Had the BBQ chicken pizza which was excellent. Highly recommend, especially if you are staying near the Burnt Store Marina area. I haven't quite figured out this place. Never any cars there, but when I call to order pizza, they are so so busy they have to put me on hold for 5 minutes before taking my order. Their pizza dough is on the tough side. But, I just found out Dominos will deliver to Burnt Stores Lakes if you call them, the store off of Rio Villa they will deliver. We came here for pizza for lunch , we had a medium hand tossed pizza 1/2 mushrooms. The crust was okay, there is a good amount of oregano in the sauce, plenty of cheese and a good amount of mushrooms. Ok, I had really high hopes for this place. I ordered a hand tossed cheese and pepperoni pizza with an order of breadsticks. I thought the pizza resembled a Costco pizza or not freshly made. I would rather eat Dominos, Papa Johns or a Pizza Hut for that matter. Hopefully they make their own dough but I am not sure. I will go back and try just a regular thin crust. The breadsticks were very tasty but I felt like I bought them in Publix and cooked them in my oven. Not what I hoped for. My biggest complaint is it didn't seem freshly made. Great Stromboli delivered to your door! Their staff was more than helpful when I placed my order as I wasn't sure what their menu entailed. The gentleman who took my order was more than patient with me. The kitchen made an error on my order and he contacted me right away, instead of me sitting around wondering where my food was. Unfortunately, not a very good place to have dinner. There was only one other table occupied when arrived, we were the second table during the whole time we were there. Two waitresses on duty. We placed our order for cold subs and 40 minutes later still had not received them. Took 10 minutes to receive an initial drink, oops finished first drink and had to ask for a 2nd, took another 20 minutes with attitude from waitress. At this point we left. Not worth the trouble! Have been there before and food is just adequate, only reason we returned this time is it was close to home and wanted to support a local business. NOT EVER GOING AGAIN! I would definitely recommend spending the extra time driving to go somewhere else, any place else would be better. read more

This place is close to my home, so I try to frequent it as I'm happy to go out for aa good meal. One of my favorites is the Greek Salad, sometimes as a meal alone for me. I order it frequently to go with something I cooked at home, because I love a good salad! Well the last several times it has been completely soggy when it arrives at my table. Likewise I have ordered it to go and picked it up in 15" and again totally soggy immediately. The price has gone up a lot there lately. The service has diminished greatly which I realize "The Pandemic " has all been credited for. One night a few weeks ago, there was NO ONE cleaning any tables. All tables were full or empty & dirty & unusable, with one waitress. Bless her heart for trying to make it work but stop already, it's not working. Service was painfully slow, took over an hour to get our meal. I understand the Pandemic and its effects, but if you can't provide any semblence of good service to your customers, then please limit your volume of customers accepted to be served. Or just stop!! Wishing things could be improved and they can stay here but lots of improvements need to happen to make it work. Start at step 1, organizing the business. read more

We had heard through friends that their pizza was really incredible so last night the Shetters, Mike and I decided to try it. We ordered their extra thin crust medium Margarita Pizza and the thin crust medium Chicken Bacon Ranch. They were ready when Mike and North arrived. The shopping center was packed, so it was hard to find parking... the Seafood place and Subway's are also opened on Friday night. Honestly, our friends didn't let us down. Both pizzas were incredible!!! The Margarita was the closest to what we have all in Italy. The crust was cracker thin and crisp with really fresh tomatoes, basil, cheese and a delightfully light marinara sauce. The chicken bacon ranch crust was slightly thicker, crisp and delicious. The chicken was moist, tasty, and the bacon crisp with a rich, but not heavy cheese and ranch mixture...Simply Amazing!!! The Best Part is their prices are really really reasonable!!! stopped there because our dog was being treated at the animal hospital in the plaza.we were very tired and worn out and wanted to take a pizza home back to cape coral.what a disappointment!! Very disappointed with the new owners. Took 30 minutes for us to get our subs. People who ordered 15 minutes after us got their food same time as us. I ordered a sub without ham and got ham on it. The only thing good was the mozzarella sticks and fries. For $33 the place isn't worth it. read more

The blonde girl making the food was very nice but this had to be the worst pizza I've ever had. Tasted like they opened a can of hunts tomato paste and topped it with great value Walmart shredded cheese. I could make that at home for a lot less. Very disappointed. Was excited to have a place so close to our house. Being from NY we wanted to try the margarita pizza. I should have know better when I called she asked me what kind of crust I wanted. Where I come from there is only one kind, thin. So I ordered thin and a salad and some BBQ wings. The pizza was tasteless and we all took one bite and threw the whole pie in the trash. The crust was like cardboard. The salad was ok, fresh but nothing special. The wings were large and juicy but just ok. Sorry to say we won't be back. Hopefully it was an off night. I don't usually write reviews but we felt we threw our money in the garbage. read more

Our car broke down at this location. We ordered pizza and drinks while waiting for the service truck. And we loved it. Jordan, our server, was so nice, and she even knew the ingredients of the pizza crust so that we didn't need to worry about an allergy! This unexpected stop turned a bad experience into a good one. Everyone please be careful of the reviews you read about this place. My family and I just visited and ordered pizza, wings, and subs and everything was utterly horrible to include the attentiveness of the wait staff. Granted in their defense, a large crowd of folks showed up just after us but that is no excuse for how tasteless the food was. There is a subway next door and would have gotten a better sub from there. Please do not go out of your way to eat here. Trust me you are doing yourself a favor. We went here with another couple last night. All four of us order the Chicago Style pizza crust with veggies. It was absolutely the best pizza we have had in this area. Drove all the way from Cape Coral because I heard they were good. Well the Italian salad was just ok. The thin crust pizza had no rise to the edge of the crust. I am going to guess they didn't put enough water in the dough or it was a cracker crust. Also all of the pizza makers had bierds, none of them had covers on them which is health department code. Sauce taste as if it came out of a can. Drive the extra 5 min. Go to Montys much better pizza. read more
