I would definitely recommend coming out here. This restaurant was really really nice. The staff was fantastic to my family. We had a table of seven. They served us relatively quickly for having such a big party. They kept our drinks refilled and constantly checked on us throughout our breakfast. My brothers had pancakes, biscuits and gravy, waffles, and I also had a Florentine egg meal. My Florentine egg Benedict was fantastic. It was hot. It was fresh. It was like perfect. I love egg Benedict and to have this taste amazing like it did made my day. It was a great start to my mini vacation and celebration of my brothers graduation. And for it being first thing in the morning, the ambience was very quiet and peaceful while you got to eat your food.

Good food, friendly service, and great prices! Everything a hungry customer should want. Lots of parking and immediate seating so the whole experience was very good. Yummy!!

New style store offers the standard VI menu. Service and ambiance make the grade for a weekday morning. I wondered why it was sparsely populated until I tried to get onto the bypass headed out of town - YIKES! They didn't a good skip breakfast, they were just late for their commute.

I ordered the pancakes that comes with 3 in the sides section on the menu and I get baby size pancakes instead....

So far we've only had the pie, but it was exceptional! My advice, buy a whole pie for best value.

I ordered a whole pie and got a completely frozen pie! If you order anything, they will mess up your order.

It's amazing how much work goes into it, and how complicated it is, and I'm sure everything we saw and were told is only the tip of the iceberg. Our guide Steve was as great a guide as you could ask for. He was friendly, enthusiastic, and informative, and oh, did I mention? He's one of the OGs who started WeldWerks 11 years ago! Besides the tour itself, which alone made the whole experience worth it, we were treated to samples of recent beer, an in-progress taste of Flipped Turned Upside Down (which I absolutely plan to get once the final product hits), fresh-from-the-tank Juicy Bits, and a grand finale flight of hoppy beers that showcase WeldWerks' variety. We also got take as many beer labels from a table as we wanted, and a got a 15% off for today only on purchases from the taproom (a bought another flight, a beer to go, and a sticker). If you missed out on this, don't worry, because WeldWerks is doing a few more tours this year, each with a different theme--today's was "Hops & Hazies". The next will be classic beers like lagers, and I believe the remaining two will be based around barrel-aged beers, and sours. Check it out on Facebook's Events tab. I thought this experience paid for itself several times. P.S.: Steve at the end was discussing things with us, and he happened to mention The Shining, as there is a mural painted on the wall in honor of it in the barrel room, and suddenly the power went out. I told him I will now call the Scarlet Static red ale "Redrum".

2.5, edging down to 2 stars…read more Not the best food experience I've ever had. They're rated really high -- actually one of the highest-rated restaurants in Fort Collins -- and from a food perspective I don't really understand why. Sliders with sweet potato fries -- fine, nothing extraordinary. Potato éclairs -- . It was really just mashed potatoes with some topping on it. I honestly didn't even finish it. Mountain oysters -- huge letdown. They came out so overcooked they were basically crunchier than potato chips, with the batter crumbling off. I've never had them before, so I didn't get a good representation of how they're supposed to be -- these were just super-cooked batter. On the space: we ended up sitting in three different spots to eat. We went outside by the street first -- super loud, and people were smoking, so we headed back in. The open spot inside was right under the AC and about forty degrees, so we moved to the back area. The back was fine -- covered -- but pretty dirty, with mop buckets and clutter sitting around. The one drink I had was a good value since we were there at happy hour -- some kind of fruity whiskey drink. It was fine, but nothing I'd seek out again. I hate to give such a friendly place a bad review. It'd be a really great spot if you're a college student who wants some cheap bites and a drink -- but honestly it's just bar food, and the ceiling is probably a 4 on a really good day. I wouldn't get excited to head down there, and parking is a bit of a hassle too. Would recommend only if you're after very cheap eats in that area -- check them out for happy hour. But I would not return.

She consistently misses the mark on basic customer service. She rarely acknowledges guests, seems far more focused on making drinks than paying attention to the people sitting in front of her, and creates an overall unwelcoming atmosphere. On my most recent visit, I sat waiting for nearly 15 minutes without being acknowledged. It wasn't until I asked for my check because I was ready to leave that she suddenly asked if I was planning to eat. That level of inattentiveness is frustrating and completely avoidable. It's especially disappointing because the location is fantastic, the vibe is great, the food is consistently excellent, and every other bartender and staff member I've interacted with, including the manager, has been amazing. There are some truly great bartenders there who provide attentive, friendly service and make the experience enjoyable. But if I walk in and see her behind the bar, I will not stay. She has completely turned me off from being there when she is working. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because the rest of the team and the overall experience deserve better than this one recurring issue. I am giving this review one star simply because of the continued experience with her.
