First they make you wait for an hour while the restaurant is occupied 65%. They made us sit with 8 on a table for 6 - while the big table for 10 remained empty throughout or entire stay. Then, I got my meal 15 minutes after all others finished their meals. Then, after I finished my meal, we got the first coffee - and hour after we sat down. And finally they make you pay almost $50 mandatory service charge for this poor service.
