    I would give a million stars if I could. Today, it's 103 outside. I'm a 50 year old, overweight and menopausal woman who is completely and constantly overheated. The past 5 or 6 years our AC unit was keeping our house only maybe 15-18 degrees cooler than it was outside. Summer has been miserable for me and I spend most of it in my bedroom (coolest room) blinds closed with my little hand held fan and has been the worst. I have known Villara for a long time but had never worked with them as a customer. The service was amazing. They were following up faster than I could reply. Our financing was easy, online and simple. The install was also fairly simple for us, the team did run into more work than anticipated due to our access points in the house but handled it smoothly and there were no delays. It is 68 in my house right now. I'm wearing a cardigan in August, I'm a little chilly even and have some throw blankets to be cozy. I might even light a candle just for fun. Thank you Ron, Gary and team. You guys have made my life so much better. Forever grateful. As is my husband, because I'm not complaining anymore. 5 stars all the way

    Time for my annual heater/ac and tankless water heater check-up. And, it is about time for me to update my Villara 9/23/21, Yelp review also. The good news is it absolutely remains at 5 stars! Since that first review, I have had yearly contact with Villara employees for service and checkups. Not only have the technicians been knowledgeable and thorough but always exceeded my customer service expectations. Personable, professional, and efficient. They never let me down. Speaking of customer service, that same dependable service is always on display by the people taking the customer telephone calls. Last week, I had contact with Supervisor, Rosa, Kendall, and Edith several times. I must say they all were SO patient, efficient, and just plain nice. Thank you! We all know great management is what makes any business successful. So thank you, Emily V.A., for your exceptional management skills and talents. I am your biggest fan! Villara is a 75-year, locally owned, family business. They have experience! This company wants to provide you with quality service and they will guarantee the work performed. And, who does not love a business with 24-hour availability! Unfortunately, heaters and a/cs do not break down just Monday through Friday, 8 to 5! Same with plumbing problems. Right? I will end this review with one statement. I am even more impressed with Villara than I was two years ago. That says it all. Lastly, do yourself a favor and check out the Villara website, and see all the services they provide. It is a quite informative and impressive website. Here is to lots of cold air in the summer and heat in the winter!:) Cheers! 11/16/23 Villara technician, Morufu, just left after the inspection of my heater. I am SO impressed! He not only went into attic where the heater mechanics are located but also left me with a copy of all the items he checked AND emailed me the checked heater equipment part photos! Whaaaat? Sure made the right decision going with Villara. Thanks, Morufu! See you in 6 months for the a/c inspection. Lastly, a shout out to Gwen for helping me sign up for the hvac/plumbing inspections, too.     River Islands Lathrop residents: If your Villara Smart Vent (aka whole house fan, damper) ever has an issue, call Villara and ask for Aurelio. Villara is based out of Sacramento, but Aurelio's service area is Lathrop, Manteca and the surrounding areas. I initially spoke with Gwen and she was really kind and helpful! She wanted to make sure that I had already tried to reset the system first before she made my service call appointment. Apparently, resetting the system can solve the issue. Our vent damper error was, "Damper did not CLOSE Call for Service". I was offered an appointment as soon as the next day, but opted for a different day due to our work schedule. On the day of our appointment, Aurelio called me within our appointment window time to let me know that he was on his way. He arrived with his colleague, Eddie, and they troubleshot the system and found that the communication wire was bad. They quickly fixed the issue and even checked out our A/C and heating system as yearly maintenance. They also installed a screen for the huge vent we have in our loft to prevent bugs from coming in. Since then, I have seen fewer bugs in the house (thanks for recommending it, Aurelio!). Overall, awesome service thanks to Aurelio, Eddie and Gwen!

    Horrible customer service. Water heater they installed in my new house is 3 years old and has had issues working since it was in. Now they say it needs replacement but will not do anything. They scheduled an appointment for a manager to come out today then never showed up. When I called they said that I need to have a water test before they show up. They do not want to fix or take responsibility for the equipment they install. Talked to a manager one week ago that was going to help. All of a sudden he no longer works for them. Do not trust them! Two weeks later... no hot water and no responses. Go with another company!

We hired them last spring to re-roof our home, replace some rotted eaves and fascia and replace our old solar system (it was inefficient and malfunctioned quite a bit). We are very happy with what we got for the price we paid, it was a good value. It looks so much better than it did before and is consistently producing more energy. I feel like they helped us make the right decisions through the whole process, especially for system size to be able to keep our NEM1 status. The new roof looks great and works really well. I waited almost a year to write this review to make sure there wasn't any water intrusion during the winter storms - not a drop anywhere. They were in the mid-high range in pricing on the bids we got, but I'm happy we spent a little more went with them. Can a roof be sexy? Ours sure is. All in all, if you need a new roof or solar system or home battery, or all of the above, call Volt. They are a competent and professional group of local people who are really f**king good at what they do.

My parents purchased solar from a HORRIBLE company that sounds a lot like 'SunFun'. After they passed away, and the house was sold...we were STILL making the monthly payments for over a year!!! That SunFun organization REFUSED to transfer the solar to the new homeowner, and eventually stopped taking or acknowledging our calls. It wasn't until we had to threaten the new homeowner with a lawsuit that SunFun finally transferred ownership. Due to this, we could not trust any of these solar companies...that is, until Kevin Bedard came to our home, and explained everything in great detail to my husband and I. He took the time to hear about our concerns, and he showed us how he truly cared. That same week, we spoke to two other families who shared their positive experiences about Ambrose Solar that made us feel that we would be in great hands. We had FINALLY FOUND A PEACE about getting solar on our home; KNOWING we would be in good hands, and we were ALL IN. It's been six months now, and we are beyond pleased with our solar panels, and the two Tesla batteries we have purchased. We are true fans, who have NOTHING but RAVE REVIEWS for this company. Any home renovation project has bumps, and this one had its fair share: after initial install they monitor the systems production remotely to see if it's doing what it's supposed to/expected to, and my system was initially under-performing. They caught it and sent out a team to problem solve it, which took a couple tries, but they didn't drag their feet, they kept on it and kept at it and got it resolved. It was no fault of theirs, just a technology glitch. Core fear was that they would give up after a couple failures and leave me following up with them to get it done, but I never had to worry about that. I also did not end up liking where they placed the control box- it was something that was going to make future maintenance of my house trim problematic down the line. They willingly moved it up a few inches for me (and my only complaint was the team that did that didn't patch the original hole as efficiently as they should have. If I had understood the box placement better on the first pass that would never have happened, so this is a bit of a complaint of my own making.) Jon Landsman, who sold me the system, stayed with us the whole time tracking the project, checking in, and following through on every detail, every question, every concern. He never made me feel like the demanding diva that I am, was always prompt and gracious! The bottom line is that start to finish, even with a few bumps in the road, I have zero question that this is a company that legitimately cares about doing what is right. The culture of deeply valuing customer service that they have built is unmatched by many businesses these days. I am SO pleased, and SO impressed, and I can promise that you will be too!

This is a family owned business that I found by through Service Magic to remove an old wall heater and install a new central heating system & tankless (on-demand) water heater in my home in South Lake Tahoe. This was a complete shot in the dark for me as I don't know anyone to perform this type of work in Tahoe, but I went with reviews on Service Magic and my gut. After reviewing multiple estimates and considering my goals and objectives, I chose Dynamic Mechanical. Their pricing was excellent, they were punctual, did a beautiful install, met the Title 24 requirements, managed the permitting and inspection process, did not cut ONE CORNER, and stayed right on budget. They also took the time to explain things and make recommendations when we ran into unexpected challenges with the job (it's an old house). I am very compulsive about installations, neatness, and finish work - their work is IMPECCABLE. Happy to send pictures for anyone interested in using their services. I would recommend Dynamic Mechanical to anyone -- I am a very satisfied customer.     I had a local company in Roseville install my POE security cameras around 2 years ago. I provided…read morethe cameras, UNVR, and CAT 6 cable. They did a great job because I haven't had any issues in 2 years. However, my sales representative was terrible. He claimed they could run cables in the attic and to my front door. Of course that was not true. When I was actually able to have him respond to my calls and texts, he tried to gaslight me about having to level a doorbell camera. A doorbell camera that comes with a leveler in the box. They also didn't install the security screw for the camera since nobody read the directions. I decided it was best to not use the same business in order to install my Ubiquiti G6 PTZ cameras. Connected Technology sent an electrician out to my house named Noel to provide an estimate. Thank goodness it wasn't a sales representative like some businesses will use. He didn't overestimate the time it would take to run CAT 6 and install the two cameras either. Other estimates I received from low voltage technicians tried to overinflate the number of hours it would take to do the work. Or they'll try to tack on "training hours" for cameras you know more about than the installers. This wasn't the case with Noel. He provided an estimate of $1.2K for around 4-6 hours of work. Which equated to $200 per hour. Noel was also proficient in terminating CAT 6 via standard RJ45 connectors as opposed to using pass through. I told Noel's boss that he had to do my installation. On the day of the installation, Noel and Aiden of Connected Technology completed the job in 5.5 hours. I was very surprised by Noel and Aiden's professionalism and courtesy. They showed up at 8 AM unlike the previous installers who showed up one hour after they were supposed to arrive. Noel and Aiden were very respectful of my lawn and plants. They didn't tear up my drip lines, plants, or trample my lawn. In fact, they stayed off the grass. I appreciate them showing a lot of respect for a lawn that I grow myself. These young men worked with a high level of attention to detail. The CAT 6 was completely hidden along the first level eaves of the house. I love how they actually took the time to remove the previous cable clips that were bundled together. I had other installers tell me that they would just run the extra CAT 6 cables for the cameras and add zip ties. I immediately knew those aren't the right individuals to hire. I consider that as sheer laziness. I paid $200 an hour for a professional installation. Noel and Aiden exceeded my expectations. The CAT 6 cables were run by Noel and Aiden. Noel mounted and installed my G6 PTZ cameras. After plugging the CAT 6 into the cameras, my UNVR immediately recognized the new G6 PTZs for adoption. The only minor issue with the installation was the fact that the manufacturer guidance wasn't followed. The CAT 6 was run down from the eaves and straight into the back of the camera. It should have been run down the eaves, around the mount, and up into the mount via an opening in the bottom. This approach creates an automatic drip loop for the camera. I notified Natalie and Jennifer who work as customer service representatives for Connected Technology of the issue. They immediately had Noel return to remedy the situation. I even got the opportunity to exchange texts with the owner of Connected Technology named Bill. Bill, Natalie, and Jennifer were absolutely phenomenal in handling the issue unlike the previous business I used. I really appreciate their ability to listen and resolve the situation as opposed to gaslighting the customer.

It was probably the most money I ever made in the 30 minutes it took me to get the information I needed and learn about Valley Solar. I had several other solar installers provide me with quotes and some of those were at least twice as much for a similar system. Some companies would not even give me a quote because they did not want to deal with Lodi Electric Utility. Once I contacted Valley Solar in January they responded immediately and I was up and running in March. The system has performed flawlessly producing power and I will break even in another 4 years. Valley Solar is very pro-active and has been out a couple of times to address issues with the system communication function. I did not request these visits, they just called and asked if they could come out and do some upgrades. Pretty impressive if you ask me. Would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them.
