Line started outside the building. Once you get in you have to wait. For a table to get open. But it's pretty much just a big biscuit. And for 3 of us was 56.00 . I wouldn't go back. read more

I've gone here 3 times This week. It has quickly become my favorite breakfast place. It is delicious all the way around. Today I got the crab Benny, the lady at the register recommended it to me and it was SO GOOD. The sides are all amazing too. The thick cut bacon is heavenly. There are admittedly, a lot of biscuit joints in the area, but I must say that Vicious is always at the top of my list when it comes to a casual brunch. Very good prices for the amount of food that you get. The Fat Boy was absolutely delicious and it had very good presentation. They have traditional, more breakfast-y biscuits and then a few different house specialties. Good mimosas too, but I usually stick with their iced coffee (free refills on iced coffee? Although there was a line when we walked in, the line moved very quickly. So many options on the menu to choose from making it very difficult to decide. The fresh pressed juices were delicious and very refreshing. It was very interesting to be able to watch the machine behind the counter juice the oranges and grapefruits. The amount of staff that could be seen working behind the counter, clearing tables, running food was impressive. This helps with the quick service that they are able to provide. I ordered The Ranchero which was absolutely delicious. Very filling. The cheddar and jalapeno biscuit was very light and fluffy. I had never had a panko crusted avocado, but it was a nice surprise. The pico de gallo, spicy mayo, and cilantro all added a wonderful rounded flavor that was very refreshing. The bourbon maple butter melted the moment it hit the biscuit and is worth visiting Vicious Biscuit for that alone. read more

I've eaten take out three times now. Take out is great bc you go in the side door and straight to the front of the line. I've not had anything I haven't liked. The biscuits are huge and have a buttery and crunchy outside with a soft middle. The sausage maple gravy is spot on. My wife loves the spicy Vicious biscuit. It may seem privy the first time you look at the menu, but it's a value when your biscuit is in front of you. I'm sold. read more

Vicious biscuit although small is efficient the line coming in was almost out of the door but still moved quickly enough to get inside after we received excellent customer service we sat at the bar area with our number although the food came out in a timely manner, my wife's biscuit was over cooked to where she had to cut a third of it off but other than that we enjoyed everything about vicious biscuit we will be back! read more

Wow. So impressed. I ordered the Vicious Biscuit based on their recommendation. It was amazing with sweet and savory flavors. My wife got the gluten free biscuit with bacon. She said it was flaky and buttery like a real souther biscuit. She loved it and was so excited to find a gluten free biscuit option. The butters and toppings were so good too. The Vicious Biscuit was a big hit with my family. I had the biscuit, eggs, bacon, and potatoes platter. The potatoes were delicious! The biscuits were enormous and very, very good. My sister loved the scrambled eggs and bacon. They have a lot of jam flavors. My personal favorite was the apple pie. This place is awesome. Came to Charleston for the weekend for a cub scout trip with the boy child. Biscuits were on the agenda given the multitude of good options in the area. Tried day one, but it was cold, pouring, and the line went deep into the parking lot. It's a dead giveaway that a place has great food if people are willing to stand in the cold rain when there are literally dozens of places to get the same kind of food within a very short drive. We went back early the second day. Still a long line, but at least we got in the building. I ordered the vicious biscuit and the boy had pancakes (made with biscuit batter). Instantly could tell why people wait in the parking lot for these biscuits. We both devoured our meals and I bought some to take back to the spousal unit (they have GLuten free biscuits) and the girl child. Writing this review makes me want to get in the car and drive 4 hours to get some more. This is the place to go. read more

Everything we had was delicious. Order and pay at the counter, put your number on your table, they deliver your food. Fix your own coffee, they have everything you need. This place was amazing. It was pretty packed when we came in but there was still ample seating. I ordered the ranchero and it was even better than expected. I could have scarfed down two of them if my stomach allowed it. The biscuits and grits were good. I placed an online order for curbside pick up and when we got back to our hotel room we realized the BYOB was incorrect [my son got fried chicken instead of ham] & the jams and butter that were in my order weren't included so I was pretty disappointed. That was my fault for not checking prior to leaving but that's also why I prefer online orders over calling in an order so the order is clear. read more
