If you've got time before your next flight, this is a great place to eat. The food took about 15 to 20 minutes, which seems normal for a good meal. Here's what we ordered: - Half chicken with salad: the parts that were more well done were very flavorful, and the inner meat was moist - Crispy chicken sandwich with fries: wow, the chicken was really tasty. Some places make fried chicken and only the fried exterior has flavor while the meat itself is bland, but that's not the case in this sandwich. The bun was great -- just toasted enough for a bit of crunch on the edges, but still soft. I loved that the sauce did not completely soak the bun. The slaw offered a different dimension of flavor. The fries themselves are also incredibly good. Tony was our server. He was friendly and to take our order and service the table when we were done eating. Was able to use my Priority Pass perks to grab a meal before my flight. The restaurant has a good group of customers scattered around the seating areas, but is not too crowded around 9am. It was a quick and easy check-in process and I was finally able get the fish tacos that always sells out by the end of the day. Glad I was able to visit Larks Creek before noon. There were 3 fish tacos stacked with guac & cheese. No salsa needed. A hefty portion of fish in each taco, too. I squeezed the lime on and gobbled all three up before boarding. It was delicious! Been here a few times while traveling via San Francisco airport. Food is solid. Burger and fries is excellent. Great meal to send you off in your flight. Small wine and cocktail menu and a few beers on tap. Regardless you can find something that will hit the spot. We had a drink before leaving yesterday. 9 ounce pour of Sauvignon blanc and a cocktail. Nice and refreshing and got us in the vacation mode. Staff were very helpful and friendly when we came in. Got us a high table in the bar near the airport walkway to people watch. I guess I can't really say this is a negative because we all know airport food and drink come at a premium price. The glass of wine I had was $24! Our evening flight was delayed, so we decided to grab food. I don't expect much from airport food and restaurants, but Lark Creek Grill was a regretful experience. I will start with the positive- the host was very nice, attentive and had us seated right away. The service on the other hand- not good. Our waitress seemed anxious and in a hurry. She asked what our departure time was, which wasn't too far out. I assumed that meant our food would come sooner than later (it didn't). I ordered soup and my wife ordered a salad. My soup came out much earlier than the salad. It got to the point where my wife told me to eat before the soup became cold and unedible. Her salad finally came out, but you'd think they'd serve us both our food at the same time. Isn't this basic food service 101? A few minutes into eating the salad, we recognized small flies buzzing around. Were they in the salad? Did they manifest around our food? They were very small so we mostly ignored them, but eventually my wife stopped as she lost her appetite. Not once did the waitress check up on us. Not once was my water refilled. She (and other staff) were too busy standing around on their phones and chatting; we were seated near the kitchen door so I could see everything. Overall, bad experience with overpriced food and poor service. I still tipped her because I always tip but I won't be back. I fly out of SFO quite a bit but next time will patron other restaurants. The food was good. However, the turkey in the turkey club was like something you'd get next to the bologna in the supermarket, cut in round sheets. I thought maybe it would be something higher quality, like deli meat. The bacon was cooked well and the sandwich was good, yet for the quality of ingredients I'm not sure they should be charging $23 for this sandwich (as of April 2026). I did like the French fries. They have an extensive beverage list. Our service was good. Our server asked when our flight departed and it's nice they take that into consideration (though our flight was so delayed it didn't matter for us). I ordered the creme brûlée cheesecake to share with my kiddo and it was good, even for being the baked kind I don't prefer. The add a 5% surcharge for staff benefits. I rarely leave reviews, but honestly everybody was wonderful, especially our waitress Andrea - she should get promoted! And the burger I had here is probably one of the best I've ever had in any airport, and you could actually rate it very highly in any good downtown in America. It was nice and fairly calm. Located in the D terminal, which was the terminal we flew in and out of, we chose Lark Creek Grill because of its gluten free options. Being 3pm, it was a late lunch/early dinner -- we had only had snacks throughout the day, and this was our only chance for a proper meal, as we would be arriving at our destination at 11pm. My sister and I both ordered the grilled salmon with garlic herb cream sauce, jasmine rice, spinach, and mushrooms. While pretty basic, it was tasty and filling, and it hit the spot. I also ordered a glass of wine. While not cheap, we enjoyed our meal, and the service was great. Funny moment: When I ordered a glass of wine, the server asked if I wanted a 16oz or 20oz glass. I looked at her, baffled, thinking I had misheard (I know that portions in the States may be larger, but glasses of wine starting at 16oz?!). The server realized was I was so confused, and said those were the beer sizes and that she had accidentally misspoken -- wine servings were actually 6oz and 9oz. We had a good chuckle at that. SHORT ANSWER: SFO food is always expensive changing, Lark has been here a while. It is expensive but a nice location with pretty good food and excellent service. LOCATION: on the corner of one of the main connector terminals. You will find it. FACILITY: Tons of seating and a very nice bar with TV's you can see from just about everywhere. Clean, and they turn tables quickly so be patient. MENU: Lots of options, you will find something, some healthy options and some not so much. FOOD PREP: Well done, they knock out a lot of plates here so they do an exceptional job during the rush hours. FOOD QUALITY: Very good, I ordered simple, chowder... it is very good. LIBATIONS: Seemed airport adjusted reasonable and well poured. WAITSTAFF: Super fast, these people work hard, please appreciate their efforts and tip well. OVERALL VALUE: For an airport, it was expensive but worth it to me on this afternoon. TIP: Set your expectations correctly, take your time they will not rush you but if they are slammed maybe dine and let others get a seat as there are more comfortable locations to relax in that terminals. read more

The house hazy IPA and the actually f r e s h fruit with my French Toast were awesome, but my server Andrea could not have made the dining experience any better than it was. Her smile radiated warm, tender feelings of being taken care of back home; I felt like I was where I belonged rather than passing through as a traveler. She gives the perfect amount of space to her guests, allowing them to enjoy their meal, take in the ambiance, while also making sure they are taken care of and attended to at all times. Solid meal option at the SFO airport. The service is always great. The food options are pretty decent. I have had breakfast a few times. The coffee is nothing to sing home about but they seem to be pretty popular with their drinks. The pasta primavera is an excellent vegetarian option for a meal. You have to have some time in hand if dining here, food does take 10-15 mins to arrive. Good place to work or just sit and chat depending on the purpose of your airport visit. read more

I'm a southern Californian used to having great food in the state, and let me say--Lark Creek Grill provided me one of the best meals I have ever had! The wait time was nonexistent, and they made sure to ask when our flight time would be so we could be okay. The ambiance was comfortable and lively, yet quiet for relaxing conversation. Our server Ling was fantastic and provided immaculate customer service. She was personable, patient and amazingly helpful. Our table shared meals including the nachos, chilaquiles, and fish tacos.
