Eastvale has gotten pretty overcrowded--especially since the new Walmart--but if you drive about 10 minutes farther, you can escape the chaos and actually enjoy your meal. Otherwise, you're probably spending 20 minutes waiting to be seated somewhere else anyway... and this place is worth the short drive. It has the feel of a big restaurant but runs efficiently like a fast-casual spot. You order at the counter, serve your own drinks, or you can even go through their drive-thru. Unfortunately, my experiences at Vickie's Hamburger Restaurant have been consistently disappointing. I usually order sourdough bread, and it's almost always burned. Today I went through the drive-thru and didn't even receive the toast that was supposed to come with my breakfast platter. It feels like every visit there's always something wrong with my order. I wish I could give ZERO STARS . I have never been so confused buying a salad... that was almost $12. When I was handed my bag, it felt like there wasn't anything in the bag, it was felt so lightweight. Come to find that my salad had a palm size bed of lettuce and exactly 1 piece of onion and bell pepper, and one cherry tomato. What a freaking joke. Chicken had no flavor, and was the tinniest amount. I was so confused. I will never return. I always buy my salads at Tams off rubidoux but came here due to them having a power outage. I still can't believe how little this portion was, with no toppings. Also, 2 tiny pieces of pita bread. Tam's gives me a whole slice, with a large amount of chicken, and way more toppings. Pastrami sandwich was WAYYY too salty lol and it didn't help that there were a bunch of pickles in there which I love pickles , but only if everything else with it isn't just as salty .. might have to try their potentially better options . To me, Customer service is very important in regard to coming back to a location. This place was incredible with their customer service, and the food being really good and homey tasting, they deserve the 5 stars! I shared a chorizo and egg burrito and pancakes with my sister and it was sooo good! The coffee was also good! Bought 3 breakfast burritos 2 chorizo and one bacon. The chorizo burrito was ridiculously full of oil. Dripping oil through the wrapper real bad my mom had to warm up other tortillas and threw away the one it came with. They always buy from here but lately its been very mediocre. Also the prices for the burritos is expensive so you expect good quality and consistency every time and it's not that. read more

I don't know what was going on there tonight. I crave Vicky's fried zucchini. Tonight it tasted like it was sitting there for a while, the zucchini was mushy, and the crunchy part was stale tasting. And our fries were lukewarm and a few were undercooked. I hope this was just a fluke. read more

Vicky's is always a good go to personally for lunches because it's close and has pretty quick service. My personal favorites are the patty melt and their grilled cheese. Slightly sad they are closed on Tuesday but I understand. Has the feel of any good IE burger joint which never disappoints. read more

2.5 stars. This restaurant also has a drive-thru. I'd say it's like another Farmer Boys, Cowboy Burgers, or The Hitch. I went through the drive-thru and tried their fish dinner which also comes with fries, onion rings, and zucchini. The food is mediocre. There is just no flavor, seasoning, nor zest in the fry batter for the fish, onion rigns, nor zucchini. I just wanted to try the food. I'm never in this area. read more

Love love Vicky's. Every time we've come all the employees have been very friendly. The food, we have not had anything we didn't like. We've had their cheeseburgers, breakfast burritos (my go to is chorizo, add bacon, no cheese) ask for their spicy salsa to go with it. We've had breakfast plates with eggs, bacon, hash browns, pancakes all has been cooked as requested. We've had their fries, onion rings and fried zucchini again no disappointment. Coffee is tasty. If you eat there you get refills, to go you get a nice size cup. There are more things we still want to try so we will keep coming back. read more

Family owned; very friendly staff and I love that whoever comes in seems like they are all friends. They bring your food to the table, the owner is always there and walks up to each table offering to fill Your coffee cup; I like their oatmeal, coffee is good, their chorizo and eggs are good as well, we sometimes order their carne asada burrito and the sure put meat in there! I've been here before and the food was always good. However, this last time, it seems like the cook rushed the food. My steak was still super medium rare on some areas, which I ended up y cutting off. The burger looked good from the outside but tasted like trash. My dog didn't want to eat it. I also ordered a turkey sandwich and the two family members that ate it, got very sick within hours of eating it. Not cool Vicky's! Do better, especially if you're charging high prices! read more

My wife and I visited Vicky's after church today. This was one of her parent's favorite places. She wanted Mexican food and decided on the carne asada plate. I chose the pork chops, but got the breakfast as it was a lot cheaper. We were both very pleased with our orders. She was able to make herself four tacos and loved her rice and beans. My pork chops had great flavor. I loved my hash browns as well. My two eggs and biscuits and gravy were also very good. An added bonus was at the drinks fountain. They had grape soda. When do you ever see grape soda? I enjoyed the change...mmmm! The service was outstanding and everyone in the place was cheery. Great atmosphere. read more

I remember when Vicky's Burgers was a Wendy's. Even though I enjoy Wendy's, seeing a hole in the wall burger joint in its place didn't break my heart either. One more place that serves burgers, Mexican, breakfasts and fried zucchini? Never enough of those for me. I'll be honest. I almost always get the same thing here. A chorizo breakfast burrito and the odd order of fried zucchini. I'd say Mission Burgers are the kings of breakfast burritos in my area but when I need the convenience of a drive thru Vicky's is one of my go to's. The food is always hot, fresh and tasty. The chorizo breakfast burrito is simple with chorizo, eggs and potatoes. The ratio is always just right and the pico de gallo and hot sauce they give you is tasty. The zucchini is perhaps second best in the area and the ranch dressing is typical Sysco greatness. The downside is the food is cooked to order so the wait can kind of suck. If I see more than three cars in line I'm going elsewhere, especially knowing one of those cars probably ordered half the menu. But if you're patient and have a full gas tank have at it! Vicky's is a solid choice in the area. I've never had a bad meal here or dealt with angry drive thru workers but maybe I'm just lucky. I tried this place with recommendation from my grandma. Her and my grandpa love coming for an omelette or a quick breakfast. The menu was extensive and everything sounded so good. It was almost 11 so I opted for lunch. I chose the avocado bacon burger and I was not disappointed at all. The food was so hot and fresh. My burger arrived to the table about 10 minutes from my order. I was shocked the burger was so huge. I loved the thousand island on the burger also. It wasn't overpowering but made each bite more flavorful. The lettuce was crisp and the tomato and pickles were cold and juicy. I loved every bite but the burger was so big I couldn't finish it. I decided on zucchini fries and they were piping hot fresh out of the fryer. Lightly salted and crispy I had to make myself wait before going in for a taste test. I loved that that used small zucchini so it wasn't a watery mess. The inside of the restaurant was clean and air conditioned. Overall I will definitely be back read more

I have tried asada burritos at most of the local places in Jurupa Valley. To me, Vicky's is the best one for flavor & texture. Generous portions, too. Their patty melts are also very good.
