Been going here for years. After we found a 2" wide dead cockroach 1/2 way into one of our salads recently, we've decided it's best to remove this restaurant from our list. Dang if we were so appalled by the cockroach that we forgot to take a photo. Management comped the affected entree meal, but not the other. Neither were eaten. We left. This place has been around for many years but I had never tried it before last year. It's such a small place, I never gave it a second thought. Boy, have I been missing out! Atmosphere is great. Waitstaff is courteous and attentive. You can tell the owners care about their employees and customers. They treat everyone like family. The food is phenomenal! Portions are just right. And the triple berry marscapone cake for dessert is to die for....when they have it. A definite must go to and a reservation is recommended so you don't have to wait for a table. read more

This is one of those surprising places that don't look like much of anything special from the outside, but is actually really really good once you try it! Vic's is a small Italian family restaurant. All pastas are homemade, so is the Italian sausage and their meatballs.. and I am sure other things are, as well. This just happens to be what I remember. Speaking of remembering. We usually order a carafe of their sangria.. it is really good! But strong. So be warned! Their bread here is good, so is the marinara they bring along with it. My husband strongly dislikes tomatoes, but he loves this sauce! I really like their lasagna- it isn't overly thick or loaded with cheese. It's a nicely balanced dish, and as far as lasagnas go it isn't too heavy. Their salad (soup or salad comes with your meal) with creamy parm dressing is also very good. Other times I'll order a chicken piccata (I'm a sucker for capers), some fish dish or the pasta with ground sausage and pepperoncinis - I forgot what it's called but it is very good. My husband usually orders angel hair and meatballs. that's basically his standby. I like that the meatballs are somehow fluffy and soft, not dense and heavy like usual. It's probably a mixture of different meats allowing for that consistency. One way or another.. they're great. I am not much of a dessert person, eventhough they have a tray of like 12 options we usually pass. I'd rather eat their bread- haha. read more

The food and service were superior. Prices were fair Ordered the pork dish and the lobster ravioli dishes. Amazing!! The bread they brought out was nothing special and in a plastic sandwich bag. That is the only negative I have to comment on. The cheesecake dessert was really good. Highly recommend this place and if you get lucky, Autumn will end up being your server. Awesome Italian, we used to go here when it was a Salvatore scaloppine now Vic's same owner we were told and we were not disappointed! The only place we found that does a shrimp scampi with the noodles and butter sauce so happy to have re-found this spot!! It's small so make reservations! read more

Just tried the takeout at Vic's, due to Covid-19 shutdown.. we ordered the 18 oz Ribeye and Gnocchi dinners -- Fantastic! Cook perfect, it's the best takeout I've had anywhere. I live about 2 miles away. The dinner was perfect when we got it home. Only thing missing was the atmosphere of eating on the premises and having Vic himself seat us! read more
