This spot was my go to while visiting my cousin a second time. However, I felt as I was robbed since they automatically add $40 tip on your tab when you spend over $150. It has been a while since I have been here due to work abroad. The staff has changed slightly and the architecture seems to be the same. The reason I like this place so much is that the food is delicious. The drinks can be customized, say... vodka 7-up with a cherry :) and everything is delivered timely. You cannot go wrong with Happy Hour. I have noticed some negative reviews referring to food quality and staff issues. Frankly, I have yet to see any of this. I come at different times during the day (some on the same day :D) and noticed that during peak hours, service might be delayed slightly but it is not unbearable. That is why it is called peak hours. The staff has always been friendly and the food always high quality. I am surprised it does not have a higher rating as there are many happy customers laughing and enjoying themselves. This was one of the worst quesadillas I have ever had. The portions were huge but I assume that this is to make up for a lack of quality. I ordered a seafood quesadilla off of the lunch menu. It came with rice and some iceberg lettuce and an orange slice. The rice was the most enjoyable part of the meal but the vegetables in the rice were pretty clearly frozen peas and carrots. The quesadilla looked appetizing enough but as I picked it up it was a thin flour tortilla which was sodden with grease and out came everything that was supposed to be in the quesadilla... a mix of frozen sea food that certainly wasn't high quality... it tasted like pure salt and unidentifiable fake fish. I don't go to places expecting fresh everything but it's nice to feel that at least there's a semblance of quality in what I'm being served. The tortilla seemed as if it had been barely heated up, much less cooked to be crispy. It was so unenjoyable that I couldn't even pick out the meat and just eat the cheese and tortilla since it was so soaked in grease. The lady who served me was nice. My experiences here are hit or miss. The very first time was stellar, the server was attentive, the food was good (if not a touch expensive for what you get), and I had no complaints. The second time drinks went dry, the server almost never came around, we had to actually ask for the check as she walked across the other side of the little eating area. The food was still good, however, or the rating would be lower. The karaoke here is... abysmal. Loud and obnoxious howling as opposed to actual singing. They have a TouchTunes jukebox, which is kind of cool. But put on something that they don't like and they're happy to turn down the volume. I have yet to come for happy hour but want to try that out. Very disappointed in the customer service today. A few friends and I went in for their Sunday happy hour. 4-6 we kept asking our waitress what's on happy hour many times. The food was good drinks were okay. When the bill came we noticed a few errors on prices. I got charged two different amounts on the two drinks that both should of been happy hour price. My friend was charged full price for one beer and not the others. My friend told the waitress with blue hair she was over charged. "The waitress had to nerve to say she put it in at 3:59pm before happy hour, and told my friend you drank it, your going to pay for it!!" What kind of customer service is that?!? I have come here a few times and it's OK. Not the best. I've never had a bad experience here in fact it's been pretty pleasant when it comes to the music and customer service. But The food is ok not the best, I've had better fajitas and better michiladas. The shrimp cocktail is not my favorite because it was watered down and had absolutely no tomato juice at all, in-fact the juice was clear so I had to return it. Also with the michiladas it was also watered down and and very weak with hardly any chili on the cup rim. Fajitas very dry and poor quality meat. Also the restrooms were super filthy, there was vomit on the floor and I mentioned to the staff and they left it there for hours.
