This place has the best food! The hollandaise sauce on the Eggs Benedict is the best I've ever had. The butter pecan waffles were delicious and the butter pecan syrup put them over the top! My husband wanted Southwest hash browns but they weren't on the menu, so he asked and they made them for him. He said they were some of the best he had tasted and told them they should put them in the menu. The fresh squeezed orange juice made me wish I had ordered a large. They have just redecorated the place to resemble a diner, but more upscale with some very nice photographs of places around Ft. Worth. This place should be on Diners, Driveins and Dives. Heard good things about this place and decided to give it a try this morning. We were greeted very quickly when we walked in for our party of three. The menu has lots of breakfast options and when we asked for a recommendation our waitress said we couldn't go wrong with a single thing. Their specials today were a California Eggs Benedict which was a poached egg, over bacon, topped with hollandaise sauce, crab meat and avocado. My daughter got the pancake and eggs, while my wife went with their famous breakfast Monte Cristo sandwich. Most diner locations can't make a hollandaise sauce to save a life, but their sauce was SPOT ON! i would come back just for their eggs Benedict. The fresh squeezed OJ was a huge hit, although I asked for glass of ice to put it on. Breakfast was amazing and I will go back. Only negative this visit was the unripe avocados that were used. These were more of a thick potato chip consistency that crunched when you bit into them. When i brought it to staff's attention, they collected them and took them to the kitchen but nothing more was said. I think what bothered me the most is that someone had to use a chain saw to cut them and knew they would cause tooth damage but still put them on the plate. Classic American breakfast place. I had the breakfast special1 which included scrambled eggs, sausage patty and 2 pancakes. You can customize your pancake for .79 cents with a choice of chocolate chips, pecans, blueberries. They have a wide variety of choices on the menu including a Senior menu (65+) My favorite touch was the freshly squeezed orange juice. My sweetheart ordered the Cajun omelette and he absolutely loved it as well. We were pleasantly surprised with the portion of the omelette. The female restroom was super clean!! Overall the whole place was clean. There is plenty of parking available located in a small shopping center. Our food was served relatively fast but it wasn't super busy when we visited. One of the best breakfast places I have been to in Fort Worth! I ordered the breakfast Montecristo & it was very tasty. My favorite part was the perfect balance of the cheese,egg and ham. The service was quick and friendly, our coffee was always full and hot, but the food was underwhelming. The crowd was hardly that-- a few couples and locals rolling out of bed-- comfortably casual and quiet. The tvs were annnoying. My wife complained that the coffee and water tasted moldy, though I would describe the taste as similiar to an old charcoal filter. Almost every customer here seemed to be having an amazing time. The staff was extremely friendly as well. It had that classic diner vibe. Food was great, no complaints here. Egg was cooked perfected and the hollandaise sauce have plenty of flavor without being too salty. They have their homemade hot sauce that is amazing. You should definitely try it - not too spicy. The bad: I only have minor complaints about parking, but even that wasn't too bad. Also, it's a little pricey for other stuff. Sadly, they didn't have orange juice the day we went. Also, they have very little seating to wait. Those were the only negatives I could come up with!
