I have never had a problem before . But this takes the cake . My boyfriend And I go in and purchase a pair of leggings and three bottles of body spray . I get to the front amd my bf and I decide we are going to pay separately. He uses his credit card . I use cash for my purchase . The girl takes the card,finishes the transaction. Then starts a new transaction, I give her $45. The total is 44.07. She could not count me back the change. Bf decided we would just use the card instead because she was so confused . . She was completly befuddled as what to do next . She kept telling my bf "I know what you're doing" . Like we were going to steal from the store. Long story short, she was completly incompetent to be a counter girl. She wasn't going to give me my change back or even give me back the cash that was sitting on the counter since we changed our minds and used the card We got the assistant manager and she very patiently figured it out. Poor service, lack of items in stock, and worst of all they are condescending and treat you like a child before you even even the store. Yeah we all know, six feet apart, wear your mask, yada yada. Why do you have to stop people at the door and treat them like idiots. This doesn't show respect towards people giving you their credit cards.. .and honestly if over a year later they aren't going to adhere to those rules, well what do you think asking them to stand on a dot at the front door is going to do? Secondly, the dressing rooms should be open. I grabbed an item on a Friday night, decided to go ahead and give it a shot even though I couldn't try it on. There was only one cashier working and a super long line. (Also very hard to social distance when you have such a long line of many people, packed into a small space). when I got to the counter I asked about when theyd reopen dressing rooms, since I would either have to go home or go find the nearest restroom to try on and then return, which is basically like the same thing but more hassle. Obviously it's not for safety if you read and know the data doesn't support these measures. Maybe she didn't understand me but her response was not even related to covid safety anyway... The lady gave me a weird answer about how if they did open fitting rooms they would have too many items out of stock and" there are soooo many calculations going into the dressing rooms decision" that I wouldn't possibly understand. Really? C'mon. Then she goes to tell me they have tons of items ready to restock in the back, which contradicts her first statement...Then of course I get home and they don't fit. I come back the next morning which is right after they'd opened, and the place is completely empty. Told the lady at the door I'm making a return kept walking...and she tries to stop me again. Yes I know, six feet apart! I continue to the front register and make my return, and then proceed to exit. The lady really asked me as I was already out the threshold If I can go back and exit on the other side, so I'm walking her right side as she stands in the middle of the entrance. Totally empty. Not a customer in sight! The lady was standing there alone trying to make me do a "do over" of exiting.. C'mon! Why??? Perhaps some people don't use their brain anymore and only act out of fear or for the sake of compliance, but I'm not one of them, sorry! Victoria's secret, I am an adult with free will and the ability to think critically. Please have some respect for your customers and stop with the condescending policies and procedures, allow people who want to give you their hard earned money to do so without being treated like prison inmates. My daughter and I had been shopping all day for an upcoming wedding and our last item to do was to get a bra for my daughter. I was in the dressing room with her and transferred some items from Bath & Bodyworks into her purse and then hung the bag on the wall hook. After trying on a million bras, we gathered all of our bags and went to go find one more bra. So....we inadvertently left the bag in there, just empty. Not icky, just an empty, brand new bag. Promptly on our heels was a middle aged woman with glasses whom we gathered was the "manager" by the way she carried herself who came running after us to rudely deliver this empty bag back. We looked around the store for a garbage but none was found. My daughter then decided to leave the bag in a spot with some bras. Not the best idea, but she is young. We went to find another bra and asked an associate if they could assist, she semi politely brought us to a drawer and just opened it and then just left. But...we got another bra in her size. So we go to wait for the cashier, and then a young woman with blue hair handed my daughter back that same bag we had left again in a very haughty, rude fashion. When we get to the register, there is an african american woman at the register, she never says hello but we did get a death dagger stare from her. At this point, I realize that they have all been talking on their walkie talkies together as she was mumbling into the microphone and shooting us glares. I ask her if she could dispose of that dang bag, she says nothing. She does grab the entire trash bin and pulls it out and lets me drop it in all the while glaring at us. We pay the woman and upon completion of our transaction, she still says nothing. So I tell her thank you, she says nothing and shoot us a couple more death stares for good measure. This entire incident, while careless on our part to leave a brand new paper bag in the room, was escalated by these 3 women. I don't know if they hate their jobs or people in general but this was the bar none the WORST customer service I have ever had in my life (and I'm kind of old). I will never go to this location again, I'm sure not all are like this but this was completely ridiculous and over the top rude. I don't know why they were blatantly hostile, but I have never encountered this sort of service in any industry...ever. This is a lengthy complaint because we were truly bewildered by this experience. My daughter works retail and has had to deal with an array of customer issues as this is part of her job. We were masked and polite, but that bag seemed to really piss these 3 women off. I find it hard to believe this was an isolated incident because of the walkie talkie rudeness. read more

The girl fitted me at 38 TRIPLE D...38DDD. I tried that size just for shits and giggles and it was HUGE on me. I then tried a 36B And it fit perfectly. This place sucks, wow. I don't regularly shop at Victoria's Secret, let me start with that, but when they have their semi-annual sale, I usually pop in for a deal. My visit to this location came after a visit to the Bellevue Square location that was by far one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had. So I figured well shoot, Tuwkila is closer, I'll stop in there to get some more items that they didn't have in stock in Bellevue. The difference of customer service is night and day. It was incredible how bad the level of customer service was in this Tukwila store. The sale section for panties was a **** show. There was an entire table marked $6.99. Not a single item was marked $6.99. I grabbed a few things and asked an employee how to know which ones were the correct price, and she said whatever the tag says. So I said not a single thing in any of the bins is matching to the sign on the table, can you check if these prices are correct? I had 4 items. She refused to scan any more than just one and said that if that one was that price the rest were too. I put it all back. Moving on to looking for the bra I was on the hunt for. I asked an employee to help me find one, and she pointed me in the direction, but wouldn't go back to help me find it, and then went back to talking to another co-worker. I looked, couldn't find it. The Bellevue store has signs showing the different fits and names of the styles, this store did not. After looking through 8 different drawers, I gave up and forewent the $50 bra. I ended up getting some beauty supply, cause I mean $2.99 for an $18 lotion is a good deal. There were 2 cashiers. There were 11 people in line in front of me. It took 35 minutes to get to the front of the line to pay. The employees were not friendly, and couldn't care less that the line was wrapping the entire back of the store. I will not return to this store and will spend the extra time and inconvenience to go to Bellevue where they provide excellent customer service. read more

Awful... first the stupid sales pitch and trying to get me to do a fitting while I am waiting to just get inside the store because of COVID protocols and capacity limits. Then when I go to the register to pay, 3 employees are talking to what looks like a manager about how to use their rewards/employee discount and then as the cashier finishes helping the customer in front of me she stops helping customers and goes and joins the conversation... cant that wait till you help the customers waiting? I appreciate going in and getting measured for accurate breast size, always good to know what size you are but damn they are SO expensive. I bought 3 pair of panties and 1 bra for $97 . really cute underwear and the bra fits perfectly but what justifies a $52 bra... do you get a parade with a bra purchase, you should. I only wear a bra 8-9 hours a day, I think I will continue going to get my bras from Ross like I have been. I have found some of the most comfy good quality bras at Ross that may not be completely comparable to the way VS bras fit, but hell they do the job. I have loved Victoria Secret for years, probably well beyond what is fashionable for someone in their early thirties. I enjoy the ease of ordering online, getting the great VS discounts and free shipping then returning anything to the store that doesn't fit. Even though, often going into the store means a lot of impulse shopping! The associates are always wonderful and very helpful. Typically there is a line at the checkout but they are great at looking up my account, filling my bag with goodies and giving recommendations for my next trip in! read more

So here I am popping an Ativan again in the corner of the dressing room with a bottle of smart water in hand. These ativans are coming in quite handy lately with all the shenanigans going on round' these parts of town recently. Anxiety was high the moment I stepped foot into Southcenter mall....this gargantuan sprawling mall...you have a grand entry of miles of space just to look massively intimidating. All these large words are really filling up my head. :/ just everything about this mall is big. Anyways, Victoria's Secret is not huge, which is a problem because this place is packedddddd!!! They need more space for all this stuff! And there are like twenty sales girls everywhere I turn. Ughhhhh help. Victoria's Secret is great, don't get me wrong, I love pretty much everything here, from hoodies, to perfect push up bras, to lotions, to night tees. But geez, the girls who work here are...well...are kind of annoying. I wanted to throw a gigantic pink VS spotted doggy at their heads. I don't want to sound abusive, but please let me shop...please...don't ask me if I need s million things,...I'll tell you if I need a dressing room I promise!!! But I do have to say, I was excited to get my free gift after spending 75.00 plus that you get to receive. This time it was a cute Pink crossover bag. I went up to check out, but they were out of the free gift...:( but after I told them I was disappointed, the manager gave me 20.00 off my purchase instead. I thought that was a nice gesture, and great customer service. :D yay! Simply put, good selections here, place is cluttered though, and the girls can back off just a little...But I just think they are truly really nice tho and are meaning well. I could tell that my wife wore the wrong bra size and after a year of attempts, I finally convinced her to come in to VS for a sizing. Turns out she was wearing a cup size that was too small! We came in a half hour before closing on a Tuesday night and they were so helpful. Not only did they tell her the right size, but they stayed well past closing time to make sure she found the perfect bra to buy. Customer service here was spectacular. Any employee can do a sizing on the spot since they wear measuring tapes around their necks. They had her try on a dozen different bras before we made our choice of which one to buy. My wife ended up signing up for their credit card program to save $15 on her purchase. I don't know if my wife loves the new bra more or if I do. A major improvement to my wife's self-esteem, and I'm loving it so much. The worker that helped us had a full-time job aside from working at VS, but she works here because she loves helping women feel beautiful and empowered. I think her name was Jacky. In my experience shopping at Victoria's Secret, each store seems to be very consistent. Some with sales reps a little more pushy than others. This one was pretty chill and I was comfortable shopping. Unfortunately my favorite scent was discontinued from the vs body care line :( But with this loss, much entertainment ensued. My husband explored the wide variety of scents and ended up "layering" a unique blend of... Conflicting aromas. On him. That he carried with him in public all day. Hilarious. VS associates walking the floor are wonderful, woman who fits bras and such is great, the employees that work the register ie including the Manager, are awful. they make a mistake and give you no options as if it was your mistake, no sorry, no smiles and lots of eye rolling. i was hoping to see at least one eye get stuk that way, I'm pretty sure my mom has always said they'll get stuck that way and she doesnt lie... Victoria's Secret was one of my favorite places to purchase bras. Today my mind was changed. Walking up to the new Embrace line a sales girl questioned what size I needed. She was actually very helpful. However, in reply to my response she touted, "Yo boobies ain't no Double D. Try a 38 D." Really? A 21 year old is going to confirm my bra size through a baggy workout sweatshirt?! Where's the tape measure? I took a chance and went into the fitting room with two different sizes. Of course, the 38 D did not fit and there were no sales people in the fitting area to help customers. I took my $200 next door to Nordstrom where I received superior customer service (they use a tape measure and go into the fitting room with you). I felt like the Nordstom's sales person had been fitting women her entire life she was so professional. I recommend you skip Victoria's Secret and head up to the second floor Nordstrom's lingerie department. read more

I feel weird giving a retail store 2 stars, but here we go! I went into Victoria's Secret in Tukwila this past weekend and was sadly disappointed. I have a large brest size but a normal body type, so my lingerie searches are hard. I came in looking for something "sexy" to wear on Valentines day. They DO have a lot of options and I did find some cute things, but I noticed all the sizes were C cup and under. I find a sales lady and asked her if there was lingerie above a size C. She turns and stares at the perfume for 20 seconds and then goes "UHH NO". Haha alllriiighhtt! I came into PINK (there was no separate Yelp listing for the PINK store) to buy some new bras since all of mine were getting pretty old. I found two that I liked and went to the fitting room. A sales associate named Alex came to help me out, and asked what sizes I had. For the longest time, I thought I was a 34A, so that was the size I had gotten. She looked at me, and asked if she could measure me because I looked a little smaller. I said sure, and she told me I was more of a 32B instead. She had me try on a 32B and made sure it fit correctly and even went over how bras should fit. It was very informative. She offered to go back to the store and grab me 32B's in the styles I chose for myself. She came back with four different bras in the correct size in some different styles and gave recommendations. I tried them all and loved them all, and Alex brought me outside where she showed me where I could find each style. She even took a look at what colors they had in my sizes. She was so sweet, super helpful, and really friendly without being pushy. She remembered my name the entire time I was in the store. I only wish I could have bought more if she gets commission for her sales! read more

Don't get me wrong: I love the clothing here. And I love the deals they offer for buying $75+. But I will never come back into the physical store at southcenter mall again. I'm not fat. But I am a bit busty, and it's hard to find push-up bras in my size anywhere but online. I know they only stock bras in 36" or less there, so I only come for the other stuff. When the staff asked me if I "Found everything ok?" I jokingly asked if they had 48C bras. She actually said "sorry, We only stock normal sized clothing here". That hurt. Well, they do cause I usually can't find my size at the other stores in the prints/styles I want. Anyway, store was set up like most of them. Easy to navigate. I love Victoria's secret, prices are reasonable and so far all the undies and bras I have purchased here have been great quality and so comfy too! I love their cottom push up bras, sooo comfy and natural looking. Staff is always friendly and helpful at every Victoria Secret I visit. Also I love some of their perfumes there too, although I feel like they are overdoing it with the dozens of scents they are always CONSTANTLY bringing in every year, they still always have the basic favorites of customers. ONE THING TO NOTE: They have holiday specials for a limited time, during the holidays I smelled a really nice perfume called "Diamond" something and thought it was a regular and was going to come back, and a month later...no more =( so be sure to grab those limited time scents especially if you really like it, because you might end up like me and not get the yummy smelling scent. I love that this location always has a great amount of product. Whether seasonal for bikinis or just in terms of when you need a last minute strapless push up. You also can't beat the anniversary sale or the private shopping events. They mostly only do tiered discounts but hey, a deal is a deal and these bras are great quality without completely breaking your budget. Plus you can always make an excuse for new panties lol. This particular location has moved but the sales associates are helpful and friendly. I ordered an item online it was stated in my email delivery will be on June 3rd, I still did not receive the item. I called on June 6 I was told it will be delivered June 8th. Still did not deliver. I called today I was told today it will be delivered, June 9th. I have 2 sets of order this is the first amount $231. Then another order $89 on the same day which I already received. My point in reviewing is about the inconsistency of the information given. I even told the customer service I spoke with today I did not even received the tracking number and she's insisting I should have received it. But I did not so argument about the receiving of tracking number became so intense. No customer service person should be arguing with customer. With the default on delivery info of 2 times is no longer good plus argument oa out the tracking number. So bad experience. I will not order again from this company. This super friendly employee met me at the entrance, immediately answered my questions, and then led me to exactly what I needed. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes with what I was looking for. See, I've been coming to this location for a few years now and this time the girl told me that I couldn't have more than 6 items in the fitting room at once. Tammy. I loved to shop here until I found out they let people try on underwear with a "disposable panty." How many girls you know actually put the time to put it on? I don't know but I find that very unsanitary, especially if they are putting it back on the floor for sale.
