What offers breakfast, a coffee bar, wine bar, sandwiches, pizza, pasta, tacos, and sweet tea on tap? Victory Social Eatery! Although this was their soft opening, this place blew my mind! All you can think of and more eatery, in one place. Whether your looking to grab a quick bite, or elegant date night dinner, this place delivers. The icing on the cake was the service! It was absolutely unmatched. Everyone was so engaging and present in there roles, that it really makes you feel as if you are the only person in room! As SOON as they open, I can't wait to go back and experience more of what will make Victory Social Eatery the next "IT" spot of Dallas. Check It Out!

The food was exceptional, and the atmosphere was delightful, making it an excellent venue to visit prior to a game or concert. The service was prompt, contributing to a pleasant ambiance Matt was beyond helpful BLT for me please

This is a great new spot with a modern take on the multi-restaurant cafeteria concept. This is the same team that launched the upscale eatery for AT&T Discovery District downtown. Same food, same great service. If you haven't been, expect something for everyone.

The breakfast couldn't have been more perfect! Ms Monica was able to accommodate my specific dietary needs while enjoying the best flavored coffee. Yum yum I topped off our visit with an Irish coffee. Special thanks to David.

Over the years, They have added grilled items that are quite tasty, but Ima go for the fried anything along with mashies, baked beans, etc. The chicken and dumplings are heaven on earth anytime of the year. Prices are decent, considering the economy these days. If you dine in, there's staff that are happy to help you get your grub to the table, will make sure you have butter and honey for the fluffy buns, and smile no matter how busy it gets. Leaving a buck or 2 is not expected, but a nice gesture for their efforts. Blanca sez check'em out!

Noticed ladies working in the dining room to assure tables are clean as soon as customers leave. Once your meal is ready, they will call your name or someone will bring it to your table. Retro decor. Loved the music. Located across from SMU. You have the college crowd, residents from the neighborhood, grandparents with their grandchildren, and drive thru all buzzing with conversation. I found the chicken livers lightly battered, crispy on the outside and very tender meat on the inside. Mashed potatoes, gravy, and green beans were my sides. All tasty. Add additional seasonings and pepper sauce if you prefer. Be sure to check out the banana pudding. I requested extra meringue. Dessert was made fresh and tasted great. Pick-up, drive through, or dine in. Side note: Although there is no place for a tip when paying for your order... I always leave a tip on the table or hand it to the ladies working there. Much deserved for their hard work, friendly smiles, and pleasant attitude.

However, our first impression wasn't great. My wife and I walked in wearing our Mexico jerseys because Mexico was set to play England in the World Cup. As we waited to be greeted, I couldn't shake the feeling that we were being judged by the looks we received. We were then seated in a back corner while most of the front seating was occupied by lighter-skinned patrons. Whether intentional or not, it made me feel uncomfortable and, unfortunately, singled out. As the meal went on, my wife initially didn't share my concerns, but after a comment was made about "saving money" while we were ordering, she also felt the remark was unnecessary and left us wondering if assumptions were being made about us. The food itself was average. The eggs were undercooked, and the chicken-fried steak lacked flavor and had the texture of something previously frozen. The standout item was definitely the biscuits--they were buttery, perfectly crisp on the outside, and easily the best part of the meal. Overall, it was a below-average dining experience. While the service improved after we were seated, the initial impression and a few comments during the meal overshadowed what could have been a much better visit. I hope the restaurant takes every guest's experience to heart because everyone deserves to feel equally welcome.
