I had a split molar and needed an emergency exam/treatment asap. I looked at least 8 different dentists in our area, after a painful experience at Nash dental in Temecula. I found some good reviews with Vineyard Dental group and went with them. I emailed their group and shared my aversion with dentists. As busy as they were, they managed to squeeze me in and reiterated how Dr. Purin is a wonderful DDS and they addressed him with health issues and my fears. When I came in, he had evaluated the problem, went straight to the point and treated 2 teeth. He didn't try to upsell me with other recommendations. He simply explained everything and even remembered my vertigo triggers with being flat. He made sure the angle was just right, while he worked around it to accommodate me! Alan, my dental hygienist was also skilled and communicated everything well. My temporary crown fit perfectly. They were so professional and empathetic to my needs, which was certainly refreshing with such a busy clinic! I am terrible with injections and Dr. Purin was patient, and took the time with the anesthetic and ensured I was comfortable during the procedure. He was very gentle, compassionate and alleviated my anxiety throughout the whole process. Trust me, I have had a couple of the worst dentists in bedside manner, that make patients feel like just a number! Thank you Vineyard dental for the thorough, painless, high quality care! Dr. Purin and his staff were amazing and made me feel comfortable the entire way. His hands are very steady and his communication with me was spot on throughout the whole process. Everything was streamlined, from them verifying my insurance to getting in and out of the clinic seamlessly in less than 1 hour (got X-rays, a comprehensive exam, a diagnosis and recommendations for future treatments, a cavity fixed, another small treatment, a cleaning and even polish). Such efficient and high quality care. The environment was very luxurious and clean: each room has a big screen TV to either play relaxing music or show you your dental X-Rays as they explain things. Their tools and gadgets seem very high quality and new. And best of all, Dr. Purin and his assistants were so nice, friendly, relaxed and did a great job! My teeth feel so clean and I feel relieved knowing that my oral health is in really good hands. Highly recommend Vineyard Dental, especially Dr. Purin! read more

Let me start by saying that I have a long history of being petrified of dental work, even simple cleanings. I can't emphasize enough how strong the anxiety is. Dr Ruzzamenti and his staff have consistently gone out of their way to make me as comfortable as possible. They greet me by name when I walk in. They make an effort to remember me on a personal level. And they always check in with me to make sure my anxiety is under control. In one instance, while getting a filling, Dr Ruzzamenti noticed that my heart rate was quite a bit elevated and he turned the lights off in the room and gave me a few minutes of calm before continuing with the filling. It was very observant and made such a difference. Today I had my regular check up with Tiffany (who is not my usual hygienist but she was so kind and caring). They introduced me to a new technology they are utilizing. Simply put it gives a better, longer lasting clean with a solution they paint on your teeth and then they use air and warm water to remove plaque and bacteria. There was very little scaling done (and my teeth were a bit worse than usual) and there was no polishing done (which is the worst part for me). I actually closed my eyes and relaxed. It's a small miracle. Dr Ruzzamenti is one of only 3 dentists in the valley that are currently utilizing this new technology. He would have to stop practicing dentistry for me to find a new dentist! I cannot recommend him and his staff enough! read more

I left this office when Dr. Bustos "retired." my experiences after his retirement with two separate offices were awful; one was so bad that I reported them to my insurance & the other powers that be. I finally decided to give Dr. Peng a try, since I felt like Dr. Bustos never would have sold his practice to someone that didn't share his philosophy on how to care for patients. My fiancé and I picked this dentist while living in Temecula. We now live in Orange County but decided to keep Vineyard because the great experience we have had! We drive an hour and a half but it's worth it, they are all great. They really make you feel like family (especially Angel).
