What could improve "Everything ". Self seating to have no one even glance our way for 10 minutes. Finally my wife got up and asked if we had a server. We were told kitchen was closing soon"8:35pm" and we needed to place our order asap. Obviously rushed to close the kitchen because pizza was undercooked. Would not return!!! read more

Tried this place yesterday for the first time. Service was pretty good, waitress very nice. Ordered a pizza that had no flavor with very little sauce. I actually pulled the top off to see if it had any sauce. From a distance the open kitchen area looks dirty and when I went into the men's restroom I was shocked. I do not think this has been cleaned in many months. Once I saw the HUGE roach on the wall I totally lost my appetite! I would never suggest this place. The health department needs to inspect. read more

Well I ordered a well done pizza a few days ago. I walked in to pick it up and she said "your name please". I told her my name and then I said it's the pizza that was to be well done. She when to get it and it was already finished, to my surprise since it was just 30 minutes from ordering it. I got home, took the first slice out of the box and it was soft as a wet noodle. I didn't want to complain so I just decided it's best to not go back. It seems well done means nothing to the chef. It's like I'll make it like everyone else gets theirs. This guy needs to shape up or the special request customers will eventually go elsewhere. I'm going back to "Jet's Pizza" they know what well done means. read more

We usually order pizza from here even though it's just ok. The sauce taste like it's out of a tomato paste can but the sausage is good. We ordered sandwiches the other night. My husband had a French dip but I had an Italian sub. The sub had two pieces of thin ham, 2 thin pieces if salami and cheese that was impossible to find once it melted. The bread was good and the salad of which there was a lot was good but $12.99 for a sandwich with no meat is not acceptable. I called to talk to the manager but it was his day off. I was told he would call me back but it's been three days and no one has called. Really disappointed. read more

Service very good. Pizzeria/Sports Bar kinda thing. Nice casual atmosphere. We ordered the 22" large pizza thin crust. TBH, we were a bit disappointed. I think the issue for us was the thin crust. Not that it was, but it reminded us of a crust of a frozen pie. The sauce was good. We got half pepperoni and that was good. But overall, maybe I should not have ordered a thin crust. I have food allergies and I am always nervous about new restaurants, she answered all my questions and assured me I would be happy. She was right! I've experienced pizza from NYC, The Bronx, Brooklyn, Jersey shore and frozen school lunch pizza which all taste better. the sauce is terrible, over spiced and like paste. the crust is like warm cardboard. bottom line really poor quality and high price for sub par food. read more

I live within walking distance to Vics and have had their pizza on about 4 different occasions. We only go there when we are craving pizza and don't want to drive to Montys or Pioneer (best pizzas in town). Vics was always OK, never great or even good. Went there tonight and it will be our last. Why have 4 different types of crust? We ordered the thin crust and when it was brought out it was thick. When we asked the server about it she said we should have ordered the extra thin cracker crust. We boxed it up to bring home so I didn't have to cook for my elderly mother and she didn't like it either. That will be our last visit. Worst pizza I ever had. Nothing like Jersey or NY pizza. Vic's Primo Pizzas, Turtle Crossing, Burnt Store Road. They just opened and thought I'd give them a few days before trying them out. Service was so so, but I'd give them a by on that because starting a new place and training fresh staff isn't easy. However, I specifically asked if the mushrooms were canned or fresh and was told they were fresh. They aren't. Why a pizza place would serve canned mushrooms is beyond me. Anyway, the pizza was ok, not great. The have four different crusts and we tried the hand tossed since when done well that is my favorite. It was dense and tough, almost like a cracker crust pizza in flavor and texture. Doesn't hold a candle to Pioneer's Pizza. The toppings were generous and the sauce was just ok. I'll try their thin crust sometime. I was really hoping for a great pizza place close by. Not great but will do in a pinch. read more

Stopped on Friday to grab a pizza on out way into Cape Coral. Without a doubt the worst pizza I can ever recall buying. After a few bits in the trash. Sauce was a dark tomato based sauce that was simply horrible. One and done for this place. Not sure how they stay in business making pizza this bad. read more

My husband and I ate dinner here this week and were pleasantly surprised! Friendly and attentive waitress. Sauce was flavorful and toppings plentiful. We opted to order dessert as well and were not disappointed! Pretty disappointed... I called in and order and was put on hold for 3+ min. I expected it to be fairly busy and it was DEAD. I order a pizza and the cheese wasn't melted all the way.
