I just can't go above 3 stars. Its such a tragedy. I come every 3-6 months to mediocrity. It's so weird because when they first opened it was delectable. I got a Vicious today although I wanted a Fat Boy. It was beautiful. The fry was golden, jalapeño biscuit was gorgeous, and it was slathered in gravy. I expected a flavor explosion and it was a dud. The Chicken had absolutely no flavor, the beautiful biscuit was flat and the gravy tasted like Libby's fresh out the can. I was so disappointed. It was indeed flat. I expected so much more. There was 2 tables filled but no one in line. Every staffer was pleasant. The resturant immaculate.

Yum this was one of my favorite stops in Charlotte. I love biscuits and any carb really. I got the Firebird and it was delicious. It was near impossible to eat but I was able to cut it up and eat it that way. My dad had a salad that he really enjoyed.

It was suggested as a good spot for my family brunch. A few members had been there. I went to pick up the order. It's in a large plaza so parking is available. There is a line for carry out/mobile and those eating in. I got the basic, hen solo with potatoes. I also order a side of fried green tomatoes. I enjoyed the sandwich. The potato's were basic breakfast potatoes. The fried green tomatoes were okay. It could have used more seasoning. I was hungry so started with the basics sandwich. I will check out more soon. Wish it was one closer to me.

While searching for breakfast spots near us we came across this and were like we have to try it! I decided on getting the bird and Belgian and it was good! The waffle was very cinnamony & the chicken was super crispy! I do wish I would've gotten extra syrup because at some point the waffle felt a little dry. I would definitely like to try a biscuit sandwich next time.

My family and I chose Vicious Biscuit as the first stop for breakfast in Charlotte. When we first walked in, we were a bit leery about it being "self-serve". We walked out and spoke to someone who had just finished eating there. The woman said it was the best breakfast she's had, so we decided to walk back inside and ordered at the counter. I had the Huevos Rancheros which was super flavorful and fresh. The portion is great for the price. The staff was super friendly too! I'm so happy we turned around and went back inside because it was my favorite breakfast during my time in Charlotte.

A great biscuit indeed. Decided to give this place a try and it's a win. While it may look busy, tables turn over quickly so don't get discouraged. It's a walk up, order then find a table so if you don't know what you want right away, it's not a problem. I went with the Chicken Bacon Ranch and was not disappointed. The biscuit is a knife and forker. Not sure how I would eat this otherwise because it's a big sandwich. All the flavors of this sandwich make it a hit. It all works right down to the crisp pickles. Looking forward to trying some other sandwiches here.

I found this restaurant on Instagram and decided to try it during my trip to Charlotte. First the staff is soo friendly and nice! Especially for someone who is not educated in Biscuit and grits. I tried the plain Biscuit and Cheesy grits. By far the best Biscuit I have ever had. And omg the Cheesy grits insanely delicious. The cutest thing they have is a butter bar, with different flavors of butters. And a Jam bar with different jams. Sooo delicious!!

    Beautiful water view outside seating.

The biscuits were tasty and not greasy! I loved the seasonal apple butters, jams, and other butters. Service was friendly. The place is big and has lots of outdoor seating.

Stopped by on our recent trip to Charlotte and as a biscuit lover, we had high hopes. Came right at lunch time on a Friday and it was not busy at all, so we ordered and seated ourselves no problem. We started with the Jalapeño Cheddar Pups which were really good, we also got some additional butters from the bar that paired really well with these. I got the Crab Benny which had a crab cake, fried green tomato, sunny up egg and hollandaise. Really tasty overall, the biscuit it self was fluffy and all the toppings paired very well together. The crab cake was a little off taste wise so the only reason for 4/5. But other than that, still a really good meal.

Came here for the first time with family around 8am, party of 8. Parking Lot Situation: easy access in and out parking lot shared with other vendors at the strip- plentiful parking! Ordering: easy when you walk in, you're in line to walk up to the front. (Make sure to grab a menu brochure at the front, more options are available there and easy if you're not sure yet what to order you can take one and step to the side or walk outside and browse with your party. Order + pay at the counter, they bring you a table # and you seat your self. Service we had was great! As we were enjoying our meal, plates were cleared at an appropriate time, to not make us feel rushed. Food: BODY BY BISCUIT is the most appropriate slogan. If I worked there, my body would be made by biscuits. Tender, soft, BUTTERY. don't get me started on the self serve jam bar- all bangers no misses. Food was great, served hot and as it came out. Thank you team Vicious Biscuit!

This was our first time visiting Charlotte, and we decided to stop by Vicious Biscuit on our way out of town--and wow, what a pleasant surprise! From the moment we walked in, the experience was top-tier. The cashier greeted us with such kindness and humor, instantly setting a welcoming tone. He offered some great recommendations and even gave us a complimentary Sprite--talk about Southern hospitality! I ordered the Sea Biscuit, and let me just say... it was absolutely AMAZING. The crab cake was perfectly seasoned and cooked, and the fried green tomatoes might just be the best I've ever had. I even took the top off my biscuit to try out their toppings bar--packed with a variety of flavored butters, jams, and other spreads. It was like a build-your-own flavor adventure. My friend had the pulled pork sandwich and loved it so much, she was already talking about getting a second one. The restaurant itself was super clean, the staff was friendly, and even though it wasn't overly crowded, the vibe was lively and fun. I will 100% be back the next time I'm in town. "Body by Biscuit" is real--thankfully, I live out of state or I'd probably be dining here every weekend! Highly recommend.

This place had a decent line went I got there for good reason. Food is great and the biscuits are HUGE. They also have a great variety of butters and jams, my favorite was the apple butter. It was cinnamon apple sweetness. You might have to wait slightly to order your food but once ordered the food doesn't take too long to get to you. Friendly and helpful staff. Splendid breakfast/brunch should try if you get a chance!

I visited Vicious Biscuit for a girls' brunch and found it to be a charming little spot. The process is straightforward: you order at the counter, find a table, and they bring your food out to you. Ordering went smoothly overall, but there were a couple of hiccups. My chai latte arrived and was quite good, but two of our group members didn't receive their coffee cups initially. Apparently, you're supposed to pick up coffee cups at the front, which wasn't clear to us. We had to go back up and ask for them. Additionally, one of our friends ordered orange juice, but when we inquired about it after it didn't arrive, we were told they don't sell orange juice on its own--only as part of a mimosa. When the food came, it was tasty, but the service left something to be desired. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. With so many brunch options out there, I'm not in a rush to return anytime soon.

I know I made it look very pretty in my photos, but don't be fooled. Here is the complete review. We found the green tomatoes bland and appeared to have been frozen before being prepared. The "Gravy Train" with the mini biscuit was inedible. The gravy itself was OK. Nothing special, not one of the three were "great." But the mini biscuits were terrible, hard, dense chunks of dough. I ate one of them and discarded the rest. The "Chicken Ditch the Waffle" was equally terrible. Whatever they did to turn the biscuit into "fake" French toast is a 100% fail. They were as dense and unappealing as the mini biscuits. The chicken itself was fine. If I was only rating the chicken I'd probably give it a 3.5. The best dish was actually the "GOAT." It was served with a Standard biscuit which we thought was still too dense and dry. I recommend finding an independent restaurant that serves real, "from scratch" food. I should point out that the service crew in the dining room who delivered the food as well as provided cleanup and assistance, were exceptional. They were friendly, courteous, and focused on customer service. I'm sure they deserve more than they are being paid. It was obvious many of them were spanish-speaking immigrants.
