Totally cute little spot to sit and hang while waiting for a flight. Normally, I'm a lounge girl but I was at SFO too early to enter one so I hung out here for an hour. Great wine and bartenders. My favorite part was that it was nice and quiet. I'm a huge fan of solitude, so this was perfect for me. They also have some food I didn't try but next time I'm in SFO I may try it out.

I had Eve as my server and she was amazing. She phone towards some bottles for me to bring to Virginia on my trip. The ambience is chill. No food.

Eve was amazing!! I will never drink anywhere else. Her recommendations were amazing, top-tier, I learned things I did not know before meeting her. She really taught me about local wines and which ones I should try. I ended up buying more wine because of her. Will be coming back!!

Had a layover at SFO and wanted to get a bite and get some work done. I decided to treat myself at Vino Volo with a wine flight and the pesto chicken. It turned out to be such a good meal and a surprisingly nice place to be productive. It was quiet for an airport spot, and I was really grateful for the calm time between flights.

What wonderful service and conversation with Zane early this morning after all the frustration of dealing with delayed flights. His positive attitude and exceptional customer service completely turned our morning around. I truly appreciate great service, and Zane went above and beyond to make a stressful situation much better. Thank you for such a positive experience.

This is a nice spot to stop by and enjoy when you have 30 or more minutes to spare at the airport. The wine selections are great and they even have food options. The service is quick and the environment is as spacious as it can get at an airport.

4.5 star experience…read more My party of 5 arrived on a Saturday evening and got seated within a few minutes. Always love the option to join the online waitlist ahead of time when reservations aren't available. Favorite dishes of the night were: -Gnocchi Fritto appetizer: Never had fried gnocchi before, had a great puffy texture. Truffle taste in the truffle cream sauce wasn't very strong. -Zucchine e Maiz lasagna: Pesto was a great sauce choice and paired well with the zucchini and corn. -Squid Ink Seafood Pasta (special): Generous seafood portions and the dish was flavorful. -Complimentary focaccia: Fluffy and yummy with olive oil. Other dishes: The Italian Sausage lasagna was fine. I personally love crispy lasagna edges, but some people found it too crisp and too dry. The salad (Insalata di Rucola) wasn't mind blowing, but I'm glad we ordered a veg to cut through the richness and heaviness of three carb-heavy entrees. The restaurant itself is smaller than expected, so I would avoid coming here with large parties. It also felt really hot and stuffy inside, which I anticipate getting worse as summer progresses. The interior is cutely decorated. Service was initially attentive. We did have to flag down our waitress multiple times to order and get the check. Overall, my party enjoyed the food and we would come back!

Tried this new restaurant that's hidden away from the main Burlingame Ave. My first impression is…read morethat the decor is really cute, there's fake lemon plants on each table to fit the Capri ambience, and video of people vacationing in Capri playing on the wall inside the restaurant. The foccacia was given to us by our waiter without us asking, even though on the menu it stated we needed to ask. This was very fluffy and can be dipped in the olive oil provided at the table. I was immediately impressed with the lasagna with Italian sausage as I was making my first cut with my knife. I could tell that the pasta was freshly made and the sausage and sauce combo was amazing. I've had a lot of lasagna in my life and this dish stood out to me. The menu gives you an option to create your own pasta dish by choosing your pasta shape, sauce, protein, and topping, so we chose the gnocchi with Alfredo sauce and added chicken as the protein. Gnocchi was nicely dense and chewy, the Alfredo was creamy and not too salty. We ended our meal with dessert, and the waiter recommended tiramisu. I've been to Italy and had tiramisu, and also made it at home several times. The tiramisu was tasty, but what I noticed was that the lady fingers weren't really soaked in the coffee/Kahlua mixture so the dessert as a whole didn't have that flavor that tiramisu is known for, plus the texture was too dry and was more cake like. Also the mascarpone was a bit too hard and not soft, perhaps not enough whipped cream was added. Overall the meal was enjoyable and I would return again to try the other types of lasagnas, and perhaps their gelato.

The chaat has such a perfect balance of sweet, savory, spicy, and has an incredibly addictive chew. However, the menu felt much more limited than I remembered from several years ago, when it seemed more interesting and expansive. My friend and I shared the Chutney Prawns for $18 and the White Elephant Dosa for $26, along with one cocktail and one mocktail. Unfortunately, I was not especially impressed by the food. The prawns felt underwhelming for the price, and my mocktail was not particularly memorable. The dosa was visually impressive at two feet long, but it is ultimately still a very thin dosa and very crispy, and I found the seasoning somewhat overwhelming. The gunpowder and spices overpowered the dish for me, although the sauces and potato masala were flavorful. Our total came to approximately $90, and for that price, I expected a more satisfying overall experience. Service was also inconsistent. It was slow initially, and while our server was cordial and kind once he assisted us, he did not return to check on us after taking our order. We ultimately relied on the bartender for items such as an extra spoon and the check. The ambiance is beautiful, but between the limited menu, high prices, uneven food, and inattentive service, I do not feel the experience justified the cost. Unfortunately, I do not plan to return. For Michelin rated I expected more.
