This is the second time I went to order food at this place, though their foods are eatable, their…read moreoverpriced you. I could get the same is not more food on my school campus for $2-$4, cheaper. Like i said the food is digestible and it's convenient to get it while I wait for the bus on my way to school. What I did not appreciate is how loud the tv was when I was trying to order. Other than the language barriers both of my server had, they lack of customer support or mannerism. What really made me write this review was because, as i was leaving the store after getting bad customer service, I stopped to see what all the noise on the TV was about and my server change the channel on me as a customer as I became interested in the infomercial. Additionally she looks at me straight on my as I turned to look at her and she did not even say excuse me. I left with disappointment ad I shook my head in disbelief.

An unexpected surprise!…read more Mary's was delicious! My cousin dragged me in specifically for the chicken empanadas. They had a full offering of salads, rice, beans, fish and a variety of meats available. There was a lot of people initially on the line. The ladies behind the counter took time to serve the food and also bring it to the table which was a bit untraditional in my experience of a buffet type style of place. The food was looking good. I decided to add potato salad and a few ribs to my chicken empanadas. The chicken empanadas really told the show. They were seasoned so good, savory with onions and green peppers that had been cooked down almost into a stew. The garlic sauce was a perfect touch and made them even better. I took away one star because one of the lady's behind the counter seemed to have a bit of an attitude with whomever she chose to. Different treatment for different people. I would go back and just see the other woman behind the counter.

Glad that finally visited their new location in Long Island. It may not be the same location…read morevibes we get used in Queens but it has a different Long Island feels. Loving it as finding a parking spot is way easier aside from the fact that it has its own parking lot. Yay to that! When we walked in, sat down and served... I would say it still same Rincon vibes we get used to. Our wait staff even mentioned that they same all people working here both in management and staff. They kept all their original decorations , picture frames, table sets and was nice feeling to see it all here. Food still good, music is pleasant to the ears , service is impeccable. Will come back again. Would even recommend to family and friends living near the area.

What they offer include the slow-roasted pernil, rich Ropa Vieja, and the Cuban sandwich. Portions are generous, the cocktails (like mojitos and sangria) are excellent, and the lively atmosphere makes it a great spot for both casual dining and celebrations. They offer rich, comforting, and authentic Cuban flavors. Diners love the slow-roasted pork (pernil) and Ropa Vieja, which melt in your mouth. If you want something lighter, the Cubano sandwich on Long Island is frequently cited as a destination-worthy staple. The space feels warm and family-run, as what I may describe as stepping into an "abuela's house". The staff is highly attentive and offers great menu recommendations. It tends to get packed--especially on weekend evenings--but the lively vibe (including staff-led birthday songs) adds to the charm. I note that the pricing is moderate and reasonable for the high quality and generous portion sizes, frequently allowing diners to take home leftovers.
