Today I went in and found two absolutely gorgeous Valentine's Day PINK brand bras on clearance that had hearts embroidered all over them. I wanted some matching panties, but there weren't any in store on clearance- but Emily knew exactly how to find them! Emily is an amazing sales associate- she took out the Victoria's Secret app on her tablet device, and she found all of the matching thongs and bikini panties on clearance to coordinate with the two bras. Emily clicked through each one and we picked out my favorites. She then guided me to the cash register to purchase the two bras in store and helped me order the coordinating panties through the store to be sent to my home. Thank you so much, Emily! I went to Victoria Secert one week before I turned 66 ! Chris the employee of the month! I recommend that she went above & beyond for me. Chris customer service was 110-percent professional. Yet made feel very comfortable. I'm a senior have put on weight didn't feel good about myself. Signage on certain sales could be better because I thought something wasn't on sale and then found out at the register it was, I had to go get another item and lost my place in line, so had to line up again. We went in this Victoria's Secret during the black friday sales week. My wife saw two lingerie sets that she wanted to get. We then thought wait.. isn't it less expensive online? A sales representative came up to us and asked if we needed help. We told her that we saw the two sets online for less and wondered if she could price match it. Without issues, she was able to do it and handed us off to a cashier who price matched it for us. This is one of the few times we have had outstanding service from this location and I thought hmm... it'd be only fair to give a good review for this representative. OMG!!! walked into Victoria Secrets store at Stonestown, as was so frustrated by the LACK OF SUPPORT by their sales staff. First, there was no cash registers open, I walked around looking for help in checking out a few items, and could not find anyone, I had to ask, which one lady abruptly said she's around here somewhere. Then, to notice that the two ladies that were there when I walked in (I assumed they were together ..they were caring on about what color and sizes would best fit, etc.). Not once did I think she was staff?!!! At the cash register, I waited, and waited and waited... Then she says "thank you for your patience", which I was not! At this point there is now three more people waiting behind me. Then, she starts asking her of specials offers, if she had any coupons to use! At this point, I threw down my purchase and walked away. My suggestion to store manager is train your staff to provide qualified sales attendees interested in making purchases for the store. Not socializing, and wasting customers time. read more

lol geez, I would have given this place a lower score if it wasn't for Hallie in the Pink section. She was very nice and measured my mom to see what size she was. She was very informative and knew what she talking about. Here's where it went downhill.. when we left the pink section, the other associates looked at us a little crazy, as if we were going to steal or something. THEN we checked out and paid for our items and when we were driving away, we realized the cashier had left a sensor on. We didn't beep on the way out, and we hadn't checked. We maybe should have checked, but it wasn't even busy, there was no reason for her to miss the sensor. Like YOU HAD ONE JOB. I would be more sympathetic if she didn't have an attitude with us. And asked her way too many inappropriate questions. My daughter clearly didn't ask for help shopping lingerie from an old man. He is clearly much older than she is and his outfit scared her. Why is the head of AP at Victoria Secret asking 16 year olds if they "Need help with their panties?" I was outside on the chair and my daughter sent me these photos of him before I told her to leave. I was browsing around PINK and I was immediately welcomed with such great energy! The associate, Michelle, asked if I needed help or had any questions and I asked if she was able to measure me and she dropped everything she was doing to help me! She measured me and helped me with the fitting as well. I believe she was stationed up front but she lead & stayed with me in the fitting room and I really appreciate that! I prefer to be helped by one employee instead of being sent around the store because I'm kind of introverted lol. Anyways, it took a couple tries to get my measurement correct but when we finally got it, Michelle was so excited! Ever since I walked in the store, I wasn't greeted nor was I helped throughout my shopping. While shopping, I threw away my cup in a trash can that already happened other cups in it. The woman at the register said to me "that's not a trash can" in a very rude tone. I replied with an ok and awkwardly took my cup out of the trash. When I saw another trash can, I put my cup there instead. Later while shopping, I went to the fitting room to try on a bra and no one was there. I walked around a bit looking for an employee until one came up to me with the same cup I threw away. She asked me "is this your cup?", and I replied with no. Meaning that she followed me around the store, watched me through my cup away, then went in the trash and brought it back to me. She then went onto telling me how they will get finned if trash other than paper is disposed into their trash cans. As if their company getting finned has anything to do with me, a paying costumer. I was extremely uncomfortable with this so I left the fitting room and put the bra back. Afterwards, I went up to the register to pay for my items with the same woman who originally told me I couldn't throw away my trash. She didn't speak to me the whole time throughout the transaction. It was until I was putting away my change when she said to me "and here's your cup" with a sarcastic smile on her face. I kindly took my cup from the woman and threw it away outside of the store. I am disgusted that these two women gave me biohazardous waste out of a trash can two times! As a black teenage girl, I feel racially targeted and discriminated against. Ladies, I've been wearing the WRONG bra size for almost SEVEN years. VS does not know how to correctly measure your bra size. I am like a billion sizes off. I went to Nordstroms to get fitted and now my bras actually fit the way they're suppose to. Don't waste your money here. me and my friend went to this location on january 1st 2024 at 3:30. The employees never greeted us or helped us even when it was clear we were planning on buying things. They talked to other customers but didn't say a word to us. At some point my friend threw a drink cup in what looked like a trash can because it had trash in it already. An employee told her it wasn't a trash can so my friend respectfully took it out and found a different trash can. A different employee then followed us around the store to try to give us the cup that she had taken out of the trash because apparently it was only for paper. When we went to pay and my friend finished paying they then handed her the cup after giving her the change. This was very rude, unnecessary, and not how you treat customers. They went out of their way to give us back our trash when if it was that serious they could have easily put it in the right trash can since they work there so they know where it is. When the first woman told us it wasn't a trash she didn't even try to direct us to one. My friend was respectful throughout the whole interaction to these rude women. Such a disappointment. The service is not what it used to be. The drawers are the mess nothing on the size where it needs to be everything in piles and piles of product. And it's not that it's cheap as you already know Victorious secret is a very popular manufacturer. Besides quality of the product decrease by 50% even the management for anybody who's working here it just not taking here over product it makes it very difficult to choose and basically with the 30 minutes of looking we'll just left with nothing. The lady who order my jacket order the wrong one so I had to come back to exchange it but they didn't have any more so I have to do another online order. The women here are extremely helpful & friendly. I was waiting in line and the lady I was talking to let me know about all the different deals going prior to going in. This really helped me navigate where I wanted to go. They have a pretty good selection of bras. The store was well maintained from the hanging items to the drawers (which we know can get messy). And now for further adventures of Victoria's Secret, where bras cost $45 and last three months, bras are vanity-sized to be two cup sizes larger than reality, and the employees have the same demeanor and appearance as Japanese callgirls.... Our camera focuses in on a storefront in an under-travelled suburban mall. Our heroine (me) enters the store, attempts to look at an item, and is suddenly swarmed by cloned salesgirls, all of whom are wearing tight, black dresses and high heels. While some of you might be thinking that this is the perfect intro to a French smut film, the reality is much sadder and boring: they all want to help me. Because apparently I needed help but just didn't know it, since I'd only been in the store for a whole five seconds. But I'm sure they mean well. After all, isn't attacking the customer before they get a chance to look at anything what's known as "customer service"? Hmm. I attempt desperately to deflect them by muttering that I'm just looking, but one of them won't take no for an answer. "Can I help you find your size?" She asks, determined and hopeful. I can only assume they are paid on commission. At this point, since she's ignored my attempts to be left alone, I turn to her and offer the one response that I can hope will force her to leave me alone: "Thanks for offering, but this item doesn't come in my size." I know this, without looking at all sizes, because I'm plus-sized and this store doesn't carry plus-sizes. I was trying to be polite to her, but she's not so easily deterred. "Well, we carry size XL," she responds, as if she hasn't noticed that I'm substantially larger than anyone who has ever fit into their size XL in the past. I smile tiredly at her, not wanting to be mean, but no longer capable of being nice. "I'm a women's size 2x or 3x," I reply, aware that she's probably never seen either of those sizes up close and personal before. She mouths, "Oh," before deciding to try another tact: "What about bras? Would you like me to measure you, to see if we have your size in bras?" Sigh. I know what size I am, and I also know that Victoria's Secret doesn't carry that size in many styles, and the styles they DO have in my size tend to be U-G-L-Y, not to mention painfully overpriced. I know this from experience, because I used to buy all of my bras at VS before I caught onto the fact that I can get better quality, cuter, longer-lasting bras at places like Target (shocking, I know!). "No thanks," I say, hoping she'll now just give up and go away, leaving me to actually look at the items on the shelves in peace. But she won't. "What size bra do you wear? I can go look for you..." "No thanks!" Really, lady, just leave me alone! I've been in your store for five minutes, of which 4 minutes and 55 seconds has been spent trying to get you all to leave me alone so I can shop in peace and quiet....Oh, yeah, THIS is one of the main reasons I never come here anymore! I'd almost forgotten. At this point I just turn and leave. There will be no peace on this battlefield today, so I choose to simply turn and retreat out to the safety of the main mall hallway.
