I Just moved into the area and was looking for a new dentist. After careful researching Dentists in the area, I came across Vineyard Dental Group. I was able to make an appointment online and be seen right away. The process was effortless. I arrived to my appointment on time and was greeted by the friendly receptionist. I didn't have to wait long to be seen. My dental Hygienist, Jazmine was very friendly and informative. She took her time and did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. The Dentist, Doctor Ebrahim (Dr. E for short) introduced himself, reviewed the x-rays, examined my teeth and gave me kudos for not having any major issues such as cavities etc., He was very professional and attentive. My fiancé and I picked this dentist while living in Temecula. We now live in Orange County but decided to keep Vineyard because the great experience we have had! We drive an hour and a half but it's worth it, they are all great. They really make you feel like family (especially Angel). They don't price gouge or try to sell you products/services you don't need and they do a great job with their dental cleanings. I found this dentist through the delta dental website and d then I checked their Yelp reviews. The reviews don't lie. I have used the same dentist for 25 years but recently move to fallbrook and I needed a new dentist closer to home. I was nervous about going to a new dentist because I trusted my long term dentist so much. I came in for a cleaning and an exam. I was 10 minutes last, but they waited for me anyway. I thank them for that. The lady who cleaned my teeth was very careful and did not hurt me. Everyone in the office was friendly and inviting. I after my cleaning, the dentist came in for the exam. I moved from San Diego 4 years ago. Vineyard was the third Dentist I've tried since moving to Temecula. I will definitely stick with them. I was very pleased with the quality of service I got today. I had zero wait time from the moment I walked in. They were very professional yet very friendly and warm. They listened to all my concerns and the treatment plan they devised was very reasonable and to the point. For background, I fainted 17 years ago, damaged my 4 front teeth and it took about $35,00 and 13 years to fully restore my mouth. I've got more experience than I would like in dealing with dentists. So I am very picky, hence why it took me so long to find a new one after I moved. I don't want to be nickeled and dimed. I don't want a big chain dentist that's more concerned with bottom line than patient satisfaction. I want professional yet personable. I want my dentist to have access to the latest technology. Lastly I want an experienced dentist that is conservative in their treatment and not aggressive in wanting to drill. Vineyard ticked all these boxes for me today. I will definitely be back. Fantastic office. Clean, professional, modern, and efficient. I had a crown that fell out (from decades ago). Luckily, I was able to get a same day appointment. I've never had such courteous, friendly service from the nice woman who answered the phone, to the technician who guided me through the beginning of my visit and finally a highly competent doctor who listened to my concerns and prior experiences before efficiently getting the cubic zirconium crown as I requested and placing it perfectly. Best Dentist I've ever been! The new facility is really nice and clean. There was also a tv in my room so I was pretty entertained when I had to wait. Wait time was also really short. I left my previous one because I would be waiting in the waiting room for an hour even when I had an appointment! Here I only waited maybe a min and was received very quickly. I am very disappointed about this dental clinic. I had high hopes after reading good reviews on yelp. Unfortunately, my experience with them has been the worst. Do yourself a favor and ask for 2nd opinion. Check your bill and dental notes as well to make sure the procedure was done properly. I called Vineyard Dental due to toothache and they were able to accomodate me right away. The day of my visit, they did an xray and evaluation. I asked Dr. E if I can possibly do a deep cleaning. I was told yes and that they have an available slot the same day. During the procedure, the hygienist left me for about 10 mins after cleaning 2-3 teeth. Then when she came back, she told me that I have to come back for the rest! Did they made an error of giving the slot to me or were they unsure of the procedure? That should have been a red flag! After my 2nd deep cleaning appointment, I got presented with a treatment plan for gum surgery. They refered me to two local periodontists. A week later they told me they have a periodontist who visits every month and they can do the procedure in their facility. The day of the treatment with Dr. Lee (their periodontist), I got presented with an additional procedure. He told me that it is too late to do osseous surgery on the upper right and start saving for implant. He then recommended to do a bone graft at the bottom that he can save. This was never presented prior to the appointment which was schedule more two months ago. Seems though he just reviewed the x-rays at the time of the procedure. After the procedure, I was surprised they still billed me for everything: UR, LR osseous surgery and bone graft. All of these procedures only took about 40 mins, my deep cleaning even took longer than that. I asked the front desk if I can speak with Dr. Lee to confirm and clarify the procedures he did and to ask any post op instructions. They did not allow me to speak with him and was only given a short verbal post op instructions. A surgical procedure WITHOUT any written post op instructions! I then asked for Dr. Lee's contact info but was never provided. Why would I not be allowed to speak with my Periodontist after being billed thousands of dollars? Thanks to Google & Yelp, I was able to contact Dr. Lee's dental office in San Diego and surprisingly he was the one who picked up the phone. He confirmed that everything was done and that I could eat ANYTHING after 3 days. The post op instruction was strange as they typically suggest eating soft foods after a gum surgery. Everything is just odd to me so I requested copies of the x-rays and medical notes for 2nd opinion to check the procedure done to me. Sure enough, I was told by the other periodontist that they did not do an osseous surgery and it was not stated on the medical notes. He also said that there is no way that they did everything for less than an hour! He even added, it seems like they only did a deep cleaning which what I thought it was! Also, my insurance covered $700+ more and yet they billed me for it. It has been more than a week yet I have not heard back from Vineyard dental regarding this issue. Perhaps, I'll hear back from them once they have been reported and saw my review online. read more
