However, I had to love 2 times as the inner dinning room was so cold. There must be something you can do with the HVAC. It's such a nice place yet the air makes sitting at your restaurant impossible. Mustards is always a "Must" when flying out of SFO international Terminal The staff is always so efficient and the food consistently good. The tables are spaced far enough apart to have space for your hand luggage. I had the avocado toast with egg and bacon. Ate light knowing I'd be dining onboard. Best BLT in a long time service by Vital was incredible. He added so much to our dinner and our visit. The great way to start our trip.

For an airport restaurant, the food is quite good, but the service is suboptimal. Don't come for food of you're in a rush, because you will not get out in time. The fish and chips are good but the fish portion is not that big. The salmon BLT is very good - good quality, substantial, solid flavor. I opted for the side salad instead of fries, which was much bigger than expected. Highly recommend getting the shoestring onion rings, but only if you're bigger than a table of 2. It's deceivingly large and way too much for two people to enjoy. One call out - DO NOT GET THE ICE CREAM. We asked three separate waiters the flavors and received three different answers (I should have stopped there). We ordered vanilla, and let me tell you, it was NOT vanilla. IT WAS BANANA. Thankfully I like banana flavored ice cream, but not the surprise I was looking for. read more

You'd think I would've returned at least once in all these years, but nope, coming to their airport outlet has been my first opportunity to return to Mustards...sorta. After all, we're talking about airport eats, and it was about an hour before boarding. Jamie W and I were on our way to Taiwan, so the idea of having a last all-American meal appealed to us. Needless to say, I'd characterize the ambiance as harried because all we saw were preoccupied people maneuvering their roller luggage over my feet. I swear they were gunning for me. Jamie decided to order the $25.95 Mustards Fish & Chips, a pretty standard trio of beer-battered rock cod accompanied by fries and cole slaw (Photo 8). It was decent enough with plenty of tartar sauce, but frankly it should be at the very least for that price. I went for the $26.95 Sonoma Lamb Burger with arugula, tomato-jalapeño jam, garlic aioli, and melted fontina cheese (Photo 7). It was messy and middling for all the effort. Time to board. SFO has some good food options. I never had a chance to try this place because there was always a long line. Napa style restaurant with fresh ingredients and good flavors. Tried the chopped salad that had avocado and the grilled chicken sandwich with bacon, avocado cheese and bbq sauce. Fries were good too. Everything was delicious and if you want a good meal before a flight, definitely go here. read more

Great food and service! Min was super attentive and kind. All the staff are pretty awesome. Lamb burger was made perfectly to my liking and the fries were hot and crispy. I added garlic aioli as a side dip for $1.50, worth every penny for a hint of garlicky sweetness. My partner ordered the cheeseburger which was also perfectly cooked to his liking, also with a hot batch of fries. Kudos to the chef for his/her attention to detail. It is my 2nd time dining here, you definitely will not get better burgers in the airplane, let alone even In N Out. Wish I had a mustards grill closer to my home! What do you honestly expect from an airport meal? The good...the host asks what time we board. However it doesn't really matter because the servers don't pay attention and everyone around us asked for their bill to leave. It's very conveniently located by the gates at international. As for food...I had the avocado toast. I added the poached egg for an extra $4 making my meal $23. I don't think there was ricotta. The table was lopsided and when I tried to cut the thickest piece of what was maybe a log of bread, everything needed to be stabilized. It was plain and boring and I would never get it again. Only time ever that I ate breakfast and lunch at an airport waiting for a flight. Came here for lunch. Wife's $24 chicken sandwich was fine, with bbq sauce over chicken breast with the usual BLT and fries. Slab of sliced avocado sealed the deal. My $25 hamburger came with half a pound of burger, and a generous slathering of utterly delicious BBQ sauce over a large stack of sliced raw red onions and fries. Fries were OK, but the BBQ sauce was the best I have ever tasted. Only reason four stars was the excessive price -$25 for a hamburger!? To add insult there was a 5% San Francisco Employee Benefits charge added, before being taxed. July 19,2024 the crowdstrike software glitch caused our flight to be delayed 5 hours at SFO. read more
