So I have to first say I have tried this place twice. For the second time this month I ordered 2 grilled chicken salads and both times the chicken was undercooked. I was only able to eat the lettuce. The wait was also 25 minutes start to finish in the drive through. Will not be back. read more

My Yelp app was not working on my phone so we took a chance on this place. Wow I was impressed, high quality food (great coffee), large portions and the prices that are lower than McDonalds. This is one of the most money-hungry and incompetent places I've ever been to. I ordered a gyro and French fries. When receiving my food I realized there was no ranch in the bag so I asked if I could get an order to go. I was told it was going to be an extra .55 for ranch. Thought it was a little weird since I didn't get any other sauces but ok. I then asked for extra sauce for my gyro. She told me the total was going to be $1.62. After paying she gave me the sauce for my gyro but no ranch. She then told me she didn't charge me for the ranch and if I wanted that too, I would have to pay the .55 cents for it. It was almost $2 for the sauce for my gyro alone. I wouldn't mind paying the extra money but they over charge for a small cup and are extremely rude about it. The worker kept shutting the window in the middle of me asking for my sauce and walking away. I tried to give this place a chance but never again. read more

The service and staff are spot on here and the food is pretty swell. However the fries are not seasoned unless you ask for it upfront. the soups they offer everyday are also really cheap and taste great. however on the weekends they serve menudo at a higher price. read more

Absolutely great service and food. The menu prices are reasonable and the restaurant is clean. I recommend their chicken salad and any breakfast items since those are the only items I have purchased. This place has huge portions. And delicious food. Reminds me of home cooking. So glad they got rid of Wendy's. My favorites are the steak sandwich, large biscuit and gravy, club sandwich with ranch and french frys. There breakfast pancakes, hash browns, eggs, are Hardy. You won't leave hungry or disappointed. This place was great! Finally found the wherewithal to try a new place and was not disappointed. Not too crowded on a Monday afternoon. The service was amazing! Food was brought right to us with a big smile, and the young woman industriously cleaning tables (Brianna, thank you!) even offered us a box when she realized we were finished. I AM HEATED! PLEASE do not eat at this restaurant establishment!! I never thought I would say this, but if I could give Vicky's a -10, I would. Vicky's used to be THE SPOT. We order here at least twice a week. We got all of our family who live in the area (and some who don't) hooked. That being said, they lost my business tonight. FOREVER. I ordered food for my family and ordered a chicken noodle soup for myself. Chicken noodle soup is on the menu, I've ordered it before. It's all good, right?? Nope. Get home and they gave me broccoli cheese soup. I call and I speak to a female who is confused. She gices the phone to another female who tells me that they only sell soups of the day, and today is broccoli cheese. Okay...? Why didn't the girl working the window tell me that? I would have ordered something else. So the girl on the phone tells me I can drive back and get my money back "and that's about all we can do." So I tell her that I am at home, not feeling well (hence why I ordered the soup in the first place), and I have a small child with me. It's 50 degrees outside, guys. Come on. I ask her if there is any way they can take my contact info and I just get the correct order on my next visit. She says no and that her managers "are very adamant about that." Then she asks if I want to speak with the manager. Why, YES! I would! So Tommy, the owner, gets on the phone, and he seems nice enough. So I tell him the situation and ask if it is their policy to not correct orders when they make a mistake. He giggled and says, "I know, but if we fix orders, do you know how much free food we would give away? Like...if someone comes and says they didn't order onions on their burger and they wanted me to fix it, do you know how much free food I would give away?" Wait, whaaaat? is that really what he thinks is good customer service? I am baffled and outraged. I GREW UP in customer service. My family owned a franchise for 25 years. When we started our business, there were THREE of the franchises on the west coast. Now they are on every other corner. Their billboards dot the sides of freeways. If we had a poor view of customer service, there is no way we would ever have been as successful as we were. We would have gotten the reputation of being greedy and not customer-oriented. And if headquarters heard about us treating a customer poorly, belieeeeeve me, my dad would get an immediate phone call. And we would make it right with the customer, by any means necessary. I mean... If there's something wrong, you fix it! Easier and more cost-effective to fix a mistake and be out $3 or $4 than than lose a lifetime customer and be out thousands. I eat and breathe customer service. I know customer service at its finest. So my bad if I think other folks do, too. So I ended the call by letting Tommy know that he is not customer-service-oriented. I told him he has a poor business mind. He should rethink his policy. And I told him that the $2 for that soup just lost him a lifetime customer. I told him that I wouldn't be back, that I would tell family and friends about my experience. And I promised him that I would document my experience on Yelp. And I always keep my promises. read more

Their soup is homemade and changes daily - I haven't had such great potato soup since my grandmother passed. It is great - it does not need any extras and is served with a smile. Good burgers,home made soups. But worry about cleaniness. Been there more than once and bathrooms are disgusting, never clean. They wash the floors around 7:00p.m. so if your eating your smelling the strong smell of bleach. Cant they do this before they close? Makes me wonder how clean kitchen and workers are. Wish I could give it a 5 but can't. Attention owner if your bathrooms are not kept clean daily it puts a bad taste in your mouth no matter how good your food is. read more

My new favorite place! I've tried the cheeseburger and garden burger and they are delicious! My picky eater 6 yr-old loves the bacon and pancakes. Pancakes are so good (breakfast all day). This place will get you fat. The pastrami chili cheese fries is what got me hooked. Service is very friendly. Drive thru isn't the quickest but doesn't matter. The wait is worth it. It's a grease pit but a good one! I have to be careful not to come here too much or I'll die of a coronary. But at least I'll be happy whilst I'm holding a double bacon cheese burger in one hand and a soft cone in the other. read more
