They returned my coats with loose buttons and not clean. I gave them three gowns to dry clean. I received the same way I gave them to them (dirty bottoms) I have tj 4 sweaters. They didn't even spray them. They stunk worse than when they were dropped off. In total, they had eight pieces. I received no cleaned peace read more

I went to the cleaners to take my shirt in and paid double for it. I asked the lady if she can remove the stain spot on the shirt? She said yes she can. Then when I came pick it up it was still there. They didn't call me or anything to let me know it was not able take it off. I asked to have my money refund. She said sorry she can't do that. Overpriced and ruins your clothes. owner is very money hungry. At first quoted me $65 for 2 down jackets and a load of laundry. After I haggled some she went down to $45. When i came to pick up the clothes she did not honor the haggled price that was written in the receipt. She argued the jackets were hard to clean and ended up charging me $70. One of the jackets was returned in very poor condition. Please avoid this place at all costs. Would never come back to this place again. read more

I had great experience at Vic's! My pants had zipper broken... and it was kind of urgent - I needed that be done same day. It was already 3pm... and most places close by 5-6pm. So I wasn't sure anything could be done same day.... In the past I had interactions with some other dry cleaning/alterations stores in the neighborhood, and unfortunately the customer service was poor (they had an attitude like I should be lucky and grateful they allowed themselves to dry clean/hem my clothes - and it would take days for the task to be accomplished) so I was kinda hopeless anyone could do same day... The guys at Vic gladly took care of the pants and they were done within 30 mins, dropped off 3:45pm, done at 4:15pm, with a courtesy phone call so I could pick them up. And most importantly they valued me as a customer and my business. Very sweet ladies. Very friendly small family business in the Nob Hill! read more

This is the worst! They seem to cater to people who leave SF so they can't complain - thank goodness for Yelp. I will never bring anything to them again. The woman ruined a really expensive shirt of mine then said, because I left the store they can't take responsibility for the holes! I'm not sure anyone checks their clothes before leaving a dry cleaner, and I've never had to do so. Now I'm always going to check prior to leaving. I wouldn't trust Vic's Cleaners with a sock. read more

Worst place ever, claimed they had "never lost an order in their life". Then made me find my own clothes in the back of the store. Then after proof of what I paid, what we had agreed on. Made me pay again for 20 dollars of stuff. Their proof of purchase was a 5th graders binder paper with scribbles on it. I have money, I don't need to scam 20 bucks out of a dry cleaner NEXT TO MY APARTMENT. I told the lady 5 minutes in, either let me pay and lose a customer or give me my property. My work trip was extended, and found Vic's via Yelp. The staff there were very helpful, and was able to drop my clothes off for a wash and fold service wash. For a small premium they were able to return the clothes back to me within about 5 hours, which was great. We are staying at the Hilton just blocks from Vics.. we dropped our laundry to her and she brought it back triple bagged and nicely washed and folded. She was very pleasant and the laundry had a nice vanilla scent. It cost us about $80 for 2 loads, but it was worth it for our family. I love clean clothes during vacation! read more

This place seems to have some so-so reviews, so I wanted to give them a new review to say that they did an excellent job with my sequin dress recently. I was nervous to come here because I was not sure how it was all going to go since this is not a top notch rated place, but I needed my dress cleaned for a party and this place is like 2 mins walking distance from my house. Anyhow, the dress came out perfectly and they got the light stains out of it that came with it since I bought it at a thrift store. They even gave me a small discount for being a local. So I found this place just by chance and for my first time in San Francisco, I'd have to say they were fantastic.
