perfectly and I loved the crust on it! We sat outside and it was such a vibe. We were able to get seated right away. Service was pretty quick and tummys left completely satisfied :) I'll definitely be back again next time I'm in Austin!

Who doesn't love pizza! This restaurant is perfect if you do! They serve deep dish (Detroit style) and thin crust which I like that they give you both options. We had the deep dish pepperoni and a thin cheese. We got smalls in both and we had leftovers which I was happy about. The pizza was flavorful and not too greasy. We added jalapeños and hot honey. Service was ok, it took a minute for us to be greeted but our server was kind and was very knowledgeable of the menu. Plenty of bar style seating, outside patio with seating and fans for the heat. It's a nice place to come with your friends or family! Street and garage parking close by!

    Gluten free Detrioter and Cadillac

Via313 has the absolute best gluten free crust of any restaurant I've ever been to. It's soft, fluffy, and structurally sound. My favorite order is half Detrioter which has 2 different kinds of pepperoni and a nicely spiced tomato sauce. The other half is the Cadillac with prosciutto, balsamic and added arugula. I usually get take out and the wait times can vary on a busy night from 25-45 minutes but it is so worth it. There's no flavor I haven't enjoyed and I love the incorporation of gluten free cheese bread and desserts.

Visiting from out of state. Had to see what the buzz was all about. Did not disappoint! Service was great, but the main attraction was the pizza.... Amazing. Do yourself a favor and swing by and crush yourself a slice or two.

First time at Via 313, and it was a great experience! I can't say Detroit-style is my favorite, but the pizza toppings were really good. (I got the Ambassador Bridge.) Service was really friendly and the pizza came out pretty quickly. The atmosphere is casual, but it's a great spot for any occasion. I like that they give dumdum lollipops at the end of the meal too. It's a nice sweet way to end a hearty pizza experience.

Whhhaaaa, this stuff is amazeballs!!! Went with 2 GF Celiac FREAKS & they could not stop Raving!! It was AMAZING. I had no idea it was GF due to the crazy pillowie inside & outside crunch, the flavor, the fluffiness, it was soooo good!! Talia the Manager even checked in on us & gifted us on our NEXT VISIT!!! #Pizza #BestPizza #CELIACWIN

    Broccoli and cauliflower

Came for the first time to celebrate my friends birthday. Arrived around 5:45 ish and was able to be sat immediately (upon leaving around 6:45 there definitely was a wait so just be prepared if you are coming during prime dinner hours) The Texans game was on so they were offering happy hour specials even on the weekend, so we tried their margarita and red sangria. I enjoyed the balance of the sangria, marg was tequila heavy (which for many is likely not an issue... my friend is just a light weight) We both got the smaller pizzas and though I was interested in the tikka Masala special, it only came in the full order and being a first timer, I needed some variety. Also got the broccoli / cauliflower with goat cheese on top and that was a yummy appetizer while we waited. I enjoyed both of the options I ordered (I can't recall the name but one had hot honey and I think the other one was the omnivore) What I didnt eat, I took home, reheated in my air fryer the next day and was equally delighted. Glad I finally was able to experience this Austin staple and taste of Detroit style pizza. Thank you Micah for your customer service!

I've spent my life chasing the perfect crust, comparing everything from the legendary pie shops in Manhattan to the pristine corner slices in Pittsburgh. I didn't think Austin could pull off truly authentic pizza. I was dead wrong. Baldinucci is absolute sorcery. The moment I took a bite of their Roman-style pizza, I was instantly thrown back to the tiny, narrow pizzerias I stumbled into in Italy. It has that exact, hyper-specific airy crunch that is so incredibly hard to replicate outside of Europe. The dough is clearly fermented with patience. It's light, shatteringly crisp on the bottom, and has those beautiful, irregular air pockets that give it a pillowy structure without ever feeling heavy. Let's talk about the sauce, because that's where most places fail. It isn't that sugary, paste-heavy stuff you find at standard joints. It is vibrant, bright, and tastes intensely of sun-ripened tomatoes and clean olive oil. It is remarkably fresco; striking that perfect balance where the acidity cuts through the richness of the cheese without overwhelming the palate. The vibe inside the West Lake spot is casual and unpretentious, but they take their craft seriously. Food service is streamlined and efficient; you order at the counter, and they pop the slices back into the oven so they land at your table screaming hot. The staff is genuinely proud of what they're slinging, and they should be. If you are an East Coast transplant drowning in a sea of mediocre pies, do yourself a favor and get over to West Lake. It's the real deal. PS: The gelato flavors are also sorcery. However, a review of their gelato is for another time. I must continue to savor the pie for now.
