I finished the remaining pizza a few days later and could not believe how delicious it still was after being reheated. Usually, the better the food, the less gracefully it survives as leftovers, but this pizza was a rare exception. The crew behind the counter was fantastic and patiently guided us through the menu as first timers. I am already looking forward to going back and working my way through everything else they offer. The "Grandma's Living Room" vibe in the waiting area is the perfect finishing touch. We watched Goodfellas on VHS while they prepared our food. The chew and char of the dough, with the perfectly balanced sauce and fresh mozzarella topped with arugula leaves ... truly perfection in a pie! The only reason this isn't 5 stars is because I didn't get the full dine in experience as I hoped due to a little delay due to the kitchen being super busy, but I will be back :)
