So far we've only had the pie, but it was exceptional! My advice, buy a whole pie for best value.

I would definitely recommend coming out here. This restaurant was really really nice. The staff was fantastic to my family. We had a table of seven. They served us relatively quickly for having such a big party. They kept our drinks refilled and constantly checked on us throughout our breakfast. My brothers had pancakes, biscuits and gravy, waffles, and I also had a Florentine egg meal. My Florentine egg Benedict was fantastic. It was hot. It was fresh. It was like perfect. I love egg Benedict and to have this taste amazing like it did made my day. It was a great start to my mini vacation and celebration of my brothers graduation. Ever since Covid the service industry has gone down in terms of table service. This village inn even on a busy Sunday morning found ways to overcome the busy rush and still delivered service and they were friendly while doing it. Multiple people took care of our one table even with a group of 16 sitting next to us. There were bus boys ready to pick up our plates as well as managers helping out and making sure we had good service. Also VI has the best pancakes.- can't convince me otherwise. read more

I went to the VI in Greeley, Colorado on Thursday evening for a supper by myself. I am a regular client of this VI and go there weekly. When I arrived, the restaurant was about 1/2 full. I waited approximately 5 minutes before anyone seated me. Then I waited another 12 minutes for someone to come and take my order. After waiting another 27 minutes, I told the waiter to cancel my order. He apologized for the wait and said they only had 2 cooks that evening. I paid for my coffee and left. As I was waiting for my food that never came, I noticed waiters and waitresses returning multiple times to tables they had all ready served to bring missing, or short, food items. This is not the kind of service that I, or anyone, should expect from the Village Inn. read more

if I could give zero stars I would. they were pretty slow and the first sandwich ordered tasted rotten. I sent it back for a burger that wasn't great. my wife and two toddlers got food poisoning from this location same day. would not recommend this location. Officially done ordering from this location. I ordered through GrubHub last week and one of the combos I ordered comes with a side of egg. When I opened the container, it was baby sized... so I called Village Inn and they said they are supposed to be that small. They gave me a free meal voucher slip in the mail for this inconvenience. I use the free meal today to get my partner and I some breakfast. They definitely lacked this time just because it was free I'm guessing, I don't know... but how is 4 baby sized pancakes going to fill a grown man? I also ordered 2 sides of hashbrowns and it literally looked like one serving that you would be served if you were eating in house. The eggs were small again. Nothing wrong with my French toast at least. This is overall ridiculous, though.... I am never ordering from here again. My partner and I are packing and moving boxes so we are still hungry and have to order food from somewhere else now. Really annoying about the fact that I ordered the pancakes that comes with three (in the sides section)not the baby pancakes... very unhappy. Meh! The food is ok but nothing special and not that great of a value for the cost. On top of that, they always skimp out on the hashbrown serving and they are never cooked well. I also think it's ridiculous that they overcharge you if you want to substitute hashbrowns for the meat on a combo. Hello, potatoes are cheap and cheaper than bacon and sausage! Our whole family is vegetarian and it just leaves a bad taste in your mouth to have to pay more for a simple substitution for each person's meal. I tried to give this place another chance. Sadly, I'm not going back. First of all, the water tastes a little off. I had 2 eggs, sausage, fruit and an English muffin. $8.99 for this. The eggs were dry. The sausage had a weird taste. English muffin was a little cold and it took a while to get strawberry jelly. The only redeeming part of the meal was the fruit, but even that didn't have much in the bowl. The front end staff didn't seem like they wanted to be there. The servers seemed to be understaffed. The whole experience couldn't have been smoother and the food was wonderful. I wished my portion was a bit bigger, but they give hashed Browns and pancakes with about every order if you're super hungry. I opted for toast instead of pancakes. This is the nicest Village Inn I have been to. The restaurant is very clean including the bathrooms, the servers are very friendly, the food was delicious. I had the VIP special with chocolate chip and whole weak pancakes, a cheese and egg omelet, and breakfast potatoes with a hot chocolate. I liked the whole wheat pancakes better. The cooks at this place are terrible. Unless you like everything Raw, you have to ask for it all "crispy" as if bacon shouldn't always be crispy - first time I ordered bacon I got a couple strips of uncooked fat that I couldn't even eat - my hash browns were hard in the middle like a raw potato, slimy eggs, this place is a joke and their food is terrible. The chef should not be a chef and the cooks need more training. I thought the first time I came here was a fluke so i tried again. I will never be back. Had a craving for pancakes, so I called in a togo order and the young lady on the phone was very nice. I was told that my order would be ready in ten minutes AND IT WAS!!!! The team at the counter had me in and out very quickly. The guy and girl spoke to each other to make sure I was n and out as well who else in the restaurant needed to be helped.
