I stopped coming to this place a while back because one of the servers who brought our food to the table had a filthy and I mean FILTHY apron to the point where it grossed us out so much we couldn't finish our food. We decided to give it another chance since we were craving hamburgers and not mc Donald's kind. After all that was years ago and I'm sure they have to have had their aprons washed by now. They wrote "Egg" on the wrong one and my girlfriend started to eat the wrong burrito. She spent the next 20 mins vomiting it up. Check you order very closely. This place is a typical SoCal diner. Large menu, good specials, great fries. The place is clean, well lit, and very inviting. The double bacon cheese burger was huge and the bacon was very thick. Nice! I had a hankering for pancakes - lo and behold... they had a special that day for pancakes! The deal was 2 pancakes, 2 eggs, 2 pcs bacon or sausage for $3.99. What a deal. The pancakes were huge and heavy, the eggs made the way I asked, and of course, the bacon was thick & crispy. Another plus for this place is the staff. They're mostly young, but their customer service was great! They were super patient. I let my son order his meal, and after a whole lot of uhms, uhs, & oh yeahs... they were still attentive, smiling, and were able to accurately take his order. This place is expensive and food was not good. I asked the girl how many chicken strips were in the dinner order and she said 6. After I paid for it, she comes to my table and stated "your order only comes with 4 strips, sorry about that." Went here for lunch today. The women taking my order in the drive thru was rushing me first of all. I asked for my chicken sandwich to be lettuce wrapped it was not. I asked for a ranch for my zucchini and I was told it would be .50 extra! When I came home with my son, our food was soggy and thrown together. The styrofoam container that own lunch came in was melted from whomever putting in the food in the containers was to hot. I am just extremely disappointed in this place. I have been there several times before without an issue but the prices seem to have gone up. For my son and I to eat there it was over $20, for a kids hamburger meal and a chicken sandwich (that was suppose to be lettuce wrapped). SMH!!! The customer service was horrendous as well. It was my first time here and The food was great. Had the bacon avocado cheese burger and it was good, they don't skimp on the avocado, yum :) the onion rings were nice and crispy and the ranch is the bomb. We both enjoyed it, and we came when they were getting ready for a classic car show. Vicky's has a lot of potential, but the location itself is in the middle of a dry plaza. The neighboring businesses are a salon, Domino's pizza, and Chinese fast food Restaurant. The Albertsons recently closed here so rarely anyone comes in except for the few I listed above. I personally only go to Vicky's to satisfy my zucchini fries cravings. Vicky's is our quick go to place to eat. I love their small chef salads. So much meat. When you first look at the container you think it's really small but, take it home and pour it out on a plate and, it's huge!! A must try place! Food is amazing, I been here about 5/6 times since they opened and I will be going back soon. Especially on Tuesday for their amazing .99 cent fish taco special. The bacon burger for what I hear is delicious ( Hubby tried them). The chili cheese fries are great too!!!! Not only is the food great but the costumer service is too. After my Visit here I will never return. while waiting in line to order I witnessed the another customer bring his order back due to a mistake, they gave him fries instead of zucchini No big deal right. well the employee said she forgot to charge him & made him pay the difference before they would make his order proper. kinda messed up that the customer needs to pay & wait longer for the employees mistake but whatever... While this exchange was happening I ordered a LG chili cheese fry & paid for my order. as soon as I paid, I watched the employee take the fries off the other customer (guy with the wrong order) plate & walk back to the basket of fries & dump them off his plate into the fresh fries. not sure that its legal to reuse food items that have already been served to a guest & returned but it absolutely grossed me out that they did that & when I said something about it they just looked at me like I was stupid. I asked for my chili fries to be made fresh & not scooped from the used fry ben. I go dit down & wait for my order & it comes out looking like stale old fries that were Luke warm with canned hormel chili & cold unmelted cheese. I picked up a couple fries to see if they were hot indicating they came out of the fryer & not the used ben. they were cold or barely above room temp. I ended up leaving without eating anything. please do yourself a favor & skip this place because you might get really sick. if they do this in front of customers imagine what they do when you cant see them. read more

If you're looking for a nice lunch time burger spot with flavor then Vicky's is not for you. My boyfriend and I came here and right off the bat it was a 1 star. Drive thru was not busy at all, 3 or 4 cars ahead of us, yet somehow it took 10-15 min to get our food. you'd think if it took them this long that the food would actually taste good, wrong. Fries were bland and the burger was just all around disgusting. If you thought that was the end of it think again, we both ended up spending the night on the toilet. If you don't like flavor and don't mind being on the toilet then congrats you came to the right place! read more
